(A-hamilton, J-john, T-thomas)

we are discussing today about the murder of a citizen, Thomas jefferson. he was spotted dead at his house, he was said to be stabbed and the weapon used was a knife. the knife has been tested for any clues leading to the killer. the DNA of laurens has been found.

Hamilton has admitted being a witness of the crime.

laurens do you recall anything that happened?

laurens shook his head, looking down at his hands.

J-"i-i don't remember much but there are a few images..."

understood, Hamilton what occured at the day of the crime?

Hamilton took in a deep shaky breath, and started to talk.

A-"we were at a bar. john, Lafayette and Hercules was with us"

laurens why were you at the bar at the time?

laurens thought for awhile.

J- "I remember breaking up with jefferson, we used to date but he cheated on me. with a woman named maria"

does this Maria have anything to do with the crime?

laurens shook his head.

according to maria, being the one who called out on the crime. Jefferson was cheating on her, and her exact words being "I didn't know what happened but I just saw him there dead, yesterday I told him to break up with laurens because he was getting in the way."

laurens cringed

but we arent here to talk about relationships, we have a crime at our hands.

do you remember what happened in the bar?

J-"i-i remember crying and drinking two pints of sam adams, but that's all everything was a blur afterwards"

do you have low alcohol tolerance?

laurens shook his head,

J-"n-no I usually drink more than that before I-before I get drunk"

hamilton how much did laurens drink that night?

A-"he drank quite a bit, he drank so much that he puked all over the area. he complained all night about his head hurting and how tired he was"

laurens looked up

J-"I remember that. I was very dizzy and I couldn't really speak very well"

if you remember that then perhaps you weren't drunk. you remembered drinking two pints then you remembered feeling ill. so if you really drank more you wouldn't remember how you felt. perhaps your drink was spiked?

J-"I'm not sure. I didn't really leave my chair and I was with lexi the whole time"

hamilton nodded

A-"he didn't let go of his drinks and no one else went near us,I suppose he just drank more than the thought"

you were at a bar so didn't you drink as well? and how about mulligan and gilbert?

A-"I drank a bit but I wasn't drunk, just enough to get tipsy. I knew that John would drink a bit, Laf and Herc as well so I tried refraining from drinking."

Hercules and Lafayette nodded in agreement

how come Gilbert and mulligan wasn't present during the crime?

A-"laf and herc are a couple, they went to the bar together and went out together. I took care of john"

and John when you awoke the next day how did you feel?

laurens stammered

J-"I-i felt ill sort of, I felt tired and uncomfortable. I couldn't remember anything clearly and I felt like something was-or maybe I did something wrong...."

so perhaps you were suffering from a hangover?

J-"I guess?"

hamilton what happened next?

A-"we left the bar. john didn't want to leave but it was getting rather late. I just took the bus so I had to walk John home."

laurens didn't have a car?

J-"n-no I just took the bus as well"

how did you two end up in jefferson's home?

J-"all I remember was just going in there and talking to jefferson about something. but that's all I know"

Hamilton would you care to explain what happened?

A-"John was talking to me while we walked home-"

why were you walking home? couldn't you take the bus?

A-"it was almost 2am and we missed the last bus"

A-"John kept rambling about how he didn't need Jefferson anymore, they sort of lived together so he told me he wanted to get all his things from his house. I tried saying that's its a stupid decision but he insisted."

laurens do you remember saying any of that

laurens hesitantly nodded

J-"I think I remembered questioning how I never noticed that he could be cheating"

according to Hamilton you lived together correct?

laurens nodded

then if you two were always together how would jefferson br able to have an affair?

J-"we uhm, we don't sleep in the same room"

so does one of you usually leave?

J-"i-im the one who usually leaves"

where do you go usually?

J-"I usually either just hang out with alex, herc and laf, or sometimes I would just go around town to sketch"

so back on the crime, Hamilton what happened afterwards?

A-"we went to his home, and he was hesitant to let us in but I told him that John just wanted his stuff back"

J-"I also remember wanting to talk to him. but after that nothing else"

A-"John did want to talk. so I went upstairs to get things, I took ones that were obviously john's but I knew maybe there was more. so just went down and-and i-i asked him t-to get the rest"

hamilton stuttered and started sobbing lightly

what happened then?

A-"I-i saw John holding a knife in his hands. I saw jefferson on the floor holding his chest for dear life"

laurens face darkens as guilt wash over his thoughts

A-"i-i tried to call 911 b-but jo-laurens threatened to kill me i-if I ever tell anyone"

hamilton cried quietly

laurens is any of this familiar with you?

J-"n-no but I remember holding a knife but I don't remember doing anything with it"

but you remember holding the weapon?

J-"y-yes"

Hamilton what happened afterwards?

A-"I told John I wouldn't tell anyone. I was scared. he told me that if I ever tell anyone he would chase after me and kill me too. a-after that he passed out"

what happened to jefferson?

A-"I tried waking him up, call the ambulance b-but he was already limp"

hamilton cried more unable to hold back his tears.

laurens you were said to be holding the murder weapon and was even confirmed by yourself. hamilton you were a victim has been proven innocent. laurens you have been proven guilty.

staff came in to take laurens away.

A-"laurens no! please don't take him away! nononono! john!"

hamilton was being calmed down by Lafayette and Hercules.

Hamilton pushed them away and ran over to the staff

A-"i-i want to say goodbye to laurens one last time p-please"

they nodded and gave the two privacy.

A- "you're an idiot"

Hamilton was sitting in his apartment watching Yuri on ice. he was watching episode 7 before being interuppted by someone slamming  the door open

J-"oh my god hamilton!"

Hamilton quickly switched to the sports channel

A-"shit! John would it hurt to knock!"

he looked at laurens his annoyed face softens.

A-"laurens what happened?"

J-"I caught thom-jefferson cheating on me"

laurens said tears carelessly falling on his face.

A-"are you sure? maybe its a misunderstanding"

J-"sure misunderstanding. like being half naked while getting pinned down by an almost naked woman is a misunderstanding"

A-"oh john, come here"

Hamilton opened up his arms hugging laurens tightly.

A-"why don't we go do something fun!"

J-"w-what?"

A-"you know to forget the breakup. you're too good for that piece of trash anyway"

laurens laughed

J-"sure-I'M GONNA GET FUCKING WASTED!"

A-"i'll go text laf and herc"

they spent time just binge watching a bunch of sad chick flick movies until it was ten.

A-"we should probably get going soon"

hamilton said laurens nodded and coincidentally Lafayette and Hercules barged in

"oh my poor poor turtle loving boy!!!"

"dude jefferson is such a prick"

"he doesn't know what he missed on"

the three hugged and comforted john

A-"we should go get drinks"

hamilton suggested. laurens and hamilton sat together and talked while Hercules and Lafayette was drunk off their minds.

laurens decided to drink slowly its already been about to hours and he only drank one pint of sam-adams.

hamilton talked to laurens a bit more. hamilton stood up and left to use  bathroom. he went back handing laurens another pint.

laurens took it gladly with a smile as thanks. he sipped it and continued ranting about god knows what.

after a while laurens finished the drink and was about to stand to get another but just felt nauseous.

J-"eugh"

A-"oh John are you okay?"

J-"n-no I feel sick"

A-"sheesh, herc and laf already left ages ago, they were too busy eating each others face to remember us."

J-"HAHaaaH *cough* idiots *cough* dammit"

A-"come on lets go home John you're drunk"

J-"you know I don't need jeffershit"

A-"yeah?"

J-"yeah."

A-"well maybe you should take your stuff back from him"

J-"yeah you're right I should lets go right now"

A-"perfect, come on, you can talk to him or some shit"

A-"JEFFERSON OPEN UP"

T-"what the hell hamilton!?"

A-"lol are you crying?"

T-"yes, yes I am okay?! laurens left and-"

J-"yo jefferbutt"

T-"jack! oh my gosh I'm so-"

J-"lemme in ya poop"

T- "what's this all about?"

laurens shuffled his way upstairs

T- "what was that?"

A- "listen thomas, you know you can do better than John right?"

T- "what are you saying?"

A- "don't you remember when we were together? I love you Thomas and you loved me too"

T- "loved hamilton. Loved. I love john, John is my everything"

A- "why wont you just love me back thomas? you're making this awfully hard for me~"

T- "get out hamilton. I'm talking to jack"

Thomas pushed hamilton away. he reached in his jacket pocket pulling out a glove and putting it on

A- "you know thommy, you shouldve just said yes"

T- "what are you on about?!"

hamilton slowly walked up to jefferson

A- "if I cant have you then no one can"

he said kissing Thomas on the lips stabbing him in the back.

laurens shuffled his way back down.

J-"Lexi I don't feel well....I think it got worse"

A-"catch baby"

hamilton said throwing the knife

J-"oh shit"

laurens catched it with both his hands

J- "oh my god this is a knife"

he said quickly before passing out.

Hamilton carried laurens out of the house and made a beeline to his car that was parked by the gas station

J- "w-wha-"

A- "John did you really think your boyfriend would cheat on you like that?"

J- "b-but the woman....maria"

A- "please john, Maria has a husband, I'm the one who called maria. I'm the one who asked her to seduce yout petty little boyfriend"

J- "ah-i"

A- "and do you really think you got drunk? you really shouldn't take drinks from anyone"

J- "you-"

A- "yes Johnny me, it was all me. seriously I wanted Tommy but he chose pathetic little you, well I guess we cant always get what we want"

J- "o-oh my god"

A-"poor little innocent johnny~ who knew that your little boyfriend would recieve such a terrible fate. but don't worry you'll join him soon once you rot in jail."

"y-you sick fuck"

hamilton giggles.

"but still I was proven innocent"

Hamilton smiles and walks away. he turns around and points a finger gun at laurens. making a gun noise, pretending to shoot him.

"guilty."
