"I'll be heading to the Shinjuku via a different route." Guren announced with another deep sigh.

"Before I go let me make this clear: This is your new comrade, Sanguu Mitsuba." he said as he patted her head, she only looked at us boredly. You mean I have to get use to another human? Just kill them and get it over with. It's all about planning. Trust me, I want to kill them all.

"Squads of the Moon Demon Company usually move in teams of five but I can make an acceptation for you guys. Besides it's actually better. Any lower, and you'll run a higher risk of being killed by an armed vampire. The moment you step outside these walls, you will not fight each other." Guren looked at me at that part. "And you will not fly solo." he looked at Yuu.

"Understood?"

"You heard the man." Shinoa said care freely and pointed to Yuu and I. "Got it twin lovers?" she teased. "No promises there." Yuu chuckled. "Shut your mouth." I growled. Shinoa hummed at us both. "What?" Yuu said, gritting his teeth. "You talk too damn mouth." I snapped and looked him in the eyes, our chests almost touching and I noticed this was a decent range to suck his blood from his neck.

"You talk to damn much! If there's a vampire right in front of me, even if I'm by myself--" he stopped when he saw my widened eyes as they were locked fully on Mitsubi. Human's may not have the best reflects as us vampires but they can still sense when something is wrong. Thank god they do, or else I would've never saw Mitsubi lunging her fist at me and her leg at Yuu.

Shinoa moved out the way as Yuu quickly grabbed the hot-headed females leg, I on the other hand swiftly grabbed her wrist and dug my nails into her skin, giving off a fair warning. What's with this girl? "What the hell.." I muttered. "What do you think you're doing?" Yuu asked. She hummed and exchanged looks at us.

"Not bad. Nice reflexes for both. But, stop arguing and stop being independent so much." she muttered the last part lowly and brought her foot down. "I understand, Lieutenant colonel Guren." she smiled and looked at the older man who just put his hand to his forehead.

"You want me to train these two scouts, right?" she said proudly. "So now the troublemaker wants to teach?" Guren said. "How am I the troublemaker?" she pouted. Kimizuki groaned. "Oh, man, everyone here is a pain in the ass." he said and Yoichi laughed. I honestly didn't think it was funny. Did he not realize Kimizuki meant him too?

"Wow, if you think that, then it must be pretty bad." he said. "What was that?" Kimizuki said and leaned closer to Yochi. Yoichi tensed up and uttered out a nervous laugh. "Nothing, nothing at all!" he said. Yuu picked up his fallen cape and draped it over his wrist. "Did it hurt?" Shinoa asked and looked at us.

"Hm.." Yuu mumbled and moved his hand around. "Not the slightest." I said truthfully. Cocky much. "A little.." Yuu admitted. Shinoa grinned widely almost like she enjoyed his painful answer. Could she be a sadist?

"Moving on!" Guren yelled and folded his arms. "These guys here are your comrades. They're more important then even your family. Protect them with your life." he said and Yuu yawned. "Damn idiot.." I rolled my eyes and he gave me a glare, though it was quickly replaced with a blush, and lastly a bashful look away from my face. Mitsubi clicked her tongue.

"Now, here's your first mission. Make your way to Harajuku. There's a settlement where the vampires hunt humans, treating them like personal blood rags. Crush them, and free the people. Then head to Shinjuku."

Yoichi looked in awe at the sky as we walked in a group along the broken road. "Wow. It's my first time out ever since I was taken under the army's custody, but this is.." he thought of the right word.

"Messed up?" I suggested. "Yeah, messed up." he said. "Before the general ed class, you two were patrolling outside as guards, right?" he asked. "Uh, kinda." Yuu said and Mitsubi jumped a few cracks.

"So what if you've killed the weak Horsemen of the Apocalypse around the warder barrier? Don't get too cocky. The Horsemen are incredibly dangerous once you're half a mile past the wall. They're nothing like the one's you've fought before!" she protested and pointed at us. "One little slip means certain death!" she yelled and scrunched up her face. "Don't dawdle, and keep formation." she hollered.

Calm the hell down child. "Stay on your toes if you don't want to die, amateurs!" she said lastly and turned on her heel. "I'm going to kill her.." I grumbled. "L-L-Let's not.." Yoichi said wearily. "Uh, is she okay?" Yuu asked, looking at us like he had just seen a psycho. Shinoa laughed. "Isn't she just adorable?" she said and smirked.

"She's feeling the pressure of having a bunch of rookies lives in her hand." Shinoa said and walked in front of us.

"We can totally do this." Yoichi said. "Damn right we can." Kimizuki said. I frowned and lowered my eyelids.

Soon I'm going to devour these humans. But, let's see how long they can keep me entertained before the beast jumps out.
