Chapter 67

Hello friends.

I hope you all are well and enjoying the festival of Navratri... and aap sabhi ko navratri ki shubhkamnaye... 🌸Happy Navratri🌸

Today is the second anniversary of my story. I thank all my readers who have always supported me and i hope you will continue to support me like this.

And most important fact, today's chapter concept was penned down before I started the story. This is the basis of my story on which I envisioned the whole story. I expected you all like this chapter.

So let's start the chapter...

***************

The Next morning when Naina stired from her deep slumber, she smiled seeing Sameer who was sleeping, resting on his stomach on the bed while making a baby face. She could not resist herself to touch his silky hair. She affectionataly caressed his hair.

As she stroked his hair he opened his eyes and looked at Naina with the same love that he received from her. But suddenly sat up and asked in a panic tone. "Ab kaisa hai bukhar."

"Itna caring pati ho to mazal hai kisi beemari ki jo mujhe chu sake." Naina answered in a joking manner.

"Mazak nahi Naina. " He said making a serious face. "Mai tumhare health ko lekar koi laparwahi bardasht nahi karunga... mai nana ji ko pahle hi kho chuka hun ab tumhe nahi...." He made a grumpy face.

Naina felt guilty to play his emotion. "Sameer sorry... mai na aap ko chod kar kahi nahi jaungi...Dekh lena Mr. Maheshwari... ek din aap khud mujhse tang hokar mujhe bhagayenge."

"Aisa din kabhi nahi aayega...Na hakikat me aur na hi sapne me." Sameer instantly answered and added. "abhi ye sab chhodo aur mujhe check karne do fever abhi bhi hai ya chala gaya... nahi to hospital zana padega." He touched her forehead and sighed as if fever had got down. "Chalo fever to nahi hai but tumhe abhi do din aur medicine leni hogi... aur jaldi recover hone ke liye healthy khana khana hoga."

She nodded her head like an obedient kid and suddenly her smile faded as she remembered those painful words of yesterday that had hurt her deeply and her face dropped. Sameer noticed this change on her face and asked why she got sad. But instead of telling anything she smiled and ordered him to get ready for office as today was his special day, he was about to sign a new and bigger contract that was big achievement for the company.

Sameer came out of the washroom after shower and a smile curled up on his lip to see his wife who was lying on the bed covering the blanket over her head. He dressed up into a white shirt with black trouser and carried a black blazer. His dresses were selected by his wife.

Vishakha entered the room carrying a breakfast tray with her when he opened the door hearing a knock. He had surprised to see his mother.

"Mummy aap kyo aa gayi mai aa raha tha breakfast karne." He sounded regret, seeing his mother brings breakfast for him.

"Tum to aa jate par Naina thode aa pati... Isliye tum dono ka breakfast yahi le aayi." She looked at Naina who got up hearing their conversation. "Ab kaisi tabiyat hai beta."

"Theek hun Mummy... fever bhi nahi hai... mai fresh hokar neeche aa jati aapne kyo takalif uthayi." Naina also protested.

"Haa mummy... mai breakfast ke baad Naina ka breakfast room me lata aapko pareshan hone ki zarurat nahi thi." Sameer was feeling guilty and looked helplessly to Naina.

"Chup karo dono... Pareshan hone ki zarurat nahi hai... kya tum dono mere bachhe nahi ho?... jaise mai Rohan aur Deepika ke beemar hone par unki care karti hun vaisi hi care tumhari bhi karungi... phir chahe tu mujhe apni maa mane ya nahi." Vishakha looked at Sameer with moist eyes and her voice sounded heavy.

Sameer could not resist himself and hugged his mother wrapping his arms around her waist. Vishakha patted his back softly. Naina's eyes also moistened to see the pure and selfless mother love for his son.

"Chal chal ab jyada emotional mat ho aur jaldi se breakfast karke office ja, aaj tujhe bahut bada contract sign karna hai... aur haa Naina ki chinta bilkul mat karna mai uska pura dhayan rakhungi vaise hi jaise tu rakhega." Vishakha ordered him while parting him.

"Haa Sameer aap meri tension mat lijiye aur apna pura dhayan kaam me lagana... mai bilkul theek hun... dekh lijiye." Naina said standing from the bed and reached to him. Then she raised his palm and kept it on her forehead. "Bilkul thanda hai... to hun na mai fit and fine."

"Ok baba... par medicine time se le lena...I am not listening any excuses." Sameer warned.

"Ok sir... aur koi order." Naina asked dramatically.

"No... abhi ke liye itna hi, baad me yaad aaya to call karunga." Sameer said winking her, she blushed.

Vishakha was happy to see their love and left them for breakfast.

************

In the afternoon Naina came out of the room as she had not left the room since morning. Vishakha had strictly warned her, today she cannot allow to the kitchen.

When she reached near the stairs, heard dadi and Vishakha conversation.

"Vishakha aaj tumhari wo middle class bahu nahi dikhai de rahi... lagta hai pahli baar itni badi party dekhkar abhi tak hosh me nahi aayi hai." Dadi taunted for belonging Naina to middle class.

"Mummy ji Naina ko bukhar hai wo aaram kar rahi hai." Vishakha replied in a curt voice.

Dadi smirked. "Lagta hai party me kuch jyada hi masti kar liya hai tabhi to beemar pad gayi."

Vishakha glared. "Mummy ji aapse kisi ke baare me achha nahi socha jata na."

"Mujhe to chup kara dogi...Par kal tumhari bahu ko dekh kar aur uska middle class family se hone ke baare me jaan kar jo muh khule hai aur aage kholenge unhe kaise chup karaogi. Kal to kuch hi logon ne kaha tha, tab itna bura lag raha tha.. abhi to pura shahar bacha hai... Isliye mai iss party ke liye mana kar rahi thi. Ghar ki baat ghar me hi rah jati....Par tumhe aur Vivek ko khud apna tamasha banana tha." Dadi stared Vishakha while taunting to organize the party.

"Logon ki soch kharab hai to isme Naina ki kya galti... kya middle class ladkiya achchi nahi hoti? Kya unme sanskar nahi hote? Kya unke dil me pyar nahi hota?, kya wo insaan nahi hai?... Jo sab Naina ke baare me itna bura bol rahe hai... unhe kya pata Naina kaisi hai... aur mujhe kisi ko koi certificate nahi dena ki meri bahu achchi hai." Vishakha retorted.

Naina wiped her tears and a smile appeared on her lips as Vishakha considered her member of her family. She had not raised any question for her belonging to the middle class. But soon she again got upset hearing dadi's next allegation.

"Mere sare friends ne aaj hamare ghar par ek kitty party karne ka plan kiya tha... par kal party me Mrs. Agnihotri ne ghar aane se mana kar diya aur use dekhkar bakiyon ne bhi mana kar diya...." Dadi said and asked staring Vishakha. "Kya tumhe pata hai Mrs. Agnihotri ne kyo mana kiya."

Vishakha was already tense by dadi rent and she wanted to stop this topic that she replied dejectedly. "Mujhe kaise pata hoga Mummy ji... unhe koi kaam aa gaya hoga."

"Nahi hai kaam... uske mana karne ki vajah tumhari bahu Naina hai..." Dadi snapped back her.

"Naina... wo kaise hogi." Vishakha was shocked and asked dejectedly.

"Jab unhe pata chala Naina ek middle class family se hai, to aane se mana kar diya... tum to janti ho Mrs. Agnihotri aise logon ke saath uthati baithati nahi hai... kahi aisa na ho tumhare bahu ke aane se hamare friends aur relative hum se dur ho jaye... abhi bhi time hai kuch bigda nahi hai... Baki tum khud samajhadar ho." Dadi got up from the chair as she had finished her lunch and taunting.

As Dadi started moving to stairs Naina quickly run to her room. She sat on the bed and cried on her fate. Dadi's words pricked her heart that she could not stop her tears for flowing down. She thought, Even though she has found her husband very loving, But her misfortune is not leaving her. Will she become a curse in Sameer's life and their relationship? Will she become a curse in his family as taiji considered her manhoos, it was right.

Thinking about her fate, she did not know when fell asleep. She jerked of her sleep when felt someone touch her face. She opened her eyes and beautiful sight in front of her eyes. Her dear husband was caressing her soft cheek with affection. His eyes were reflecting utmost care for her.

"Aap kab aaye." She asked in a sleeping voice.

"Jab tum mere sapno me khoi hui thi." He replied back her with a bright smile.

"Sameerr." She screamed sitting on the bed.

"Tumne lunch kyo nahi kiya?... Mummy bata rahi thi, jab wo tumhe bulane aai thi tum so rahi thi.... Tumhari tabiyat to theek hai na... fever phir aaya tha kya?." Sameer worried for her health.

Naina remembered dadi words and answered sadly. "Bas aankh lag gai thi... fever nahi hai."

"Chalo ab jaldi se fresh ho jao...Abhi Keshav juice aur fruits leke aa raha hai wo sab finish karna hai." Sameer ordered opening his tie and blazer.

Naina went to bathroom making a babyish face and Sameer chuckled to see her drama.

**********

After a delicious dinner, Vishakha and Vivek were sitting in their room sharing the whole day's matter with each other. After some light talk, Vivek said in a serious tone.

"Vishakha aaj hamare haath se ek bahut bada contract chala gaya." Vivek gave his wife a shocking news.

"Kaise." Vishakha surprised.

"Wo Mr. Bansal hai na... Jinhone hamare company ke alawa Sameer ki company ke saath bhi contract kiya tha... Lekin aaj unke taraf se deal cancel karne ki notice aayi thi.... aur reason kya diya... ki unhe iss contract se koi bhayda nahi hai, jabki ye dono ke liye bahut profitable tha." Vivek told the whole matter to her.

"Mr. Bansal ne aisa kyo kiya... reason pata chala." Vishakha was curious to know the reason.

"Reason hai... par shayad tumhe bura lage." Vivek hesitated to tell the main reason.

"Mujhe janna hai... aap bataiye." Vishakha forced him.

"Mr. Bansal apni beti ki shaadi Sameer se karana chahate the, mujhse kai baar kah chuke the par tum to janti ho Sameer tab ready nahi tha... aur ab jab unhe Sameer ke married hone ki news mili... tab unhe laga ki jis purpose ke liye humse jude the wo hone se raha, to humse sab relation khatam kar liye...Sameer ke saath wali deal bhi cancel kar di hai... loss to Sameer ko bhi hua hai aur hamare company ko bhi hoga...Par manage karenge...Sameer ke pyaar ke liye." Vivek narrated the reason and supported Sameer without object his decision to marrying Naina.

Hearing Vivek's words, Vishakha got lost in dadi's taunts and her friends advice for Naina. After a while she looked at Vivek, he too was in deep thought.

"Vivek..." Vishakha brought out his attention in the present.

Vivek gave her questionable look.

"Vivek mujhe kal se... lag raha hai.... matlab... mai soch rahi thi... Kya Naina Sameer ke liye sahi choice hai?...Itne logon ki baatein sun kar kabhi kabhi mujhe bhi dar lagta hai, kahi maine sach me Sameer ke pyaar me bah kar galat decision to nahi le liya... humne uska future to kharab nahi kar diya?." Vishakha hesitantly shared her fear to Vivek that she felt after last night party. Where she had heard some bad comment about Naina by her close friends.

"Vishakha ye tum kya bol rahi ho koi sunega to kya sochega." He looked at the door and warned her. "Dekho darwaja bhi khula hai...."

Just then there was the sound of something falling outside or hitting something on the floor. And hearing this voice, both were shocked. They both guessed someone had at the door. They both came out of the room to see who would be there and found vase had been fallen on the floor. They both looked around but they did not see anyone and once convinced that there was no one. Vivek said it must have been dropped by the cat and Vishakha closed the door.

But the vase had not fallen by the cat, it was fallen by a person. That person was none other than Naina and who had listened to all their conversations, she had come to the kitchen to get water. As she was heading back to the room, she had heard Sameer's name, then curiously moved her feet towards their room, knowing that it was wrong to listen to someone's private conversation.

And Vishakha's last comment had scared her, she was now wondering if Vishakha would hate her like her Taiji. Meanwhile, she collided with the vase and it fell on the ground.

Before Vivek and Vishakha could reach the door for checking, Naina had hid in the kitchen. As soon as the door closed, Naina came out of the kitchen and went towards her room, but her heart filled of thousands thoughts. She felt as if she carried a hundred tons of burden in her heart.

Naina started asending the stairs with slow steps as Vishakha's distrust had broken his heart.

Other side Vivek tried to make understand Vishakha.

"Vishakha tumhara dard mai samajh sakta hun... Apne bete ke future ko lekar tumhara pareshan hona jayaj hai. Par tum apne dil se puchho aur batao kya Naina ki vajah se kabhi koi pareshani hogi." Vivek tried to ease her fear.

"Nahi ho sakti... par kabhi kabhi dar lagta hai... Sameer ka agressive behavior aur Naina ka bholapan... dono me mel nahi hua to... agar kahi Naina Sameer ke saath nahi de payi. Kahi wo hamare society me adjust nahi hui to." Vishakha disclosed her fear about Naina.

"Vishakha future hum me se kisi ko nahi pata. Tumhe khud nahi pata kal kya hoga to kaise tum Naina ko galat samajh sakti ho...Aur tum hi dekho Sameer ke behaviour me Naina ke aane ke baad kitne changes aaye hai, vah pahle se bahut shant ho gaya hai, gussa bhi kam karta hai...i think...Naina kabhi uski success me rukawat nahi banegi balki uske saath ek support ki tarah khadi rahegi...Kya society me adjust karna hi Sameer ki wife hone ka certificate hai." Vivek made her understand that her thoughts were not appropriate.

"Nahi hai...ek achchi jeevan sathi wo hai jo aapke sukh dukh me saath de..aur ye sari quality Naina me hai...Thank you aapne mujhe samjhaya ki mai galat disha me jaa rahi thi." Vishakha regretted to think wrong direction and misjudged Naina.

***********

Naina entered the room and kept the jaar at the side table. She lay down on the bed and closed her eyes as her heart wrenched thinking about Vishakha thought and she was apprehensive wondering of her future with Sameer.

Sameer was surprised to see her going to sleep, without waiting for him as he was in the bathroom when she had gone to downstairs. Before switched off the lamp he pecked her forehead softly and lay down his side thinking, maybe she was tired so she slept.

As the room covered the darkness Naina opened her eyes and warm liquid drenched her soft cheeks. But she again closed her eyes as Sameer hugged her from back. She was thinking of her fate that her misfortune never left.

She silently talked to God. "Hey Krishna ji...Kya mai sach me itni manhoos aur buri hun ki mere kadam jahan padte hai wahan bura ho jata hai... aapne mujhe itna pyaar karne wala pati diya par shayad meri kismat aise banayi ho nahi ki use pakar bhi khush na ho pau... Kya sach me mai Sameer ke layak nahi hun...kal party me bhi sabhi ke muh se yahi suna ki mai Sameer ke layak nahi hun, uska aur mera koi match nahi... kisi ke muh se ye nahi suna ki hum perfect couple hai... aur to aur mujhse bhi kitni sunder aur business ki knowledge rakhane wali ladkiyan thi jo Sameer se shaadi karna chahati thi...To kya mai inki success me rukawat ban gai... Mujhe kahan business ki samajh hai.... inke friends ko bhi lagta hai Sameer ki mujhse jyada perfect match Archana hai... Aur agar dadi ki baat manu to mere rahne se Sameer ke sare rishtey bhi unse door ho jayenge.... Tabhi to mere liye mummy apni best friend se lad gai, lekin dar to mummy ke mann me bhi hai mujhe lekar aur unka dar sahi bhi hai, tabhi to hamari shaadi hote hi Sameer apne pariwar se door ho gaye... Kya aise hi mai iss pariwar ke sab rishtey khatam karti jaungi aur saath hi business me bhi loss karwati jaungi... Jaise aaj papaji ko hua hai aur kal Sameer ko hua tha."

A few tears drops trickled down on the bed. She wiped it harshly as it was her fate then why she was crying for it. As God has written that you will not get happiness. But she couldn't help her tears from spilling.

Sameer's hand stretched accidentally beside his and he got up abruptly from his deep slumber to realise his beside was empty. He rolled his eyes in every corner of the room and finally his eyes landed on the figure that was standing by the window. He looked at her with a perplexed face and strode to her.

"Yahan kyo khadi ho... neend nahi aa rahi hai?" Hearing his question, she turned and looked at him while making a normal face.

He sensed something bothering her as she seemed gloomy and absent minded and he asked her softly. "Naina tum tension me lag rahi ho... kya baat hai batao." And he made her sit on the bed then he also sat in front of her taking her one hand in his palms.

"Kya baat hai Naina... please tell me." He asked in a tender voice.

Naina was fidgeting her night suit from her other hand as she was courage to open up her heart. She tried to say something but something was stopping her.

Sameer waited her patiently more than five minutes. When he did not see any reply from her side, asked frustratedly. "For God sake Naina kuch to bolo...Aise chup mat raho."

After a long silence she opened her mouth hesitantly as his piercing gaze didn't leave her. "Sameer... wo... wo... wo."

"Wo kya Naina... dekho mujhe ab dar lag raha hai, please Naina apni pareshani batao." Sameer yelled in a frightened voice as her hesitation scared him more and he was thinking, there must be something wrong with her or something bothering her.

"Sameer wo....mai... mera... matlab... mujhe... lagta... hai... ki... maiii... aapkelayaknahihun." At first she was stuttered then she closed her eyes and said in one breath. Sameer could not understand her meaning and asked again in a stern voice. "Kya kaha tumne... phir se kaho."

"Sameer..." Taking a long pause she said in a shaky voice. "mai...aapke... layak ..nahi hun... Aapko mujhse bhi achchi ladki mil jati... mu...mujhe lagta hai humne ye shaadi karke galti kar di." Naina voice was nervous and her head hung down. She could not courage to look his expression.

Sameer was rooted in his place, he eyes dilated in shocke, his hold on her hand loosened. He became numb and darkness covered in front of his eyes. He did not comprehend suddenly what happened with him and could not believe what he had heard was true or a dream. After some minutes as soon as realization hit him, fury and fear bubbled up inside him. He tightly grabbed her shoulder and shook her asking in a shrill loud voice with outrage. "Kya kaha tumne... jara phir se kahna" He waited her answer but seeing no response from her side, his temper raised a little and brusted out to her. "hamari shaadi galti hai.. haa bolo Naina...humne galti ki shaadi karke..."

His voice almost sounded hurt. He got up from the bed and said glaring her with a gloomy face. "Matlab tum itne dino se isliye pareshan thi... Aur kal fever ki vajah bhi yahi baat thi." He turned his face to the other side as she negated.

Naina also got up from the bed and reached to him as she was scared to see his agressive expression. "Nahi Sameer mai aise nahi kah rahi thi..."

Sameer turned to her infuriatedly and asked her again in a stern voice. "To phir tumhare kahne ka matlab kya hai."

"Sameer mai ye kah rahi thi... aapko mujhse bhi sundar aur achchi ladki mil jati...aap handsome, good-looking aur rich hai aur mai kahan ek middle class ladki jiska na koi rang hai aur na hi rup hai aur na hi haisiyat. Aapki jodi mere saath achchi nahi lagti Sameer...Aap mujhse ek better life partner deserve karte hai." Naina answered nervously as she was trying to explain to him what was going on in her mind.

As soon as Naina's words fell on his ears, Sameer's anger reached in the peak, his blood boiled, his eyes turned red, his face flushed in anger and his hands raised to slap her, but his hands stopped in the middle to see tears in her innocent eyes.

Naina was flinched in fear and she was traumatized to think Sameer could raise hand on her. Her heart pounded rapidly, her breathing became heavily as It was not easy for Naina to convey all these things to her love, she had said with a stone on her heart. But seeing him so furious, she was trembled. She had not thought even in her dream, Sameer would get so angry on her words that he would raise his hand on her. Her eyes could not raised up in the guilt.

Sameer too had a guilt of raising his hand on his beloved wife. He didn't know when his hand had risen up out of rage and now he had repentance of his action in his heart. He mellowed down to see silver drops in her deep orbs. He let out a long deep breath and calmed down his raging heart shutting his eyes.

However he constantly stared at her with his piercing eyes as he observed her every move and waited for her to say something else but she remained quiet and kept trying to avoid his gaze. After a while Sameer held her shoulder softly and said in a tender voice with utmost love. "Naina meri taraf dekho." As Naina looked up him fearly, he said further. "Naina maine tumhari simplicity aur innocence se pyaar kiya hai... jab maine pahli baar tumhe dekha tha, tab tumhe jaane bina tumhari aankhon ki maasumiyat me kho gaya tha, tumhari aankhon me kuch aisa tha jo mujhe tumhari taraf kheech raha tha aur na chah kar bhi tum mere dil me bas gayi thi...aur kisne kaha ki tum sundar nahi ho, tum duniya ki sabse sundar ladki ho, jiske samne chand ki khubsurti bhi feeki pad jayegi...Aisi hai meri Naina... aur jo tumne haisiyat ki baat ki thi na...to tum itni ameer ho ki jiske samne meri koi aaukat nahi hai...tum apne sanskaro se dhani ho aur tumhare dil me sabhi ke liye pyaar hai... jo bahut kam logon me dekhane ko milta hai."

Naina heart delighted knowing his thought for her as he didn't object to her belonging to a middle class family and not her status. She was about to ask, he would not be angry with her, if she would not be able to support him like a girl from a business family and even understand a business party, but seeing him immersed in some thoughts stopped herself.

As he pondered why this thought come to her mind and something struck on his mind. He asked her in a frustrated tone. "Tumhare dimag me ye phalatu baatein aayi kahan se... Kisi ne tumhe kuch kaha mujhe batao Naina."

Naina shook her head in no but Sameer again asked her suspiciously. "Ek minute kahi dadi ne to kuch nahi kaha, pahle unhone mera bachpan cheen liya aur ab meri married life ko bhi barbaad karna chahati hai... aaj to mai unhe chhodunga nahi."

And his hand dropped to his side and his eyes flashed with anger. He marched towards the door but Naina stopped him holding his hand.

"Sameer dadi ne kuch nahi kaha... wo to mai hi hun...mujhe kal party me logon ke expression dekhkar aur unki baatein sunkar laga ki..." But Sameer interrupted her in mid.

"Kya laga Naina tumhe." He screamed in the top of his voice with outrage.

Naina flinched by his tone and replied in a meek tone. "Jab bhi hum bahar jaate hai aur aap mujhe apni wife ke rup me jab sab se introduce karwate hai to... aap ke friends aur rishtedaron ki aankhon me maine aapke liye ek sympathy dekhi hai jo mujh jaisi ladki ko life partner ke rup me pane ki hai aur unhe ye kahte bhi suna ki aap ko mujhse bhi achchi ladki mil sakti thi jo har mamle me aapke layak hoti... mai aapke layak nahi hun, hum dono ka koi match nahi hai... Sameer." At the end her voice was verge of crying.

Sameer clapped his hand and moked her. "Wah Naina wah... itna hi janti ho tum mujhe, tumhe lagta hai mai logon ki baaton me aakar tumhe chhod dunga...Naina logon ki aankho me tumhe ye sab nazar aa gaya... par meri aankho me tumhare liye jo pyaar hai wo nazar nahi aaya." His voice sounded broken.

Naina became silent and she did not have word to answer.

Sameer let in a deep breath and said in a deep voice as her words had hurt him deeply. "Pata hai Naina humari shaadi se pahle jab maine mummy ko hamare rishtey ke baare me bataya tha to unhone mana kar diya tha.... Kyonki unhe hamara rishtaa pasand nahi tha."

Hearing it Naina's eyes shot up to him without uttering a single words. As Sameer unfolded his mother's thought for their marriage, that was hidden from her till now. Sameer replied again as understood her question.

"Tab tum tension me aa jaogi soch kar tumhe nahi bataya tha... aur unke iss rishtey ko mana karne ka ek reason ye bhi tha jo aaj tum kah rahi ho."

Naina again perplexed, looking at him with gloomy face and Sameer cleared her confusion saying further.

"Mummy ka manna tha shaadi ke baad shayad tum hamari family aur life style me adjust nahi ho paogi... agar ho gayi to kahi tum bahar walon ki baaton me aakar inferiority me na aa jao, jisse hamari married life me koi problem aaye." Sameer told his mother's opinion about Naina before marriage.

Naina thumped on the floor as her leg could not support her and she knew the biggest truth of her life today. Her mother in law had not want this marriage and remembering Vishakha's words, she started thinking that now Vishakha's will definitely dislike her. Tears formed in her eyes but she had restrain it from flow down.

Sameer looked at her pale face and said in a heavy voice. "Naina us din mummy ki baat sun kar mai puri tarah dar gaya tha par jab akele me baith kar socha to laga ki mai Naina ko itna pyaar dunga ki wo kabhi apne ko inferior feel nahi karegi...Vaise bhi meri Naina well educated, smart, beautiful aur strong minded hai... Haa kuch mamlo me wo logon ki baaton me aa jati hai ya unki baaton ko dil se laga leti hai... Aur phir maine socha ki mai tumhe itna pyaar karunga ki kabhi aisi baatein tumhare mann me aayegi hi nahi aur hamara pyaar kabhi hame kamjor padne nahi dega...Ye sab baatein maine Mummy ko samjhayi aur unke sabhi doubts clear kiye tab jakar wo iss rishtey ke liye mani thi...par aaj tumne." He stopped as his voice choked.

"Sameer aap." But Sameer cut her between and said with pain filled voice.

"Lekin aaj Mummy ka wo dar sahi ho gaya Naina, mai haar gaya, mera pyaar haar gaya ... tumhe inferiority me jaane se nahi rok paya... Mera pyaar kamzor pad gaya ya shayad mera pyaar kamzor tha jo tumhe apne upar vishwas nahi dila paya... tumhe apne pyaar ka bharosa nahi dila paya... tabhi to tumhe logon ki baatein mujhse jyada effect kar gayi... logon ki baatein mere pyaar se upar ho gaya." Sameer's voice cracked , his heart shattered and a few tears drops rolled down on his cheeks.

Naina heart sank in fear and Sameer confession teared her heart deeply. She said in a crying tone. "Sameer aapka pyaar kamzor nahi hai, aap ki koi galti nahi hai..."

Sameer looked at her with hopeless expression. "Nana ji ke jaane ke baad aaj mujhe lag raha hai, maine tumhe bhi kho diya Naina... tumhara vishwas nahi jeet paya, tumhara pyaar nahi jeet paya... tabhi to tumhe meri aankhon me pyaar nazar nahi aata, hamari shaadi galat lagti hai."

He turned his face towards Nana ji photo that was hung on the wall. "Mai apni married life, apni shaadi nahi bacha paya nanu... Sorry nanu... mai har gaya, aapka Sameer har gaya nanu, wo apni Naina ka dil nahi jeet paya, use inferiority complex me jaane se bacha nahi paya... aapka Sameer aaj bilkul akela pad gaya hai... koi nahi hai uske paas... kyo chale gaye nanu mujhe chodkar." Complaining this, tears flowing down from his eyes continuously and he once glanced at Naina of his tearful eyes and left the room with broken heart.

Naina looked at door with a impassive face and crying hid her face on the bed.
