The higher up crew of the Star Glimmer is a tight group. They, like the ODSTS, have trained, worked, and lived together. They are a family. They've flown the Star Glimmer on countless missions, both in peace times and wartime.

The higher up crew consisted of the Captian, the chief engineer, the chief navigator, and chief communications officer.

Captian Alice Winters was one of the best captains in the UNSC. She led countless missions both on her frigate and on the ground. Unlike other ship captains, she fought face to face with a squad of covenant forces. She wasn't a strict or aggressive person, she leads with kindness and gave reassurance. But if you angered her, god help you. She is a averaged height young woman who was born with the eyes of a wolf and long flowing jet black hair. And a single scar runs down her otherwise clean face. The scar came from a battle she had with an elite who was very fond of energy swords.

Chief engineer Rider is the best ship engineer, even before the covenant attacked. He can repair anything. If you give him a falcon or tank that has been shot at, blown up, and just abused he can make them look good as new. He and his team of engineers keep the Star Glimmer running smoothly. Rider also is a very good pilot not as good as Ruby but still pretty damn good. He also very fond of an old M40 pistol that he father gave to him when he was a boy. Rider has held onto the pistol since. He carries it no matter what, on the job or not its always at his side. He is of just below average height and his skin is always spotted with engine oil of other substances. His eyes are a dark chocolate brown and his hair the same, which is shaved in military style.

Chief navigator Alex is one of the best navigators the UNSC has. He can find the fastest and safest way to any location in the galaxy. He has flown as many missions as both Rider and Alice. And every time they've come out with the least amount of damage. There is a rumor on board that he once did a blind jump and hit his target spot on. And there is also another that when he jumped the ship was in crashed right into and covenant ship, destroying it almost instantly. Alex is quite tall and his bald head and stunning blue eyes, he can be spotted in any group.

Chief communications officer Raven. She is as good as a communications officer can be. She has been on communications both on the field and on the Star Glimmer. As well as being a good communications officer she is good with a sniper rifle or DMR, but she prefers her lucky DMR she got from her mother. She is even close to outshooting Lee, but Lee was the new best shoot in the UNSC after Jack died. Raven had raven black hair that hung behind her head down to her shoulders, her eyes were a grayish green.

And together these four ran the Star Glimmer, with little to no damage to the ship. They have flown attack missions, evacuate missions, transport missions, and protection missions. And each and everyone they accomplished without failure. Well, all but one mission. Their mission to evacuate the civilians on earth. The only mission the failed and the only one they will ever fail.
