Jennifer's POV

I was now with Cookie Monster. He was dressed as Frankenstein. We passed by Chow Mein, a Chinese restaurant. There were no customers, cause everyone was celebrating Halloween. Wei Lee was sad about that.

We walked inside to order some Chinese food. I ordered some Peking duck, along with some rice, and Cookie Monster ordered some orange sesame chicken. The intoxicating aroma greeted our noses. Before our food was served, Wei gave us fortune cookies.

"Yum, cookie!!" exclaimed Cookie Monster.

"Uh oh," I said.

Cookie Monster ate all the fortune cookies, leaving Wei irate.

"Get out of my restaurant, both of you!" He barked. "Don't ever come back!"

"What about our food?" I protested.

"No! Now, get out of here, before I call your parents!"

We left the Chinese restaurant. "Nice going, Cookie Monster," I said, glowering at him.

"Me sorry! Cookie too hard to resist! Cookie Monster love cookies!"

"Okay, I get it!"

Cookie Monster and I went our separate ways. Again, I heard Big Bird's voice. I felt so sorry for him.

Poor Big Bird.
