I was still trying to piece together my mind and what was going on while Reilly jumped on me and hugged me tight. She squeezed me so hard I couldn't breathe but then I managed to get some space and air. I was confused why I passed the hunt when the announcement previously said that Saxa is the last winner. But I couldn't get my answers right away because this seemed like it is not the end of it. We weren't in the forest anymore after entered the ruins but where are we exactly? The whole group was standing on a spot and looking around to see if someone will come pick us up. After a few minutes it was obvious that the hunt isn't over and we still need to get to the finish line. We were standing near the door we came through in a circle with only torches illuminating our spot. Besides that it was pitch dark and we couldn't see much into the distance. Trying to find our way, we follow this sudden breeze we felt on our skin thinking it must be coming out from some exit. Everyone started to walk in the direction from which the breeze was coming and the torches started to light up one by one as we passed through this tunnel that looked like something from a horror movie. It started to feel a bit chilly inside and really damp. The walls were covered in moss and the floor was getting more and more wet. Soon our shoes and bottom of our cloakes were soaked in water and covered in thick mud. The girls started to shiver so we got closer to each other, trying to warm us up by our own body heat and Saxa was mumbling something the whole way.

After a while, we saw a light in the distance which started to grow bigger and bigger. Then we arrived in front of a big glass wall that allowed us to see inside. There were big chandeliers lit with candles at the ceiling and under you could see this big classroom that looked like it had been carved into a mountain. It resembled a cave with its' pinkish and orange rock walls with wooden tables and chairs in its' middle and a huge dark green chalk board that was big as the whole side wall. And there were some people already seated inside. From a distance I couldn't tell who it was but then I heard Jess scoff which made me focus on the people and I recognized Ledon. Then I saw Gan Fo and Mairi too. Made sense they would get here before us since they must have gotten some information about the hunt and where the treasure is. We reach the glass wall and then enter the classroom. As soon as we get inside and the famous trio sees us, they start to laugh at us, pointing out how dirty and disheveled we looked. We all got a little pissed about it and then suddenly I could hear electricity crackling up. I followed the sound and saw sparks of lightining started to appear around Saxa which scared Ledon and he stopped laughing. This means our powers are not blocked anymore. I took a few steps to the side, hide behind Reilly just in case Saxa tries to attack me again. Ledon calmed down and with a smirk on his face he started to taunt us.

Ledon: Well look at you all. Too bad we won the hunt. You look like losers and you even are losers.

Saxa: What are you blabbing about? You are the winner? Hah. News to you, we won. They've announced it.

Ledon: I don't know about you, Mud princess, but some of that dirt must have gotten inside your ears because we clearly got here first and also heard the announcement.

Everyone was confused as to why we heard the announcement of our victory if there were others at the winning spot already. Ledon then started to boast about how they got to the place and described these clean marble catacombs that they just walked through meanwhile us, we had to go through all that? Did we really win the hunt? This seems more like a punishment. But then Ledon got interrupted by a sudden clap of hands. We looked behind us and saw no one, only to be surprised by some of the professors to apparate in front of us. First ones were Professor Coldos, Minertha and Ikaim. Then Professor Naki and Nannieya appeared, followed by Professor Hellion and another one I didn't meet yet. They all formed a line and greeted us. Some of them looked proud of us and how we did during the hunt, and others remained with their stern face like Professor Coldos for instance. We wanted to ask about the winners but Mairi was too fast and she stood up from her seat, yelling at the professors and demanding an explanation. Professor Minertha lifted her hand up and silenced Mairi. Then she cleared her throat, looked at the professors and nodded her head. They start to step out of the line and introduce themselves to the students that didn't know them, like Reilly and the other demigods.

Professor Nannieya: I am Professor Nannieya, 1st and 2nd year botany teacher. Magician adepts Jessicah and Enko, you have passed the hunt and I accept you for The student's week.

After Professor Nannieya told us that Jess and Enko won, we started to jump slightly around and giggled, besides Saxa and Reira. They both stood with their arms crossed in front of their chest with their eyebrows raised. We only heard Saxa smirk because she knew that this means we are the ones that actually won the hunt.

Everyone got assigned their to the teachers for The student's week. Reilly got Professor Ikaim who taught us in History class. Then Nima was paired with Zoomantropy Professor Hellion based on her ability to tame those eagles. Gaia was chosen by that new professor whos name is Kollin and apparently he teaches Potions. Reira got Professor Minertha while Saxa got Professor Naki. After she heard that, she scoffed and then demanded to be switched because she didn't wanna take care of plants. Something about "this hunt was the first and last time she got dirt on her". The Professors started to murmur but Professor Naki laughed it off and then volunteered to swap the students with Professor Minertha. Reira was Saxa's best friend but she seemed more like a lackey and only complied with Saxa's orders. After everyone got assigned their Professor, it meant only one thing. The last one was me and Professor Coldos. He didn't seem very happy but he is always grumpy so I didn't put much thought into it. He congratulated me and then said he is looking forward to be working with me. We were all happy that we won the hunt. Reilly walked up to me and we started to talk quietly between ourselves about our victory. Then we got interrupted by a loud bang. It jerked our bodies and we looked in the direction of the noise. It was Ledon who slammed his hands on the desk as he stood up and started yelling at the professors.

Ledon: How is this possible? We were here first and we heard the announcement. I was supposed to be the winner!

Professor Coldos: Each professor was monitoring your progress and had eyes on all of the students to decide which one they will take for the student's week based on their skill or knowledge. The main purpose of the hunt was to arrive here, into this classroom-

Ledon: And we did that! How am I not chosen as a winner then?

ProfessorMinertha: If you would let Professor Coldos finish, Mr.Thornman, you would know what you did wrong. Let me ask you. How did you get into the classroom?

Ledon: What is that supposed to mean? I found it. So I won!

Professor Minertha: Like we said. We were monitoring you for the hunt, which started by you receiving the invitations. Do you understand why you didn't win? Now...

Ledon was going to interrupt Professor Minertha again but after she stopped talking, she clapped her hands two times and then our location has changed. We weren't inside that catacomb cave classroom anymore but everyone was standing in the school's yard, near the forest. We were joined even by other students from the hunt who were still kicking their feet or punching air. Some of them had eyes closed and they were fighting someone off. Then they must have realized there is nothing in front of them anymore so they slowly stopped and opened their eyes to see they are not inside the forest anymore. Some of them dropped tired on the grass and tried to catch their breath. Even Ledon who was yelling out how it's not fair got silenced as the professors apparated again and with them the cloaks we had on suddenly dissipated into colored dust. Reilly grabbed and hugged my arm, trying to persuade me to hold a small victory party in our room but I was so tired I just wanted to go take a hot bath, get rid of the dirt from my body and then hit the bed. She pouted her lips and looked at me with puppy eyes but then I reminded her that Enko and Jess are magicians and wouldn't be able to go to our dorm anyway. Letting out a long "ooh" she realized that the party can't be done in our room so she let is go for now but she made me and the girls promise her that we will our win. I put my hands into my pockets and started to walk away from our group with Reilly still glued to my arm and to my right side of my body. She waved goodbye to the girls, yelling that it was nice to meet them and then we crossed the border. The other demigod girls followed us. We all got inside the academy building and walked up the stairs to the dorms. Nima, Gaia and Reira separated from us on the early floors since their rooms were there. Me with Reilly and Saxa, we had to walk to the top floor of the building into the Zeus hallway. Without any words, Saxa just got into her room and slammed the door behind her. I didn't pay any attention to her and just got inside my room. I slowly walked to my closet like a zombie because I was drained from all my energy during the hunt. I managed to grab my towel and wobbled my way into the bathroom, letting Reilly know I will take a bath first. Plugging the drain and then turning on the knobs I let the bath fill with water as I put in some jasmine scented shower gell to create bubbles and then I sit on the edge. I grabbed the bath and let my head fall back. Closing my eyes and taking a deep breath I can finally relax. But it wasn't a good idea because I felt really sleepy and I was really dirty so I quickly opened my eyes and shook my head to wake me up a little bit. I stood up and started to undress myself. Throwing all of my clothes and shoes on the ground I take a hair clip that was in a small basket with mine and Reilly's hair accessories on the bathroom cupboard and then grab my hair into a small ponytail. Since they are a bit short, I twist them a few times and then pinch them in the hairclip. When the water filled the bath a bit more, I stopped it and then checked the temperature with my hand. It was a nice combo of lava-hot water and the bubbles smelled fresh like the jasmine from the Botany classroom. I submerged myself under almost completely, water reaching up to my chin. Starting to feel a little drowsy from the heat I decided to lift my body up a little bit and rest my neck on the side of the bath. I closed my eyes and started to drift away while the bathroom got filled with steam. I didn't know how much time has passed but I was dreaming about that blue light dream once again. I was surrounded by the light and felt at peace until I heard a knock on the door which woke me up. It was Reilly with a concern in her voice asking me if I am ok. I reply to her and seeing all the bubbles are gone now, I realized that I must have fallen asleep for quite a while. I get out of the water that is now a lot colder and dry myself. Wrapped in a towel, I quickly walk back to the bath, unplugging it to let the water drain itself. I bent over the bath to rinse my hair fast and don't let Reilly wait too long. I reached to grab another towel, smaller than the one I was wearing and used it to bundle up my hair. I pick up my clothes from the ground and then leave the bathroom. I walked into the closet room to throw the muddy, sweaty clothes into my bin for dirty clothes. Reilly was practising with a sword in the middle of the room to kill the boredom while she had to wait for me to finish up washing up. I didn't understand where she got that energy from, how she could be back on her feet and exercising again. When she heard me come out and walk around the room, she stopped and picked up the sheath, then put the sword inside.. She asked me once again if I am okay while she tossed the sword on her desk, to which I replied that I am but I didn't understand why she was asking me that. Reilly only sighed and told me to check what time it is, then went to clean herself too since she was all dirty from the hunt too and now she was also sweaty from the exercise. I told her I was sorry for occupying the bathroom for that long but she only waved her hand in the air, her back turned to me as she walked inside to clean herself too. I adjusted the towel that was slipping from my chest and went inside the closet to pick clean clothes for me to wear. I chose a simple oversized yellow shirt that was so big it hid the black shorts I wore with it. I picked up the towel I tossed on the ground while changing my clothes and walked with it into the room. I placed it over the heater to dry up. Unfolding the towel on my head, I let the wet hair drop down, slightly touching my shoulders and then brush my hair with the towel. I joined the two towels on the heater and then went to sit down on my bed and finally get some rest. I was thinking about the next day and what am I going to do since I still haven't received any Umbras class schedule. Do I need to go see Mr. Hale tomorrow and ask about it? Usually I would get some magical paper whooshing into my room out of nowhere.

I was tired but I wanted to wait for Reilly to get out of shower and talk for a little bit before we go to sleep. She was taking her time in the bathroom so I decided to write a message to girls from my old dorm and let them know I have won the hunt. I went to grab my backpack that was sitting on my chair. Which made me realized that I didn't have it during the hunt. I totally didn't notice it missing during all that chaos.

Reilly: They removed them when we got the cloaks and probably did a spell for our stuff to get into our rooms.

I heard Reilly say with a toothbrush in her mouth as she was standing in the doorframe dressed in a bathrobe, but what she said made sense. I slouched from the bed and lazily walked to the chair. I opened my bag and took my phone out to check the time. It was almost 7am. I looked out at the window and it was starting to get lighter outside. The hunt started in the evening and we must have been running around until midnight at least. After the professors got us out of the cave classroom, it was still dark. Did I sleep that much in the bath? I took the phone and went back to bed. Reilly walked back into the bathroom to finish cleaning her teeth. I forgot to do that but I couldn't be bothered to get up so I just told myself I will do it in the morning. After a few minutes, Reilly was done and on her way to lie down. I haven't had a sleepover with her like this in ages and now we even became roommates. We talked for a little bit, reminiscing about old times when I crashed at their place. Even though I did get some sleep before in the bath, I was still feeling a little bit tired. I cuddled my body more into the matrace, disappearing under the soft blanket and pillows. The school was still on since it's the middle of the week and already a morning but I was so drained out of energy I wanted to sleep more. My peaceful time trying to fall asleep was ended when I heard a whooshing sound of a paper and then something dropping somewhere in the room. This has happened multiple times already so I knew that it has to be some sort of letter or invitation. Maybe they finally sent me a new class schedule. Reluctantly I got up from my bed and checked to room to see where the paper landed. It was near Reilly's bed. She quickly picked it up and opened it. I guess the message wasn't for me so I went back to bed but then another envelope appeared above my desk. I watched it float and drop down as I walked towards the table. I grabbed my envelope and tore it open to get to the letter inside.

I finished reading the letter and then exhaled with relief that I don't have to take any classes today because I don't think I would be able to keep my eyes open and pay any attention to the lessons. I tossed the letter with the envelope on my desk and went to bed. I hopped under my blanket and tried to sleep more. Unfortunately, I couldn't find myself falling asleep again. My mind was wandering somewhere. I was surrounded with that blue light again, watching shadows appear and move around me, walk through me like I wasn't even there as I listened in on their conversation. The two familiar shadows were standing right in front of me. I tried to reach out my hand to touch them. I called upon them, wanting them to notice me but it was all in vain. I could only watch what was playing in front of my eyes. The shadows spoke to each other, the same talk they had before. I tuned in and one word resonated in my ears and I finally realized where I have heard or seen it before.
