Hi Friends!!

Next update here that is related to the present day. I hope you all do not forget the previous chapter. Before moving to the present day, I am giving you a brief description of the story.

Now you all know, how Sameer and Naina got separated on the day of farewell and they meet after 5 years when Naina goes to Delhi for a training program, Sameer was a professor in that college. On the first day of training, they saw each other from a distance, but did not come face to face. That night both of them recalled their college life. How they fell in love with each other, but separated due to some circumstances.

Now let's go on the present day story and see how they meet and what their reaction will be.

But lots of questions remain here, why was everything changed? Why Sameer shifted to Delhi? Why did Sameer not try of propose her after farewell? So aise bahut question hai jinke answer milna baki hai ...So let's read the story.

Another day had arrived, the birds were chirping, morning sun beamed peeking through the clouds a gentle cool breeze and golden light everywhere scattered.The covering natural and man-made creations, full of beauty and magic, were filled with the promise of a new beginning. The sun poured through her window and was bringing with it new hopes and aspiration.

Naina's slumber disturbed by bright sunray falling on her beautiful face. She woke up and looked her surrounding and took a few time to comprehend to where she was. Then she recalled how she was remembering her past last night and she did not know when she went into sleep. Then her eyes went to clock which was showing 7 o'clock time in the morning. She instantly got up bed and goes to bathroom for freshen up.

After half an hour she emerged out of the bathroom and searched a suitable dress which she was to wore today. She saw a perfect dress and after a while found herself standing in front of the dressing holding the dress. She got lost in Sameer and wondered, would Sameer have seen her, if he had saw her, would he have recognized her? So she decided that she would not go in front of him as far as possible.

She came out her room after getting ready wearing a pink simple embroidery kurta with blue salwar and dupatta. She striaghtly went to kitchen for helping Preeti. She saw Preeti prepared tea for all.

"Good Morning" Naina greeted her as gaining her attention.

"Naina tu kyo kitchen me aa gayi, mai bas chai lekar aa rahi thi... tu ja, bahar baith, Pandit bhi aate honge" Preeti said while pouring out tea in the cup.

"Nahi, bata kya kya karna baki hai... tu kyo akele sab karegi, jab mai help karne ko hu to". Naina insisted with a sweet smile and held a plate of biscuit.

Preeti admitted her offered "tu na sach me jiddi hai, tujhe jo karna hai karke hi rahegi".

They both walked out of the kitchen and went to the living room where pandit was already present. After greeted each other's they all completed their tea with some chitchat.

On the other side Sameer was sleeping on his bed and his sleep was disturbed by the crackling sound of the alarm. He abruptly woke up from his beautiful dream, first he turned off the alarm then saw the bright sunshine that was coming into his room through the curtain. And suddenly his mind went to yesterday incident where he saw Naina in the college parking. He thought again, was she Naina? but how could Naina be here?, his mind was perplexed again. After much pondering an idea came to his mind and a smile crept on his face. He smashed his hair through his hand with gladly. He set his decision and got up from his bed to freshen up.

After breakfast Naina and Pandit left for their respective work. Pandit stopped the car near the college gate and Naina came out of the car saying good bye to Pandit. Naina saw Priya standing away from the gate when she entered the gate. She was seen waiting for someone, then her eyes turned to Naina. She waved her hand seeing Naina and gestured for her come to near her.

Priya scanned Naina from head to toe and opened her mouth saying something, when Naina arrived to her.

"Naina aaj to tum bahut pretty lag rahi ho" Priya commented to look her gorgeous and made her finger you look very good.

"Aap na aise hi tarif kar rahi hai" Naina replied with shy smile.

Naina looked very lovely in a pink suit. Some of her hair was clutched with a clutcher on the back and remaining hair was open.
Matching earrings were dangling over her ears which was enhancing her natural beauty.

"Mai such kaha rahi hu, aur tumhare ye gaal... yaar bahut cute hai" Priya said while pulling her chubby cheek.

Naina made a face with fake anger and made a puppy face, she voiced "chale di auditorium".

After that they left for the auditorium and they took a seat of the third row as they entered the hall.

Sameer left for college after breakfast. He was thinking all the way about Naina. He drove the whole way fast as he wanted to reach as soon as possible. He anxiously reached the college and parked the car in the parking.

Today, he was delayed by an hour from normal college time when he reached the college. Sameer was a special professor in the college so there was no restriction on him to arrive at the right time. Sameer noticed the college campus was empty, only a few students were chatting.

Sameer immediately walked in the main college building. He had just entered the gate, saw a peon who greeted him, he called his name, and asked where the registration office was. After knowing the directions, he went to the office and knocked the door. A woman looked at the gate and immediately stood by the chair.

"Good morning Sir" she greeted him in a normal tone.

Sameer also greeted her and ordered her "kal jo training ke liye teachers aaye hai,  mujhe uski ek list chahiye... aadhe ghante me mere cabin me pahuchawa dijiye ga" and he left the office and directly went to his cabin.

In the auditorium, Naina's mind and heart was again debating. On one hand, her mind did not want to face him but her heart wanted to get a glimpse of her incomplete love.

She was regretting that day when she lost Sameer forever. Her heart was still anguish  for that Sameer could never be her. That night she had assumed that she was happy with the happiness of Sameer. But her heart always complained to God that why he snatched all the happiness from her life. Earlier when Preeti was there, all the sadness was shared with her, but since she got married, it had a lot of pain for Naina last two years. Everyday Taija's taunt, the neglance of her father and the absence of Preeti, reminded her of too much Sameer. She tried to forget Sameer, but Sameer had made a place in her life that she could not forget him and somehow was moving forward in her life.

But after 5 years when she found him in front of her again, her every effort was weakened. And today, with every passing seconds, her eyes were going on the gate of the hall, as if Sameer could enter the hall at any moment. So that her heart began to throbbing in fastly and her attention was nowhere which she was unable to focus on the stage.

Sameer was sitting in his cabin with eyes closed and resting his head on the chair. His mind went to yesterday's incident when he took a glimpse of her. She was wearing a saree, so he was assuming that she had been married. But the heart was not accepting this fact. His mind and his heart were not matched.

His heart asked from his own mind "Kya sach me Naina ki shadi ho gai hai" and his mind replied " ha to, dekha nahi kal Naina  saree pahne huye thi".

He was lost in his mind and heart debate when he was hearing a knock on the door and jerk out of his thoughts. He calmed his pounding heart and thoughts before allowed. After permission a peon entered into the cabin holding some papers. Peon was handed over the paper to Samir and exited the cabin. Sameer once looked the plies of paper and taking a long breath then he started flipping the pages.

Now he was searching for Naina's name in the pages. In the first page, he found Naina's name yet the surname was not mentioned. His eyes lit up seeing Naina's name in his first attempt but his excitement went off when he saw the name of the place written in Mumbai. He searched the next pages again but did not find her name, after the fourth page he found her name written and the name of the place was written in Ahmedabad. His eyes twinkled again and a smile come on his lips seeing her name but soon his smile replaced into a shock when he saw her full name. It was written "Miss Naina Agrawal".

He could not understand whether he should be happy or to be sad about this. He remembered that once he had heard that her marriage was fixed, then why she unmarried. Such question roamed his mind and made him more anxious. He wanted know the answer to his questions which troubled him. Then he looked at his wrist watch, indicating that there would be lunch break after half an hour. He thought he would meet her today and somehow everything would be known.

Naina was restless today as even after half a day of college passed, she did not see Sameer. She wanted a glimpse of Sameer but perhaps her luck was not with her.
She was sitting in the hall but her heart was not here, she was missing him. She did not notice what had happening in front of him.

Priya's eye was on her for a long time and found her lost somewhere. She touched her hand and her touch brought Naina out of her thoughts.

"Naina koi problem hai kya?" Priya asked  seeing her depressed as her attention was not on the training.

"Nahi di... koi problem nahi hai" she answered with polite smile.

"To phir ye beautiful face murjhaya kyo hai?. Iss par udasi achchhi nahi lagti." Priya said in a tender voice while touching her cheek.

Naina then diverted her mind after glancing around her and gave her a sweet smile. She looked at the stage, where some suggestions were given by a professor. She noted down some tips on the diary.

Most people disappeared from the hall in a few minutes, when the professor exited the hall after heard the lunch break bell. But apart from Naina and Priya, some people were present in the hall. A woman approached them.

"Priya hum sab canteen ja rahe hai, tum bhi chalo na" A lady offered priya to join them as she already knew Priya.

" Ha Sunidhi hum aa rahe hai" she replied while turning to Naina.

"Naina chal na hum bhi chalate hai, suna hai yanha ke canteen me bahut achchha food milta hai... meri ek school friend ne isi college se study kiya hai, wo iss college ke canteen ki bahut tarif karti thi". Priya said as convincing her. Naina nodded her head in yes.

Everyone exited the hall to go to the college canteen. As they were going through the corridor, Sameer was coming towards them, whose eyes were glued only on Naina. Naina stunned when she saw Sameer coming towards her. She halted her track and her breath got hitched and then her heart started thumpping loudly.

When she was sitting inside the hall, she wanted to see Sameer but now when Sameer was suddenly in front of her in this way. There was an unknown fear inside her so that she could not think of anything.  The situation she wanted to avoid was in front of her in this way and she could not step back even if she wanted to.

She did not think that she would meet Sameer in this way after years. Their first meeting was similarly in the corridor, which was normal. But today's meeting, Sameer's seeing Naina here, was all unexpected for her. She had not thought about it that if Sameer saw her, what would she say, how she would talk to him.

She was lost in her thoughts when Priya turned back and called her name. Naina come back to her senses.

"Kya hua kahan ruk gai thi, kahi samne dekh ke dil ki dhadkan to nahi bad gai". Priya asked her in slow voice as Naina approaching her.

"Aise kyo kah rahi hai?". Naina asked as she did not understand anything. She feared as if Priya caught of her secret.

Then Priya leaned in her ear and said something.

"Naina, dekh samne wo Sir aa rahe hai, jinhone kal training di thi, yaad aaya unhe hi dekh ke kah rahi thi... kya handsome lag rahe hai yaar, mai aaj class me soch hi rahi thi ki aaj kyo nahi aaye, aur dekh ab samne se aa rahe hai... lekin mujhe inka naam yaad nahi aa raha... kya hai" Priya whispered in her ear while looking at Sameer and she started remembering his name. Naina felt some jealousy seeing Priya's eyes on Sameer.

"Sameer" Naina's mouth his name unknowingly escaped.

Priya commented as heard her name from her mouth. "Kya baat hai, madam ko to naam bhi yaad hai". But Naina ignored of her teasing.

Naina glanced a look to him from tip to teo and found that he was dressed a black shirt with white pant. Today he looked dashing in the black shirt, which suited him more than any other colour. But she instantly averted her gaze on him before he caught her.

As Sameer was approaching near her, Naina's heartbeat increased like a jet speed,  she felt her heart would comes out anytime. She was started sweating when she looked Sameer's eyes had still on her, as if no one was around him.

Naina was walking on the edge of the group, where Sameer was coming towards her. When Sameer passed near her, he slowly called her name "Naina" and moved on.

She immediately looked on her surrounding, then she turned back and saw him, who was standing a few meters away. She knew why he stopped.

"Naina kisi ne tera naam liya, tumne suna, dekh koi jan pahchaan wala na ho" Priya said to Naina as wandering her eyes around.

"Nahi di maine to nahi suna... aur mai ek akeli thodi na hu jiska naam naina hai...Yanha kitne sare log hai inme se kisi ka bhi naam ho sakta hai". She said to pointed some girls group they walking some distance from them. But she knew the turth, this time took the name for her, only her from her most awaited person mouth.

"Di mai apna purse hall me hi bhul gai hu, mai abhi aati hu, aap log chaliye mai aa jaugi... aur mujhe Preeti ko bhi call karna hain to thoda lete ho jaugi... aap sab mera wait mat karna". She gave an excuses as going to Sameer, she badly wanted to go towards him when he called her.

"Par tu kaise, mai bhi chalati hu na tere sath" Priya concerned her.

"Nahi di mai aa jaugi... bas aap sab mera wait mat kariyega." Naina assured her.

Then she started heading to the hall and all the rest went towards the canteen. She approached Sameer and stopped. She found him busy in his mobile

Sameer stood without glancing at her. "I am waiting for you in the parking". He said while looking at something his mobile when he sensed her.

Then he left the place. Naina walked inside the hall and sat on a chair as her throbbing heart calmed down when she knew he wanted to meet her. She wondered that why he wanted to meet her. But a question roamed in her mind that did Sameer just saw her suddenly in the corridor and made a plan to meet immediately, or he had seen her yesterday.

After gathering some courage she stood up from chair and walked out of the hall. Her steps moved to the parking, as soon as she got closer to the parking, she became nervous and started her heart throbbing fast again as how she would face him after so many years.

As soon as she reached in the parking, saw him leaning on the car and his eyes were closed. She stood at some distance and was admiring him for a few minutes because she had looked him in front of her after many years. And she was also very happy that he remembered her till today. Then she went to near him. He felt her and opened his eyes.

The two of them had seen each other after a long time and they got lost in each other's eyes.
