I pushed and shoved through the sea of frantic people, keeping my eyes glued on the black-haired Yuichiro who was moving fast. Damn! "I thought the capital of the Demon Army was totally safe!" I heard a student yell as I struggled slightly to get through. "Hey hurry up and move!" another student yelled. "Excuse me." I mumbled as I forced a person to the side. "Yuichiro!" I yelled but he didn't hear me...or maybe he was purposely ignoring me. I'll never know.

He ran up the stairs and I stumbled to catch up with him. "Yuichiro!" I yelled again. He looked behind himself and glared at me. "What are you doing!? Its not safe here!" he yelled but never stopped running. "I could say the same for you." I said. Everywhere we turned there were millions of shattered glass pieces and debris wherever you looked.

"Why are you here?" he asked when we reached his locker and he opened it revealing his schoolbag, a katana holster, and a magnificent looking gun. "Because I don't want you to die." I said and grabbed the gun. He looked startled when he turned his attention away from his locker to me. "What the hell are you doing?" he asked. "Grab your little sword or whatever so we can get this over with." I said.

"D-Do you even know how to use that?" he asked while eyeing the sword holster he held. "We'll have to see, wont we?" I teased. A smirk unfolded on his lips until a shrill scream that was overflowed with terror sprung out. "It came from that classroom." I said and pointed to the open door. "Tsk!" he said and walked swiftly to the entrance while I stayed close to the door.

I looked and saw a small, obviously starving, and underweight pink-haired vampire sitting on the teachers desk while caressing a female. Her ribs could be visible and they didn't go well with her sunk-in eyes. That boy, Yamanaka was in the corner lying in fear not even trying to save the girl the vampire was about to sink her fangs into. Yuichiro then walked inside passing me and standing across from the hungry vampire.

"Y-You're..you guys.." Yamanaka trembled when he saw Yuichiro and me slightly from behind the door. I put my finger to my mouth and made a 'shh' sound quietly. "Long time no see. vampire! Its been four years!" Yuichiro said and the vampire stood up. Yuichiro pulled out his sword and it gleamed brightly. "I'm going to kill you!" he yelled and automatically charged towards her.

"Humans.." she grumbled and jumped up in the air in time before Yuichiro could swipe her legs clean off. He grunted and watched her flip and land back down on a desk and lunged herself at him hungrily.. I narrowed my orbs and aimed to shoot her but..in reality it was to fast for any human to do so. Her movements were too fast, too swift, and too unnatural for me to recall. Tch! Even if I did try to shoot it would most likely only get her hair unfortunately.

I widened my eyes when an idea popped in my head. The vampire slammed Yuichiro to the chalkboard, resulting in him groaning loudly from pain but dodging her next punch. I ran out of my spot and gripped the gun tighter then before. "Yuichiro! Give me the sword!" I yelled. He probably didn't know what I was doing but quickly obeyed and threw the weapon in the air, same with me.

Yuichiro caught the gun and I caught the sword, getting use to the new object I was now currently holding. "You little brats.." the vampire sneered and changed her objective towards me. If I could just...dammit! I closed my mouth and avoided every desk she threw at me while secretly licking my top row of teeth slowly. She got tired of the act and instead raced to me and yet I attempted to slice her legs off which I failed at but..that was the part of my plan.

When she jumped I leaned my head back and carefully parted my lips a little giving her a glance of my fangs. Her actions then froze in fear with her pupils getting smaller due to shock. "How.." she whispered. She was in such shock that it gave me the perfect opportunity to cleanly slash her hand off. She dropped to the floor and grabbed her fallen arm, scurrying to the back of the room to reattach it. That'll buy us some time.

I licked my teeth again, feeling the familiar fangs sink back in. "Here." I said and looked at the dumbfounded Yuichiro. "How did you do that?" he asked impressed and switched his gun out for his sword. "Its in my blood." I replied and shrugged. He chuckled a tiny bit but the soft breathing of the main victim here caught both of our attention as she laid on the desk. "Yamanaka! Take this girl with you and run! Now!" Yuichiro ordered.

I turned around and looked at Yamanaka too. "Huh!?" he said looking very dumb in this situation. "You're a solider candidate right!? You can take care of her!" I said. "I-It was a lie though!" he confessed. Are you kidding me right now!? "Huh!" Yuichiro said. "I thought everyone would fear me if I said I'd join the army!" he admitted. "Damn you..." I muttered. "You pesky things.." the voice of the vampire rose again.

We all looked to see her now crackling her hand around that she reattached to her body. "Know your place livestock!" she said and smirked at me. I noticed...I noticed how she said livestock. What's the problem? It wasn't plural, that's what. "If you two are going to interfere." she said while breaking the metal part of a broken chair.

"I'll drink your blood first!" she said and pointed to Yuichiro. "Then yours." she said and pointed to me. I hummed. "I'll keep trying to shoot her." I whispered and Yuichiro nodded. "Leave the hard work to me. I've got it." he said back and allowed me to jump behind a bunch of desks, using them as cover.

I aimed once more watching her try to penetrate Yuichiro with either her hand or the metal part of the chair. If I could just transform for a bit..maybe I could get her..But it was no use. A vampire vs. a human is almost impossible unless you have the right weapons. Even though this gun seems to have been from someone extraordinary leaving me wondering how the hell Yuichiro got ahold of it its still not enough.

Humans can't process thing's as quick as vampires. They don't posses the powers like us. Yuichiro sliced just below the vampires breast and she covered herself up instantly and jumped highly in the air while flipping over. Now! I clicked and pulled the trigger with every bullet merely hitting the place where she last stood.

"Dammit!" I grumbled. She smiled when she stood back up she moved her hands back to her side, showing her scar that had healed already. "Playtime's over. You two can't save anyone." she said. Yuichiro furrowed his eyebrows. "Once I drink her blood, I'll be no match for you both." she said and I gritted my teeth as she bared her fangs out to pierce them inside the girls tempting neck.

"Stop!" Yuichiro yelled. It's over. She's going to suck this girl dry and destroy everything. Unless... I was about to run my tongue across my teeth when out of nowhere Yoichi tackled her from the side.

I widened my eyes...

I knew he wasn't a wimpy kid, Yoichi is capable of something inside.
