So once a year we have a dance recital. This year one lucky girl gets a solo. No prize if you guess who that'll be. Even though it's obvious who will get it, we still have to audition. It's like a performance. Parents and the dancers from other grades and genres, plus teachers get to vote who they want to do the solo. You get to audition with any genre which is good for me.
Right now I'm waiting in line for my audition.
Then it happens. My name is called. Here goes nothing. I say what genre it is I wish to do. I pick acro. And, begin.

At the end, some people looked shocked and others were just clapping their hands off. For once, I was noticed.
