Chapter 86

Sameer had returned one day before of his expected date and everyone elated to see him in front of them. Naina couldn't believe in her eyes and when she found it was not a dream, her excitement level reached on the cloud nine but his sudden arrival without informing perplexed her.

And she started to climb down the stairs asking him with a confused face. "Sameer aap to kal aane wale the na..."

"Naina mujhse raha nahi gaya aur mai ek din pahle aa........" And his words died in his mouth hearing a loud scream sound. He numbed on his place seeing the heart wrenching scene. He was lost in his senses.

When Naina had started the climb down from the stairs, her feet slipped on the stairs and she fell from the stairs rolling over the stairs. She screamed out of pain and stopped near the base of stairs.

Everyone was shocked at this sudden accident. The colours of everyone's face drained out and their mind were unable to process what happened just now. Sameer rushed towards the stairs yelling her name in fear. "Nainaaaa."

Sameer instantly knelt down on the floor and saw, blood oozed from her head and patted her cheek. "Naina tum theek ho na." He found some scratches on her hands and face.

"Sameer pet me bahut dard ho raha hai." Naina screamed clutching her stomach.

"Naina kuch nahi hoga tumhe, mai tumhe aur hamare bachche ko kuch nahi hone dunga...hum abhi hospital chalenge." Sameer reassured her and tied his handkerchief on the wound of her head.

"Haan beta tumhe kuch nahi hoga...hum sab hai na." Vishakha consoled her hiding her fear.

"Sameer bahut pain ho raha hai.... Sameer hamara bachcha..." She fainted.

"Nainaaa... aankhe kholo...dekho tumhara Sameer wapas aa gaya hai... aur hamara bachcha theek hai...tumhe janna tha na ki mai kaha kaha ghuma Landon me...chalo jaldi se utho... utho na." Sameer pleaded and patted her cheek softly.

Vishakha kept her hand on his shoulder and said in concern voice stoping her tears. "Sameer hame Naina ko hospital le jana hoga."

Sameer picked up her in his arms and went to car. He placed her on the back seat and Vishakha sat with her and gave some instructions to Deepika, who started to cry seeing her bhabhi's condition.

Sameer drove the car speedily and parked the car outside of the city hospital. He rushed inside the hospital carrying his lifeless wife in his arms, Vishakha was also with him with too much tension. As he reached the reception area, requested to a nurse for emergency. The nurse called a ward boy for strecher and he lay down her on the strecher. A doctor came to them as nurse called the doctor and Sameer told him the whole situation.

"Nurse....Dr. Joshi ko call kar kaho...ek emergency case hai... immediately come." Doctor said the nurse and he ordered another nurse to ready everything for surgery.

Then ward boy moved the strecher towards the operation theatre. Sameer and Vishakha also went with the strecher and he stopped the ward boy before going into the operation theatre.

He kissed Naina's forehead and said in a chocked voice. "Naina tum darna mat, mai aa gaya, tumhe aur hamare baby ko kuch nahi hone dunga." He held her hand tightly.

"Dekhiye sir late ho raha hai... please aap patient ka haath chhod dijiye." The ward boy requested and Sameer left her hand with heavy heart.

Vishakha patted his back and Sameer hugged his mother. A lone tear escaped from his eyes as he wanted to cry out of his heart but restricted his pain inside him now. He didn't want to became weak in front of his mother as she was also worried and frightened like him. They both sat on the chair with a broken heart.

Sameer had come with a hope that he would give a surprise to his wife and wanted to see a million dollar smile on her face. He wanted to share with her, his enjoyment of exploring London and told her that how much he missed her. But his every happiness shattered in just a second. He was near the losing of his Naina.

The arrival of Dr. Joshi jolted him from his thought and he came to her. "Dr. meri Naina ko bacha lijiye." He pleaded with hope in his eyes.

"Mr. Maheshwari hum puri koshish karenge ki maa aur bachcha dono ko bacha sake." Dr. Joshi assured him and she went to operation theatre.

Sameer and Vishakha standing in front of the operation theatre with a stressed face and just then Munna reached them and before Munna asked anything, Sameer hugged him. Munna consoled him with a positive assurance, then he consoled Vishakha that everything will be good.

After half an hour operation started and Sameer paced in the corridor with exapersation. His heart was thumping errectically in fear, if he would lost his life. He cursed himself why he hid her that he returned today not tomorrow. If he had told the truth, this accident would not happen. He mentally accepted he was the reason of all this mess.

An hour passed but no one came out of the operation theatre and as time passed negative thoughts started coming in their mind and fear appeared on their faces.

Suddenly Vishakha noticed something and said to Munna. "Beta... Naina ke chacha ji aur uske papa ko bhi yahan hona chahiye...maine Deepika se kaha tha ki tujhe aur Aanand ji ko call kar de...par wo abhi tak kyo nahi aaye."

"Mausi aap tension mat lo...mai chachaji ko call kar deta hun...aap bas Sameer ko sambhaliye." Munna assured her.

Munna went to away of the operation theatre and dialed Aanand's mobile number. As the phone was received from other side, he spoke after confirming that Aanand was on the call. "Chacha ji Naina bhabhi ka accident ho gaya hai...wo abhi city hospital me hai, aap jaldi se aa jaiye."

Aanand was taken aback by the news and dazed for the sometime as comprehended of the news but a loud voice of other side jolted him. "Chacha ji...aap hai na."

"Haan Beta mai sun rahe hun." Aanand uttered with difficulty as it was a horrible news for him and somehow he answered in a heavy voice. "Beta mai aur Bela gandhinagar me hai...par hum jald se jald pahuch rahe hai... Naina theek hai na."

"Haan chacha ji...aap bas aa jaiye." Munna lied to him.

After half an hour Vivek and Rohan reached the hospital and rushed towards them where Sameer stood outside of the operation theatre with a worried face and Vishakha and Munna were sitting on the chair with a tense faces. They all stressed and horrified.

Vivek approached Sameer instead Vishakha and kept his hands on his shoulder, called his name. Sameer turned to look him and he broke down in Vivek arms whispering in a broken voice. "Papa.... Naina." And he hugged him tightly.

Vivek was rooted on the spot for a while as he never expected, Sameer would calling him papa in this life and unknowingly his hand patted his back softly with fatherly love. As he came back on his senses, called him in a soft voice. "Sameer."

Sameer pulled away himself and cried looking at the operation theatre. "Papa... dekhiye na meri Naina ko kya ho gaya hai."

The tears that he restrained since the accident now started streaming down from his eyes. His patience had broken down to see a father figure Vivek and he poured out all his sorrow and pain to him.

"Sameer beta Naina ko kuch nahi hoga... dekhana sab theek ho jayega." Vivek assured him with heavy voice.

Vishakha and others also shocked and their eyes also filled with tears of joy seeing Sameer and Vivek. Vishakha was confused whether she should be happy for Sameer or cry for Naina. On one side his son got a father but on the other side his life was in danger.

The operation theatre light went off and Dr. Joshi came out of the operation theatre. Sameer rushed to her.

"Doctor Naina theek to hai na." Sameer asked in a panic voice.

Dr. Joshi let out a deep sigh before saying anything then she looked at Sameer.

"Mr. Sameer hamne apni taraf se puri koshish ki...." And before she completed her sentence Sameer yelled. "Aap ye bataiye doctor Naina kaisi hai...wo theek to hai."

"Mr. Maheshwari...aapki wife khatare se bahar hai...par hum..." She paused.

"Par kya doctor." Vivek asked this time in urgency.

"Sorry...Hum bachche ko nahi bach paye... hamne puri koshish ki thi...but baby was dead in mother tummy." Dr. Joshi informed the wrost news of his life.

The color drained from everyone's face and they were all traumatized by the most tragic news.

As it was a big shock for Sameer, he callopsed on the floor as he felt floor slipped beneath his feet and he lost in his life. Vivek knelt down on the floor. He embraced him tightly and patted his back but his arms slipped down. He pulled away him and patted his cheek to bring his conscious as he closed his eyes and he was going down in the darkness.

"Sameer aankhe kholo.... Sameer... Sameer." Vivek shouted his name and seeing it everyone rushed to Sameer.

"Rohan Pani lao.." Vivek ordered and patted his cheek taking his name. "Sameer.... Sameer.."

But Munna stopped Rohan ordering. "Tum mausi ko sambhlo mai pani lata hun." He went to bring water.

This wrost news was a big loss for everyone and at first they all could not believe but it was true. They all had accepted it with a broken heart.

Vishakha also knelt down next to her son and wept. Rohan consoled his mother and made her sit on the chair as her condition was not good due to crying a lot.

Munna brought the water and Vivek sprinkled water on his face. Sameer came back in his senses and looked at the operation theatre. He again cried and uttered in a chocked voice.

"Papa...mera bachcha." Vivek embraced him and he patted his back with watery eyes.

This pitiful news had completely shattered Sameer, both of them had lost their child. The dream they had been dreaming for seven months was now end.

Vivek had to become strong now and had to handle his wife and his child Sameer. He consoled him with heavy voice. "Beta tum aise kamzor pad jaoge to Naina ko koun sambhalega... tumhe Naina ki takat banana hai."

Vivek words realised Sameer that his Naina was needed him and he immediately got up. He asked the doctor controlling his tears. "Naina kaisi hai abhi... kya mai mil sakta hun.

"Naina abhi behosh hai... humne unhe ward me shift kar diya hai jaise hi unhe hosh aayega aap mil sakte hai." Dr. Joshi patted his shoulder with sympathy and adviced him. "Mr. Maheshwari please unhe delicately handle kijiyega, ye ek maa ke liye bahut bada trauma hai."

Then Doctor Joshi left there and behind her a nurse came. She informed them the baby was boy and knowing it Sameer closed his eyes tightly and tears slipped down on his cheeks.

Vishakha also cried of her son misery and pain. She was unable to console her son.

Just Aanand reached with Bela and they both rushed towards Sameer. Before they could meet Sameer, Munna approched them and narrated the whole thing to them. It was enough to break down Bela and Aanand and Aanand consoled his wife making himself strong for her. They reached to them with heavy heart.

"Sameer beta...ye sab..." Aanand asked and Sameer hugged him weeping. "Chacha ji sorry... m..mai... Naina ka dhyaan nahi rakh paya...aur... bachche ka bhi..."

"Beta tumne to bahut achche se dhyan rakha hai meri beti ka...tum sara dosh apne upar mat lo...ye to bas ek anhoni thi." Aanand didn't want to blame on Sameer as he didn't know whole matter and he believed it could not his fault.

A nurse came to Sameer and informed him that Dr. Joshi called him in her cabin. He went to the cabin alone and denied Vivek and Aanand request to accompany him.

"Aaiye Mr. Sameer... mujhe aapse kuch discuss karna hai Naina ke baare me." Dr. Joshi said with seriousness in her voice.

"Naina theek to hai na doctor..." Sameer panicked.

"Naina theek hai...par wo bahut weak ho chuki hai physically and mentally dono se .. if you want to become a parent again, please rest for at least six months or one year. It is necessary to recover her internal organs, she is very weak right now." Dr. Joshi told him an important fact about his wife's health condition. It was very important for him to know about this.

"Dr. Mere liye Naina ki health se important kuch bhi nahi hai... Naina ki jaan ko khatre me dal kar mujhe bachcha nahi chahiye...agar meri Naina mere saath hai to mai puri zindagi uske saath aise hi guzar sakta hun." Sameer replied with a confident voice.

Dr. Joshi felt sympathy to know about his love for his wife and admired his thoughts about his life partner. She said again. "Ye to bahut achchi baat hai ki aap apni wife se itna pyaar karte hai...par abhi wo jis situation se guzar rahi hai...unhe aapke strong support ki zarurat hai...mai nahi janti ki Naina iss news ko kaise legi aur kaise react karegi...par ek baat hai agar unhe wo proper environment nahi mila jo unhe khushi deta hai to wo depression me jaa sakti hai... aapko unke saath bahut patience rakhna hoga.... unhe un sabhi cheezon se dur rakhiyega jo unhe iss accident ki yaad dilaye."

"Ok doctor....mai dhyan rakhunga....par kya mai Naina ko iss miscarriage ke baare me bata sakta hun." Sameer asked with a frightened voice.

"Naina ko ye accept karna zaruri hai...tabhi wo uss trauma se bahar aa payegi...aur ye jitni jaldi ho uske liye achcha hai. Wo recover jaldi hogi...par aap uski condition dekh kar hi sachchai batana." Dr. Joshi advised him how to handle Naina.

Sameer left the cabin and sat on the chair with a thund sound. Munna came to him after a while and asked why he sat here and what doctor told.

Sameer again lost of his patience and said with a broken voice. "Sab khatam ho gaya Munna... hamare sapne, hamari khushi, hamari ummeed sab jo uss bachche se Judi thi...aise lag raha hai jaise zindagi me ab kuch nahi raha...jis sapne ko hum jee rahe the wo ek pal me humse jheen gaya... maine to kaise bhi karke accept kar liya hai, lekin Naina kaise karegi...usne to bachche ko apne andar mahsoos kiya tha, jiske aane ke wo din raat sapne dekhati thi...mai use kaise bataunga ki wo ab us bachche ko kabhi nahi dekh payegi...use maa bolne wala ab nahi raha." He covered his face with his palms.

Munna also cried seeing the sorrow of his friends, but he made himself strong to give him the courage to bear his misery. "Sameer Naina bhabhi ko teri zarurat hai, tu aise kamzor nahi pad sakta...chal uth unhe kisi bhi time hosh aa sakta hai aur tujhe unke paas hona chahiye, tabhi to unhe himmat de payega...iss dukh se bahar nikalne me."

"Mai nahi bata paunga... mujh me itni himmat nahi hai... Munna Naina ye sapna kitne salon se dekh rahi thi, aur jab bhagwan ji ki ichcha se wo pura ho raha tha to ...kyo unhone ye khushi jheen li. Yaar... Naina ye dukh nahi sah payegi...mai kis muh se kahunga ki uske sapne tut gaye." And a lone tear escaped from his eyes and his heart pricked at their misfortune.

"Sameer sapne to tere bhi tute hai na...kya tune iss bachche ka sapna nahi dekha tha." Munna asked.

"Dekha tha par Naina ek maa hai yaar uska dukh mujhse jyada bada hai...aur un sapno ke tutne ka reason kahi na kahi mai hun...ye sab meri surprise ki vajah se hua." He voiced his inner thought for this accident.

"Pagal hai tu...tu kaise jimmedar hai...ye bakwas apne dimag se nikal aur abhi sirf bhabhi ke baare me soch...unhe tu kaise iss dukh se bahar nikalega...ab chal sab tere wait kar rahe hai." Munna ordered him in a strict tone as he wanted to stop his thinking into negative direction.

***********

As Naina gained conscious, a nurse informed them and Sameer went to the room. He sat on a chair near her bed. He caressed her pale face with moistened eyes. She stirred in her sleep, he immediately wiped his tears that trickled down on his cheek.

"Naina...kaisa feel kar rahi ho..kahi pain to nahi ho raha." Sameer asked as she opened her eyes.

"Sameer." She uttered and touched her stomach. "Hamara bachcha Sameer...aapne dekha use...kaisa hai." She asked with a hopeful eyes.

Sameer's courage has broken that he gathered with great difficulty and he had entered with a throbbing heart. Now her queries made him dilemma what answer he give and he took a deep breath before utter anything.

"Naina abhi tum rest karo... doctor ne sirf rest karne ko kaha hai." He said caressing her hair.

As Naina looked in his eyes, a unknown restlessness found them.

"Sameer...mai kuch puch rahi hun...kaisa hai mera bachcha." She asked with a stern voice as she had feared.

"Naina...wo...tumhe rest ...ki zarurat hai...hum iss bare me baad me baat karenge." Sameer tried to avoid her questions and distracted her mind but he was fail as she again asked with pleading face.

"Mujhe mere bachche ko dekhana hai... please Sameer...mera bachcha hai na." She asked with heart wrenching voice.

Sameer's patience broke down and tears dropped down from his eyes.

"Sameer kya hua aap ro kyo rahe hai... hamara bachcha theek hai na...kuch hua hai use... please bataiye... mara dil baitha ja raha hai." Naina heart was beating wildly, anticipating any wrong with her.

"Naina wo ...tumhari delivery...pre ...mature thi na...to ...wo ..doct..ors ....bachche... ko ba.cha... na.hi...paye." Sameer informed the truth with stuttering voice and his heart wrenched as he knew it would shatter his Naina completely.

"Sameer aap mazak kar rahe hai na." Naina asked looking at him with horrified face.

"Naina yahi sach hai...hamara bachcha nahi raha...we lost our child." He screamed.

"Aap jhuth bol rahe hai... mujhe pata hai..wo premature hai to use hospital me hi kahi dusre ward me rakha hoga...mai abhi dekh ke aati hun." She got up and tried to go towards the door as her heart didn't want to believe his words.

Sameer clutched her arms but she tried to free him. "Chhodo Sameer mujhe mere bachche ko dekhane jana hai."

As she didn't listen his request, he called a nurse and listened his voice a nurse came to the room. Seeing her aggressive behaviour nurse gave her a injection. She leaned on his chest and he made her lay down on the bed. He caressed her face sitting in front of her.

Vivek and Vishakha entered the room and seeing them Sameer broke down in front of them. He told them Naina didn't accept the truth and insisted to meet the child.

"Mummy... Naina ka accept karna zaruri hai... nahi to wo depression me chali jayegi." Sameer informed the bitter truth with a heavy heart and caught a glimpse of Naina who was laying on the bed with unconscious.

"Beta tu dheeraj rakh... Naina maa hai use ye sab accept karne me time lagega." Vishakha consoled him.

************

Naina came again conscious in the morning and found Sameer sitting on the chair. He hold her hand to see her awake.

"Naina tum theek ho na." His voice trembled.

She just hummed and asked again same question. "Sameer hamara bachcha kaha hai."

"Naina beta tum abhi kamzor ho, ek baar theek ho jao .. phir hum bachche ke bare me baat karenge." Vishakha said entering the room and sat beside her, opposite side of the Sameer.

"Mummy... mujhe mere bachche ko dekhana hai...aur ye mujhse jhuth bol rahe hai ki wo nahi raha...wo kaise mujhe chhod kar jaa sakta hai." Naina said with a pleading tone.

"Pahle tu ye phal kha." Bela approached to her while holding a tray of fruits. "Naina Vishakha ji sahi kah rahi hai, tu apni halat dekh, tu kitni kamzor hai, aise halat me tu uss nanhi si jaan ko sambhal payegi, nahi na to...phir ye fruit khatam kar."

"Chachi ji... Lekin Sameer kyo jhuth bol rahe hai.. inse kahiye na mujhe mere bachche ke pass le jaye." She requested to Bela and she declared her decision to see their unaffected face. "Ab mai tab tak kuch nahi khaungi jab tak mai apne bachche ko dekh nahi leti."

Sameer, Vishakha and Bela all were shocked by her demand and they looked each other's faces. After a long silence Sameer about to open his mouth but Bela voice made him quiet.

"Naina beta ...kya Sameer tumse kabhi itna bada jhuth bolega." Bela asked with seriousness in her voice.

And Naina looked at Vishakha for assurance that Sameer's words were true, meant she lost her child. Vishakha lowered her head, it was enough to decipher and she glanced Sameer who stood a far lowering his head. She whispered his name and he lifted his face that their eyes met and she found a deep sorrow and pain in his eyes.

The next moment she felt a sharp pain in her heart as someone snatched her soul. Her vision blurred due to tears and she looked at him but her eyes held a deep hatred for him.

"Sameer aapne kaha tha hamare bachhe ko kuch nahi hone denge... kaha hai hamara bachha." She accused him directly to loss the child.

Sameer was taken aback of her sudden unexpected allegation and regretted. "Naina...I am sorry...uss accident ki vajah se hamne apna bachcha kho diya... ."

But Naina was not state to understand him, she pleaded. "Sameer mujhe mera bachcha chahiye, please.. Sameer."

As she was already weak and cried a lot, that she fell unconscious again. Vishakha hugged broken Sameer and consoled at his wife's bitter alligation. "Beta tu udaas mat ho wo dheere se accept kar legi abhi dukhi hai isliye aise bol rahi hai...tab tak tu apne ko strong bana ...apne aur Naina dono ke liye."

Sameer wiped his tears to see her unconscious wife and escorted from the room. He complained to God why he snatched their happiness, standing in front of the idol of Lord Ganesh in hospital. He also questioned to God, why earlier he made us yearn for this happiness for so many years and now when we were about to get happiness, he suddenly took it away. Didn't they deserve happiness?. He now felt helplessness in his whole life first time as he couldn't fulfill his wife's wish.

When he again went to the room, Naina still unconscious. He took her hands sitting in front of her and said in a chocked voice. "Naina...i know ye sab meri galti hai jo tum iss halat me ho aur hamne apna bachcha kho diya. .. maine ek maa se uska bachcha cheen liya...mai tumhara gunehgar hun, lekin ye sab mujhse anjane me ho gaya, please ho sake to mujhe maaf kar dena...mai tumhari nafrat nahi sah paunga."

And his tears dropped on her hands, she stirred in her sleep. He immediately got up from his place, if she again questioned him and he couldn't able to answer her. But she didn't wake up and she was still sleeping under the effect of medicine. He kissed her forehead and looked her with sorrowful face. He left the room saying Bela to take care of Naina but he eyed to her from outside the ward the whole night.

Next morning Naina became conscious and checked the whole room. She found only her Chachi ji present in the room, who was dozed off resting her head on the chair's backrest. But her eyes searched Sameer and she disappointed as she couldn't not see him in front of her. She asked when she could not bear his absence. "Chachi ji Sameer kahan hai."

Her voice broke Bela sleep and she rubbed her eyes. "Naina... Sameer bahar hi hai... doctor ne jyada logon ko rahne dene se mana kiya hai." Bela replied and asked her marching towards her. "Tujhe kuch chahiye."

"Nahi Chachi ji..." She turned her face other side and stared celling with empty eyes. Tears brimmed down on her face to remember her child and touched her stomach with guilt for not save her child.

Her heart had deeply wounded of her miscarriage or say losing her child. She was unable to accept the truth and unintentionally blamed all things on her husband and hurt him deeply. She felt lonely soul, who had lost her biggest dream and happiest moment in her life. The child who called her mother, had gone from her life. Miscarriage is a biggest misery of a woman and the pain of losing her own flesh is never be healed and not anyone's consoling words could give her happiness back. At that moment when everyone consoles her, which only increases her agony and sorrow.

Sameer entered the ward in the afternoon with great courage as he had frightened of her questioning eyes. He relieved just a look of his sleeping wife and he sat beside her while caressing her hair.

Naina opened her eyes instantly and looked at his eyes with a question. But didn't say anything to him and averted her gaze towards the other side. She stared in a particular place.

"Naina tum theek ho na...." Sameer asked as he feared her silence.

But she didn't reply nor looking at him.

"Naina... tumne lunch kiya." Sameer concerned and caressing her hair.

Naina turned her face to him and questioned him. "Sameer mera bachcha please aap use vapas le aaiye...mai uske bina nahi jee paungi...mera bachcha bhuk se ro raha hoga... mujhe uske paas le chaliye."

He weakened of her plead but made himself strong for her and he called her name in a soft voice.

"Naina..." And he kissed her forehead with a painful smile. "I am sorry...mai apna wada pura nahi kar paya... apne bachche ko bacha nahi paya." He bowed down his head.

As Naina had determined that she would not believe Sameer's truth, she again insisted to see the child.

"Sameer... please mera bachcha...sirf ek baar dekhungi." She grabbed his hand tightly.

Sameer closed his eyes for a second feeling the pain, restlessness and agitation in her voice, eyes and heart. He took a decision to put a stone on his heart to make her face the bitter truth and he removed her hands harshly and said in a bit harsh tone as if she did not accept the truth that she would go into depression. "Naina kitni baar kahun ...ki hamne apna bachcha kho diya hai...ye baat jitni jaldi accept kar lo utna hi achcha hai tumhare liye bhi aur mere liye bhi."

"Ek maa ke liye kitna mushkil hai ye sab accept karna... vaise bhi pita ko wo takleef thode na hoti hai... bachche ko nau mahine pet me ek maa hi to rakhati hai." Naina retorted him with a hateful gaze.

Sameer was also devastated of his Naina's pain and misery but he couldn't bear her curt words as he had also disheartened and he escorted from the room leaving broken Naina. He went to the temple in the hospital and complained to God why he put them in much painful situation.

Naina was seeing his retreating figure with tears filled eyes and sobbed loudly of her fate. At first she had feared to take care of a little baby and when she wanted to become a mother wholeheartedly but God didn't this happiness to her easily and when she felt the most precious moments of her life, suddenly he snatched her happiness and it was not easy for her to accept such a big truth that changed her life completely. She had drowned into the deep sorrow.

As Naina had blamed all things on Sameer but other side of her heart carved him beside her and whenever she looked at him, she remembered of his wrost news to losing her child. Her pain increased many folds in her heart. She turned her face whenever he came to her. She cried for her child to give back her in front of him.

Whenever Naina saw Sameer, she asked him to bring the child and Sameer didn't know how to console her. Naina was venting out her grief by complaining to him, but Sameer's misery, with whom would he share his pain and sarrow? To whom he would tell he was equally sad to lose his child as Naina was? After all, he too was going to be a father. There was no limit to his grief, to whom would he open his heart and express the pain that he carried in his heart deep down. Yet he also knew that the mother's grief was greater than that of a father's pain.

And every time her pleaded face twisted his heart and he had weakened as the time passed. He wanted to pull her in a tight embrace and cried with her to losing their child but he couldn't do it. He made strong himself for his broken wife and he had buried his sorrow inside him in the face of Naina's misery.

Like this three days passed and whenever Sameer entered the room, Naina avoided to look him every time, whereas he had tried to every possible way to make her happy but she was not any attention to all this. Whenever he looked into her eyes, he saw only questions and he had no answers to those questions. So he had restricted himself to meet her, he went to her only when she had slept.

This accident created a huge distance between them and somewhere their love faded. Now the question arose, how will Sameer rekindle their love in this tough time?.
