What is a soulmate?

A soulmate is a person, a person who you have been paired with.

A soulmate is someone who brings color into your dull world.

Having a soulmate is not just an experience; its how you would potentially live your life.

Finding your soulmate isn't easy. To be able to know your soulmate is when a first kiss happens.

And that's why its terrifying. You never know who your soulmate is, they can be anybody. They can be someone you hate, someone you don't care about, someone you don't know, someone who's your complete opposite.

According to my research you may feel certain things when with your potential soulmate, even if you arent familiar with each other you could still feel a warmth.

So this leaves me to conclude who my soulmate is.

Its a disgusting image. Ive been enemies with you for so long but no matter how much we quarrel I cant get rid of the feeling of wanting to be with you.

Instead of feeling peaceful when you're not around it feels lonely.

"Its getting rather late have you finished the paperwork?"

Hamilton was so focused by the letter that he almost forgot all about it

"My apologies sir I got a bit distracted....I'll work on it right now"

"Is something bothering you?"

"Just some personal issues sir nothing to worry about"

"Right, you know you can talk to me if you'd like"

"No, there's no need for that sir"

"Alright, then I'll be on my way-"

"Wait sir!"

"Yes hamilton?"

"This may be a strange question but what does it feel like to have a soulmate? How did you know that Martha was your soulmate?"

"So you're having love problems I see"

"Uh sir no I was just cur-"

"Its alright, it feels wonderful, it makes me feel at ease when I'm with her, she's everything to me, she makes all my problems go away. I knew that I wanted her the moment I saw her, and after we dated for a while we found out we were soulmates. She wasn't anyone like my type but she somehow caught my attention, kind of like a sixth sense. It was as if fate brought us together"

"Why do you ask?"

"Nothing important sir"

"Now that I think about it you weren't working on the papers what were you stressing on?"

Washington looked over at the papers on his desk

Panic instantly hits him

Hamilton said a little too loudly while he puts himself between Washington and the table

"If its nothing then you shouldn't mind me seeing"

"If its nothing then you shouldnt want to see it so badly"

"If its nothing then you shouldnt be pushing me away"

"Its really personal!"

"What, is it some sort of love letter?"

"Love letter? No! that's rather childish don't you thi-"

"Is it for jefferson?"

"WhAt No Of CouRsE NoT WhY WoUlD YOu ThiNk ThAt SiR!"

He looks at hamilton with a smug expression

"So you like jefferson?"

"N-no!"

"Its stupid hiding it now hamilton, your face is as red as an apple"

"Not all apples are red sir"

"Not all secretaries are partnered with a handsome and devilish man"

Hamilton for the first time kn his life, couldn't think of any way to defend myself

"Your face is so flushed hamilton"

"A-ah is it? My apologies"

He tried to hide his face slowly but looked like a flustered teenage girl instead

"I'll leave you be, just make sure not to makeout with a painting of him"

"Washington!"

He laughs a bit and leaves

Hamilton sighs to himself

He stares at the papers, it was getting late so he packed and made his way out of the office

As the walked back home he was greeted by laurens

"Laurens! Good to see you, how was your military training?"

"It was alright, it was a bit cold outside though"

"I'm fine"

"You don't seem fine, what's bothering you? Stress from work?"

"Its nothing to worry about"

"Say hamilton, you haven't been to the bar lately. Why we grab a drink...just the two of us"

"Laurens I have work to do"

"Why don't you take a break? Its been so long since we've been out together"

"I'd love to go but I need to finish my work"

"Alright, but promise me you'll take it easy after?"

I fall down to my knees, what wrong with me?

I look at the letter I wonder if I should send it or not?

OKAY

I wanted to write but I cant think of anything! This is supposed to be angsty jamilams but agh I couldn't continue it.

So basically he confesses yadayada but Woah they arent soulmate boohoo then Laurens somehow kisses Hamilton then boom color

Hamilton was like OMG I cant take this

Then jefferson dies

Because surprise Laurens was yandere the whole time
