Chapter 72
Life is unpredictable and sometimes it takes such a big turns that we do not understand anything. Such a moment had come in their life. Sameer could not forget that moment of his heart and mind and was deeply saddened. Those few words said by Naina became more important than her unconditional love. In this misery, he had committed a mistake by bringing distance between himself and Naina.
On the other hand, Naina was also unable to come out from the grief of the painful words said to Sameer. She had tried to apologize several times but Sameer's cold behavior was increasing to her grief manifold. And she was choking inside. She was unable to tolerate Sameer's callousness but she could not do anything because she herself had chosen this situation because of her own stupidity.
Day by day distance was increased between them. Sameer had shifted to the study room. He would leave for the office in the early morning and return after dinner time. He didn't even once go to their bed room to catch a glimpse of his wife. There was no conversation between them until both of them came face to face.
And now both were standing on the verge of ending their relationship only because of their one mistake. It was Naina's fault, coming into people's words and not believing her Sameer's love. It's was Sameer fault, don't forget Naina's mistake and don't forgive her and keep that pain to his heart.
Naina was battling loneliness whereas Sameer had immersed himself in work to forget the pain that was unwillingly given to him by his Naina.
Seeing her Sameer that she loved the most in the world going away from her, her heart wrenched and Naina started going down in deep sorrow. They both hardly spoke to each other when it's needed necessary. When she would reached for breakfast and if Sameer had left, she would no willing to eat anything. She was just living sake of her Sameer thinking that if some day his anger would melt that he will forgive her. There won't be a night when she hasn't shed tears. Every night she missed his warmth where she had felt secured from the whole world.
Even Sameer also wanted to close to her but his pain did not allow to forgive her as she had apologised to him many times. Sometimes his heart had wanted to forgive her and settling everything like earlier but something restricted him to do this and his feet jammed to take any further steps.
Like this the two soul lived in one roof bearing their own pain, helplessness and misery.
************
Day was passing like a sand, no one willing to initiate the conversation. At first Naina tried several times but Sameer objected many time give excuses, later she also made distance him. Sameer had busy with office issue and their problems that made him unable to understand, he was doing wrong and created differences their life. Like this 15 days had passed since their return from Delhi.
One such afternoon Sameer was sitting with Munna and Munshi ji for discussion some office problem in his cabin.
"Munna agar production aise hi slow hoga to hamare haath se foreign client ka contract nikal jayega...agar machine me koi improvement nahi hai to...hame naya machine install karna hi padega...tum kal hi Bank jakar loan ki process aage badhao aur do din ke andar machine install ho jana chahiye." He said in a aurthorative voice.
"Theek hai mai kal hi bank jata hun aur Munshi ji aap machine ka order confirm kar dijiyega." Munna said looking Munshi ji.
"Aur aap Munshi ji...." But he stopped by a shrill telephone ring.
As he picked up the telephone after a long ringing, his face drained out and colour of his face was blowned. He was got up from the chair hurriedly after putting back the receiver.
"Sameer kya hua." Munna asked seeing his shocking state.
"Wo... Nainaa..." He uttered only two words in a stuttering voice and rushed out of the door grabbing car key.
Munna ran behind him but he was late to reach as Sameer drove off the office. Sameer was driving fastly as he was about to lose someone. He parked the car outside of a big white building and entered the building with throbbing hurt. He recalled their sweet moments as passing through the corridor. While reaching the principal's office he bumped into some students in the corridor as he was now in Naina's school.
"Sir... Naina Maheshwari." He asked entering the Principal office.
Principal looked at him and greeted politely. "Aaiye Mr. Maheshwari, Maine hi aapko call kiya tha darasal aapki wife Naina aaj class me behosh ho gayi thi... Abhi wo medical room me hai doctor checkup kar rahe hai."
He was stumbled back on his place but held the chair for stop collasping on the floor.
Then Principal called a peon and ordered. "Ravi...Mr. Maheshwari ko medical room me le jao."
Sameer followed the peon and he wondered as Naina was in leave so why did she come to school and how she fainted.
He saw his wife was lying on the bed in medical room and the doctor was checking her. He immediately approached her and looked at her with a shock face. He turned to the doctor.
"Naina ko kya hua hai doctor...she is fine na." He asked in a scared voice.
Doctor looked him suspiciously. "Aap inke husband hai." As Sameer nodded his head he asked in a stern tone. "Ye time pe khana khati hai... kyonki ye bahut weak ho gayi hai...aaj behosh bhi bhukhe rahne ke karan hui hai...aaj inhone breakfast kiya tha?." He questioned him giving a hard look.
Sameer was speechless as they both didn't eat together since few days and he never tried to know about her eating. He answered shakingly. "Pichhle kuch dino se mai office ke kaam ki vajah se dhyan nahi de paya tha...koi chinta ki baat to nahi hai." And he glanced his wife who was staring him out of shock.
"Abhi to tension ki baat nahi hai...par humne kuch test ke liye blood sample le liye hai jiske report 2 se 3 ghante me aa jayenge, aap evening me hospital aa kar report collect kar lijiye." Doctor told in a soft voice this time and gave him a card.
"Abhi aap inhe ghar le jaa sakte hai aur kuch healthy khila dijiyega." Doctor suggested him and left the medical room.
Sameer sat next to her and asked worriedly. "Ab kaisa lag raha hai."
"Theek hun." She replied meekly.
"To ghar chale." He asked softly without asking any question.
As she replied in yes, he supported her to stand up and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. When they both headed a few steps ahead, Anuradha came.
"Sameer ji aap aa gaye, that's good, maine hi Principal sir ko kaha tha aap ko call kar de...ise ghar le jaiye aur achhe se care kariyega, ye apna dhyan bilkul nahi rakhti. Jab chutti me thi to kya zarurat thi school aane ki. Iski khabar lijiyega Sameer ji." Anuradha complained for her carelessness about her own health.
"Zarur lunga...Kam se kam mujhe to bata deti." He said looking at Naina and smiled to Anuradha. "Theek hai ab hum chalate hai... Doctor ne Naina ko rest karna ko kaha hai."
Once they both seated the car, Sameer started the car without say anything to her. The whole journey was silent but their heart wanted to ask each other. As Sameer wanted to shout at her for her carelessness and also scold for not taking her food on timely. As Naina wanted to know that had he loved her earlier and why he didn't scold her.
As they reached the house, Sameer stopped her to get down and carried her in his arms in bridal style. When Ramdhari opened the door he was shocked to see Naina in Sameer's arm.
"Bhaiya bhabhi ko kya hua." Ramdhari asked.
"Tu achhe se khayal nahi rakhata isliye beemar pad gayi hai...aaj tumne Naina ko breakfast karaya tha." He glared at him with a sharp voice.
Ramdhari lowered his head. "wo bhaiya... humne kaha tha par bhabhi ne mana kar diya."
"To mujhe batata." He quipped.
"Aap office chale gaye the." He replied still looking down.
"Theek hai... ab ja aur fruits aur juice leke aa."
He ordered him thinking no reason to blame him.
Naina did not oppose him as she wanted to be stay in Sameer's arms for more time. But her wish not fulfilled as he lay down her on the bed after reaching the room. He ordered her sternly to finish the fruits and juice. When she finished it he gave her medicine that was prescribed by doctor. He left the room once she closed her eyes.
"Ramdhari Naina kab se school ja rahi hai... tumne mujhe bataya kyo nahi?." Sameer asked furiously as he came to the downstairs and spoted Ramdhari in the hall.
"Bhaiya char din ho gaye hai aur unhone batane se mana kiya tha... pichhle kuch dino se wo breakfast aur lunch bhi theek se nahi kar rahi hai...hamne bahut kaha par wo meri koi bhi baat nahi sunti thi." Ramdhari took deep breath for facing his anger and told about Naina strange behaviour last few days.
"Mujhe ye sab bataya kyo nahi." Sameer asked vexedly knowing her condition.
"Humne koshish ki thi par aap hamesha office ke kaam me vyast rahte the....phir hame dar lagta ki kahi aap aur jyada gussa na ho jaye..." He said nervously and asked with a concern. "Bhabhi theek to hai na."
"Theek hai...tu uska dhyan rakhna mai doctor se mil kar aata hun." He replied thinking something and stroded towards the door taking long steps.
As Sameer's car turned out of the gate, a car entered into main gate from other side and intruder walked inside home with a slow pace. There a wide smile on the person's face who entered the house, when Ramdhari opened the door.
************
Sameer was sitting in front of the Doctor, his fingers fidgetted together, he shuffled his feet nervously as the doctor was observing the report. It was given by the nurse few minutes before to the Doctor. As the Doctor took a long time, Sameer's nervousness turned into worry and stress.
After long analysis the report, the Doctor told him. "So Mr. Maheshwari... mujhe Jo doubt the unhe clear karne ke liye ye test karawaye the aur result as an expected postive hai."
Sameer was flummoxed and could not comprehend his words. He was frightened to hear positive words and he wondered, it meant Naina was suffer any disease.
He asked shaking voice. "Doctor Naina ko kya hua hai."
"Do not panic Mr. Maheshwari...aapki wife physically fit hai bas abhi shayad proper diet nahi lene ki vajah se wo weak ho gai hai, ek baar proper diet lengi to pahle jaise ho jayengi." Doctor made him relaxed to see his panic.
"To phir kya postive hai Doctor." Sameer asked immediately.
"Aap ki wife mentally fit nahi hai... matlab wo depression me chali gayi hai ya phir depression ki taraf ja rahi hai...jab maine unka school me checkup kiya to wo bahut chup si lagi...unke chehre par koi expression nahi the... So I guess it was symptoms of depression and now my thought was true. Your wife suffered from a mild depression." Doctor gave him a news that his wife not fit mentally. It was a big shock for him and not acceptable for him. He traumatized and feared at the same time.
"If you don't mind i ask you some personal question to know your wife condition." Doctor's voice made him realise he was in the Doctor's cabin.
"Aap ki shaadi ko kitna time hua hai." The Doctor asked him as he nodded his head.
"Hamari shaadi ko do month huye hai." Sameer replied looking him with confused face.
"Aapki wife ko iss shaadi ke liye force to nahi kiya gaya tha... basically forcefully marriage ki condition me ladkiyan depressed me chali jati hai.... jab unhe unke sasural se koi support nahi milta." Doctor assumed the cause of depression.
Sameer instantly replied. "No sir koi pressure nahi tha... actually we had love marriage.
"Ohh...love marriage.... phir aapki wife ko kya tension ho sakti hai." Doctor enquired looking him suspiciously.
Sameer at first hesitated to told the reason as he had realized to hear doctor's report that he was responsible for Naina's depression somewhere but then he made his mind to tell the truth because it was related to his Naina's health.
"Actually doctor... Last few days back we both had a fight over something and since then I was ignoring her." Sameer hestiently told the reason taking a deep breath and accepted his mistake.
"One last question it's very personal if you are comfortable." The Doctor spoke in a serious tone.
Sameer nodded his head in yes. Doctor asked. "If you both consumted your marriage."
He was taken aback hearing the question as he was not expected this question. But he told everything to the doctor as it was important for his Naina. He informed him that they were not started their marital life in physically and looked at him with some hope.
"Mr. Maheshwari aapki baaton se, I concluded your wife feared to lose you that led her depression. Aapki shaadi ko abhi jyada time nahi hua hai upar se love marriage hai, jisme sirf love aur romance hona chahiye vahan aap dono ke beech ladai ho rakhi hai saath hi aapka apni wife ko ignore karna, jisse shayad unke mann me aapko kho dene ka dar baith gaya hai. Aur abhi tak aap dono ke beech koi physical relationship nahi ban pana, aapki wife ko aap ke saath life time relationship ki assurity nahi de raha hai. Unke mann me hai ki aap unhe kabhi bhi chhod denge... ye sab baatein unhe depression ki taraf le gayi hai."
After a long pause he added more to see his frightened face. "I have just made one conclusion after listening to you but there could be other reason also."
Sameer was feared from the core of his heart as thinking to lose his Naina and asked panickingly. "Doctor Naina theek to ho jayegi na."
"Off course Mr. Maheshwari... theek ho jayengi abhi first stage me hai agar aap unka achhe se care kare aur dher sara pyaar denge to wo jaldi hi normal ho jayegi....but aap ko patience rakhna hoga aur unhe kisi bhi cheez ke liye force nahi karenge, aur ignore to bilkul bhi nahi." Doctor advised him some suggestion to retain their life like previously and consoled him that everything will be fine.
"Thank you doctor." He thanked with a forceful smile.
He left the doctor's cabin with the prescription of medicine which Naina now had to take. He looked normal on the outside, but inside he was shattered.
*************
Sameer came out of the hospital with heavy heart as the thought loosing his Naina had frightened him more and devastated him. He regretted why he behaved rudely to Naina? why he didn't listen her apologies? Why did he ignore her....when he had waited a long five years to get her? Why he didn't see her grief stricken face out of anger? Why he behaved towards her like a jerk? He was angry on himself for all things that he did with Naina. He remembered his harsh words that he used for her everytime when she tried to apologise her mistake and now he wanted to apologise for his mistake immediately but his courage had given up to face his Naina. He was thinking which way he faced Naina after giving her immense pain and push her in the depression. How would he be able to meet his eyes with her? Those thoughts were eating him internally.
He walked towards the parking in immersing in those thoughts and he stumbled with someone that he came out of his thoughts. His heart beating faster thinking to lose his Naina. He reached the car, opened the door, kept the file inside and started the car all this things he doing like a robot.
He drove the car absent mindedly even he didn't know where he was heading. His mind clouded in memory when he had baheved badly with her. Tears welled up in his eyes which he held since doctor told his beloved wife through depression. His vision blurred and his mind buzzed only doctor's words.
As he came back into his senses hearing a loud shrill honk by other car and he had seen a car coming towards him. Then he turned away the car on the road and suddenly applied the break with a force that's the car stopped abruptly near a tree.
He sighed a relief after save himself from an accident. He romed his eyes around the place and found himself nearby a park. He looked at the park and saw a boy running behind a butterfly to catch it. Once he caught her, he played it with sometime then his attention went to other things and he freed butterfly.
As he watched the play of a small boy while sitting in the car, a thought suddenly popped up in his mind. He muttered himself in a cracking voice.
"Log sahi kahte hai, jab tak koi cheez hamare paas na ho to use paane ki chah hoti hai, phir ek baar paa lene par hum us cheez ki importance bhul jate hai....aur yahi to maine kiya hai meri Naina ke saath bilkul uss chote bachhe ki tarah.... Ek samay tha jab mai Naina ko pane ke liye kisi se bhi ladne ko taiyar tha, kisi bhi had tak ja sakta tha...kaise mai uski choti choti pareshaniyo se dukhi ho jata tha, uske aasun nahi dekh sakta tha... lekin aaj maine uski ek choti se galti ke liye use itna dukhi kar diya hai ki uske aasu bhi nahi dekha paa raha, uske dukh aur dard ki mujhe parwah nahi hai. Maine usse wada kiya tha ki uss tak koi gam aane nahi dunga aur aaj maine uske jeevan ko dukho se bhar diya hai, use andhero me dhakel diya. Uski zindagi me roshni bharne ki jagah andhkar bhar diya hai.
Mera pyaar kabhi itna khudgarz to nahi tha ... phir kaise maine apne hathon meri Naina ko itna dukh de diya, use depression me dhakel diya...use itna mazboor kar diya wo mujhse baatein chhupane lagi hai....apne health ko ignore karne lagi hai... Gusse me maine hum dono ki beech duriya la di hai...aur yahi to wo log chahate hai jinhe hamari khushiyan chubhati hai...aur maine unka kaha sahi sabit kar diya."
He hurted himself for behaving harshly to his Naina and punched his fist on the steering wheel. His condition was vulnerable and only one picture flashing in his mind it was Naina's tear stricken face that pricked his heart deeply. He rested his head on the seat closing his eyes in helplessness. He was drowned in grief to hurt his Naina emotionally and mentally. He had known, he could not erase those painful days and harsh words from her heart. This thought made him more guilty of his deed and his heart shattered to feel her pain, .
Every few minutes the pain renewed itself. He missed those lovely moment that he spent with her and replayed their lives in his mind. He remembered the times he hugged her at first time and she hugged him tightly. He remembered how she felt secure in his embrace and he always protected her from evil eyes.
Now he realised he abandoned her on her condition to bear all the pain alone, ignoring her. It was his big mistake that pushed her into this condition.
"Bada dawa karta tha mai Naina se bahut pyaar karta hun, usne meri pyaar ki gaharai nahi dekhi, mere pyaar par bharosa nahi kiya... Ye befijul ki baaton ke lekar kitna rudely behave kiya.... Lekin aaj mujhe realise ho raha hai ki mera pyaar kabhi gahra tha hi nahi jitna Naina ka hai. Agar hota to uske dukh, dard aur aasun to dekh pata....idhar ek Naina hai jo mere itne bure behave karne ke baad bhi mere diye sab dard sah rahi hai wo bhi bina kuch kahe... uski jagah koi aur hoti to shayad mujhe chhod deti... Mai bahut bura hun jo maine apni Naina ko rulaya aur itne dard diye....aur aaj mai apni ek galti ki vajah se use khone chala tha." His voice broke and a lone tear trickled down on his cheek.
After a while he opened his eyes determining a decision in his mind. He looked at the boy once again and he got down of the car. He went to him and knelt down to his height. He whispered hugging him tightly. "Thank you beta.."
The boy looked at him with confusion and asked. "Kya hua uncle."
"Kuch nahi beta...bas mann kiya." He walked out of the park kissing his chubby cheek.
He looked up at the sky once reached the car and apologized to the God and his Nanaji. "Bhagwan ji aapne aaj iss bachhe ke jariye mujhe realise karwaya ki mai kya galti kar raha tha aur apne gusse ki vajah se kya khone jaa raha tha... Apni zindagi khone chala tha... Meri Naina....par aapne meri aankhe khol di ki mai galat hun...koi bhi galti itni badi nahi hoti ki uski maafi na mile par maine to jaise than liya tha Naina galat hai matlab galat hai aur use ignore kar maut ke kareeb le jaa raha tha....ye realise karwane ke liye thank you bhagwan ji aur mujhe maaf kar dijiyega ki maine ek innocent ladki ko itna dukh diya.
Nanu...mai Naina ke saath aapka bhi gunehgar hun...maine aapka bharosa toda hai, aapke sanskar kabhi aise nahi the ki kisi masoom ka dil dukhaye... aapka Sameer rah bhatak gaya tha par ab aur nahi.. mujhe apni Naina ko kahi nahi jaane dena hai use phir se meri zindagi me wapas lana hai." Now he was restless to make her normal and erased the trace of the pain that he had given to her.
*************
Sameer reached the house and sat on the sofa keeping the medicine on the table. He ordered Ramdhari to bring a glass of water. But Ramdhari didn't move from his place which made him confused.
"Ramdhari tumne suna na...maine tumhe pani lane ko kaha hai." He yelled seeing him still here. He followed his gaze where Ramdhari was looking.
Sameer was shocked the sight in front of him and a horror had written on his face seeing the person who stood at the near of stairs and only words left from his mouth.
"Mummy... aap yahan." He astonished.
The person was Vishakha, who was come after he left for the Doctor. Now she was glaring him with a furious face.
"Haan mai.... socha tha tum dono ko surprise dungi par yahan to tumne hi mujhe surprise de diya Sameer." Her pich of tone was sharp and sarcastically .
Sameer frightened the way she said with a angry tone. He sensed maybe his mother know everything. But he kept his face netural.
"Sameer mai tumse bahut naraz hun, mujhe tujhse ye ummeed nahi thi... Maine tujhe Naina ka dhyan rakhne ko kaha tha aur tune aise jimmedari nibhayi...kaha gaya tera pyaar aur yakin jis par tumne mujhe bharosa dilwaya tha." Vishakha asked sternly seeing his quiet and still sitting on the sofa. She reached to him.
Sameer could not hold back his tears more and brusted into tears to wrapped his arms around his mother waist hiding his face.
Vishakha was taken aback of his sudden break down and scared why her Sameer crying uncontrollable.
"Kya hua Sameer tu aise ro kyo raha hai." Vishakha terrified to see his condition and caressed his hair.
"Mummy wo...Naina." Sameer uttered looking up her tense face.
"Kya hua Naina ko...tu aise ro kyo raha hai ." She asked in a frightened voice.
Sameer told everything that doctor told him and his adviced for him, skipping their physical relationship matter.
Vishakha stroked his head sitting beside him and at first she offered him a glass of water which Ramdhari brought some time before. "Tu na sach me budhdhu hai... koi itni choti si baat pe gussa karta hai.... Naina ne mujhe sab bata diya kaise tu use ignore kar raha hai...aur uski baat hi nahi sun raha."
"Naina ne bataya." Asked Sameer surprisingly.
"Wo kya batati, tune kasam jo de rakha tha meri bachchi ko... par jab maine force kiya tab usne bataya...varna tu to mujhe kabhi batata hi nahi aur situation ko complicated kar deta ...wo to achha hua ki mai aa gayi, kuch dino se Naina ki aawaz me mujhe khushi lag nahi rahi thi aur mai yahan aa gayi...par ab lagta hai maine yahan aakar sahi kiya." She scolded him.
Sameer lowered his head in guilt and could not courage to meet his eyes with his mother. He wanted to erase all those painful moment of his life which gave him only pain and misery.
"Sameer tu to samjhadar hai, Naina agar logon ki baaton me aa gayi to tujhe use pyaar se samjhana chahiye tha na ki aise gussa karna...aise to sab khatam ho jayega ...beta rishtey itni aasani se na hi judte hai aur na hi tutate hai...unhe pyaar se sanjo kar rakhana padta hai. Kuch tum uski kamiyo ko ignore karo, kuch wo tumhari karegi, aise rishtey aage badhate hai." Vishakha gave him some brain and adviced how getting stronger any relationship.
Sameer nodded his head with agreement. He already regretted to drag this issue and hurting his Naina. His eyes again started to brim feeling the pain that his Naina had suffered because just of his stupid anger and ignorance. His heart was broken thinking, if she had not fainted today, he didn't know that his Naina was going through depression and he had unknowingly pushed her into the darkness. His face dropped on his own carelessness and his heart wrenched for not being able to fulfill his responsibility properly as a husband.
"Mummy ab kaisi hai Naina." He asked sadly.
"Theek hai maine use samjha diya hai...abhi so rahi hai." She informed him.
"Mummy..." He uttered.
"Kya hai beta." She asked looking him and Sameer placed his head on her lap without answering. She smiled stroking his head.
"Sameer." She called him in soft voice.
"Huh." He replied still closing his eyes.
"Sameer aaj tumhari iss condition ki jimmedar kahi na kahi mai hun... bachpan me na mai tujhe chhod kar jati aur na tu itna jid aur gussa karta ...mai ek achchi maa nahi ban payi...apne bete ko ek achha future nahi de payi... mujhe maaf kar dena Sameer." Her voice was broken and tears fell on his face. He lifted up his face and wiped her tears.
"Mummy aapki koi galti nahi hai...ye galti un halaton ki hai jisne hamare beech duriya laa di thi...abhi jo kuch ho raha hai uski responsible aap nahi hai...." He took a long breath before saying further.
"Mummy aapne kuch nahi kiya hai jo kuch kiya hai wo to maine kiya hai, mera gussa ne, jisne meri Naina ko depression ke first stage me la diya hai. Maine Naina ko paa to liya hai par ab apni hi galti se use khone wala hun." He voice chocked but he added in a heavy voice as he was shattered knowing his Naina not well just of him.
"Mai kaise Naina ko depression se bahar nikalunga...jabki reason to mai khud hu...ab to wo mujhse nafrat karne lagi hogi...maine use itna dukh jo diya hai...mai ek achha pati nahi ban paya." He admitted his mistakes and he was thinking now she would hated him.
"Sameer tere iss tarah khud ko kosne se Naina theek ho jayegi." He shook his head. " To phir ye sab chod aur ye soch ke kaise tu Naina ka depression door karega...uski pahle wali hasi loutayega...Jo ho gaya use bhul kar nayi shuruaat ke baare me soch." She made him understand wiping his tears.
"Aap theek kah rahi hai mummy.." He said with a determination and his eyes sparkled with a smile. He lost recalling their moment.
Flashback
He had returned of the office and pulled her taking his embrace. He tucked her loose straind of hair behind of ear.
"To Jaan mujhe miss Kiya." He asked in a husky and throaty voice.
Naina was shivered by his deep voice and ran away pushing him. He looked at her with a frowned face.
"Nainaa." He graoned. "Pure din iss ummeed se guzarata hun ki kab sham hogi aur ghar pahuch kar tumhe mai apni bahon me lunga par tum ho ki mujhse dur bhag jati ho... this is not fair. Tumne promise kiya tha shaadi ke wakt, meri sabhi ichcha puri karogi as a seven vows. " He said making a puppy face.
She looked at him standing at the door step and smiled seeing his babyish face. "Sameer aap thake huye hai, pahle fresh ho jaiye, tab tak mai aapke liye coffee le aati hun."
He approached towards her without attending her advice. She was about to leave the room but stopped seeing him as he was stumbled on the bed and groaned in pain holding his feet sitting on the bed.
She rushed to him feeling his pain and she blew air on the part where he clutched and pain was visible on her face as he was hurt deeply. But the next moment she pinned on the bed by his handsome husband. She closed her eyes as he leaned down on her face and he brushed his fingers slowly on her cheeks sending a shiver down on her spine. She clutched the bed sheet feeling his breath near her lips but soon she felt a feathery touch on her forehead. A slow smile appeared across her face. She slowly opened her eyelids and she found a teasing smile on his face.
He winked at her, getting up from her, loosened his tie and opened his blazer and requested seeing her angry face. "Meri jaan agar apke ghurne ka session khatam ho gaya ho to ek hot coffee pila dijiye."
She got up bed glaring him then went out of the room stomping her feet. A wide smile came on his face, as he had knew how would he manofying her angry wife.
Flashback end.
His eyes twinkled as he had found a way out of her depression. He assured his mother with a confident smile that he would make everything right as earlier. She too smiled seeing her confidence.
