It's been weeks since I've noticed that I've got a crush on Hinata. But I didn't want to act on it since Hinata is so oblivious when it comes to anything that it isn't volleyball.

I've tried to give him hints that I fancy him such as, walking him home from practice, eating lunch together and even hugging after he has had stressful days.

I sighed as I wiped my forehead from the sweat that was already building up as I went to got sit down on the bench to catch my breath.

I looked over and smiled slightly as I was met with Hinata and kageyama going at their creepy quick attacks once again. My position was just to fill in for the wing spikers but I still practiced hard in order to stay.

"Hey, (y/n)!" I heard suga call me as he came over and sat down as well. He had a towel around his neck as he wiped his sweat from his reddish neck.

"Oh, hey suga. I'm resting right now" I said as I moved my hand around while I talked. I went back to look at Hinata and blushed slightly as he was jumping and bouncing around due to having a perfect toss being sent to him.

"Sooo, hows your school grades going so far?" He asked and I didn't hear him since I was too busy admiring Hinata.

My hand started to play around with a loose string on my shorts as Hinata glanced over to me and threw me a big smile. I flinched slightly and waved at him with a stupid grin.

"Hmm~" sugawara said as he stared at me with a smirk. I looked at him confusingly as he snickered softly. "W-what's so funny?" I asked him as I cleared my throat and composed myself.

"You like..him don't you?" He asked as he moved closer to me with a wicked smile. I caught my heart in my throat as I stopped breathing for a second.

"W-Wahh?! N-no! I'm not-I don't even like boys!" I tried to lie my way out of this. Suga sarcastically nodded his head. "Oh, really?" He said as he propped his chin with his palm as he observed my every move.

I started to become nervous and avoided his eyes. "Y-yeah! That'd be weird!" I said as I looked up at the gym lights trying to focus on something else to calm down my nerves.

I gripped my shorts until I heard him giggle. "(Y/n), me and daichi are gay" he said with a soft whisper. He cupped his cheek as he pointed shyly to daichi, who was talking with asahi.

Daichi met our glances and smiled softly and waved to sugawara. Sugawara giggled as he waved him off with a slight blush. I felt guilt wash over as I might've offended him from my previous statement.

"S-Sorry for saying what I said!" I said as I tried to stand to bow apologetically but he placed his hand down on my thighs to prevent me to. "It's okay, (y/n). Now, you sure you don't like a boy?" He said as he wiggled his eyebrows at me.

I blushed and crossed my arms. "Y-yes! Hinata is great and all but he's just a teammate and best friend of mine!" I said with a smile as a sweat bud fell from my cheek onto my neck.

Sugawara offered his towel and I flipped it over and quickly wiped my face and neck. He was smiling brightly but I didn't know why. "Why are you smiling?" I asked him as I rubbed my face onto the towel.

"I asked if you liked a boy and you mentioned Hinata. I never said his name, did I?~" sugawara said as he crossed his legs with a smirk. I held the towel over my face in shame. How did I get played this easily?!

I was flushed so red that I could feel steam coming off my body. I heard harsh squeaks come over me and I hesitated and lifted the towel off of my face.

I was met with golden brown eyes that eagerly scanned me over with a big wide grin. "Hey, (y/n)! You ready to walk home?" He said excitedly. I didn't get a chance to say anything as he pulled my arm up making me stand. I turned around and threw the towel back for suga. He gave a sly wink as we started to head towards the locker room.

"Practice was fun today, wasn't it?" Hinata said as he didn't wait for me to answer and he began to ramble about random things but mostly things about volleyball. I didn't mind it though. If he felt content, then I am as well.

"Well, goodnight Hinata. Hope you sleep good" I said as I ruffled his hair with a smile and turned to walk my way home until I felt a slight tug on my bag. I turned slightly and met with Hinata with his head down.

"Hinata? Oh, did you need something?" I asked as he let go of my bag. He flinched as he looked up at me with a worry smile. I grew in confusion as he started to fidget with his small fingers. "I-uhm! Could we.." the last part wasn't audible so I leaned down to his level.

"I couldn't hear the last part, what did you say?" I asked once again. He evidently gulped as his ears became a pretty shade of rose red. "I-I...can we hug?!" He shouted slightly loud as his hands started to shake slightly.

"Hey, hey! It's okay! Here, come!" I said as I opened my arms wide open. He quickly nodded and jumped into them. I wrapped them around his frail body and laid my head on top of his head as his arms were grasping my shirt tightly.

I brought a hand up and stroked his hair in a soothing rhythm. "Was there something bothering you?" I asked after a few minutes had passed of us just hugging out in the dark with only a light post being the biggest source of light on us.

He nodded but didn't say. I didn't want to push him to say something that he wasn't comfortable saying so I nodded and hugged him tightly. "I won't force you to say it but I'm here, okay?" I told him with a smile. He pulled away and stared deeply at my face.

A blush grew on my cheeks as I couldn't handle his stares any longer. "I—I uhm! Have to get going, I have a lot of homework! Goodnight Hinata!" I said in a hurry as I patted his head. He looked up at me with a questioning look as he held his head where I patted it.

"Huh? UH, okay (y/n)! Bye bye!" He said as he ignored my actions and how I was acting and waved me off with a smile. I swore I saw a tint of pink on his cheeks as he walked away from me.

"Oh, hey you again~" sugawara said as he walked over to me once again but bringing asahi with him. I groaned as I slowly rubbed my thigh up and down to prevent it from getting a cramp.

"Hey sugawara, hey asahi" I said as I flashed asahi a smile but not to sugawara. He pouted but forgot about it after a while. "Sooo, are you going to tell him?" Sugawara said as he took a sip from his water bottle.

I coughed as asahi jumped in shock as he walked over and patted my back harshly. "Are you okay?!" I nodded quickly in order to make him stop hitting my back so hard.

"W-what do you mean, sugawara?" I said as I thanked asahi with a wave. Sugawara sighed loudly slightly annoyed. "I mean if you like Hinata, you aren't going to tell him?" He said looking over at Hinata who was preoccupied on trying to tie his shoes.

"W-well, I don't want to ruin our friendship, s-so" I said as I smiled as he finally got to tie them neatly and hurried over to the court to start playing once again.

"What if he likes you back?" Asahi innocently said as he rubbed his chin. I snapped my neck at him with a huge blush on my cheeks and neck.

"T-that's impossible!" I said as I cleared my throat. Sugawara suddenly stood with a huff. "Gosh, you aren't even going to take a risk, (y/n)?" He said teasingly as he went back to daichi and started to talk with him.

I sighed as asahi went around me and sat next to me. "I would recommend to go for it, (y/n). We don't get to be young like this forever, do we?" Asahi said as he gave me a side smile. I looked down at my feet while I furiously blushed. They were right but I couldn't stop my beating heart.

I walked around the gym picking up the many volleyballs there were and brought them to the ball pit. "Hinata, go put the net back!" Daichi yelled at Hinata. I smiled to myself as I heard him scurry to his feet.

I walked into the storage room to put the ball pit back. "Oh, do you need help?" I asked Hinata as he struggled to hold the net all by himself. "Thank you, (y/n)!" He said with a smile.

I went to grab the other side of the net until I heard a big slam. "Wah!" Hinata exclaimed in fear. I dropped the net and walked over to the door. I tried to pull it and twist it but it didn't open even a bit. "It's...locked?" I said as I tried once again as I pushed my shoulder against it.

"What do we do?!" Hinata asked as he came over to me in fear. "It's okay! They'll come and get us" I assured Hinata. I walked over and sat down against the floor as I sighed. It was pretty light in here.

The sun was the only source of light in this dark room. I looked over and saw Hinata shyly walk over and sit next to me in a few feet. I looked down at my feet as I sighed.

"Do...you have service?" I asked Hinata as I slipped out my phone and looked at the no bars that I had. He shook his head. "I left my phone in my bag" he said and I sighed with a soft smile. "That's okay. It's getting quite dark out isn't it?" I said as I looked over at the window.

It was getting darker by the minute that passed and I noticed Hinata getting more nervous as well. I didn't pay attention to it until the whole room turned fully dark.

"(Y-y/n)!" Hinata suddenly yelled out. He scrambled onto his feet and I got concerned. "Hinata! What's wrong?" I asked as I tried to register where he was. Then suddenly he ran to me but fell onto my lap. I held his shoulder as i tried to pick him up he didn't budge.

"H-Hinata?" I asked but I felt him shuffle around on my lap and shoved his head on my chest as he clung onto it. I sat there with my arms wide open and my face different shades of red.

"W-wh-!!" I said obviously embarrassed as to what happened. "Sorry! I'm really scared of the dark, so I thought..." he began. I sighed in relief as I wrapped my arms and laid my head in the crook of his neck.

Somehow it was very warm, I took in his scent and smiled brightly. "It's okay, Hinata" I said. He relaxed against me and fell into my arms. His muscles began to relax as I kept rubbing circles on his back.

I started to think about confessing to Hinata. This was the perfect time since we were both alone together but it wasn't also a good time, if it went bad we'll be forced in this awkward situation.

I hummed quietly as he began to move around my lap for an unknown reason. I mentally prepared for rejection as I thought to just wing it and hope for the best and the worst.

"Hinata I-" "(y/n)! I-"

We both shouted at the same time. I pulled away as we stared at each other for a second. Then we bursted into laughter. "You can go first" I told Hinata as I calmed down my chest.

"I-okay! (Y/n), I....like you a lot! Please go out with me!" He said as he gripped my shoulders. He wasn't looking at me but he was looking down. I felt my heart beat even faster than before as his grip got tighter.

"I-I'm Sorry!" He suddenly shouted as he scrambled out of my lap but I pulled him back down on top of me. "Don't leave" I said softly to his ear. He gulped loudly and nodded.

Time passed as he was against my chest as I tried to calm down and be able to mutter words out of my trembling lips.

"Hinata...I like you..too" I said as I shoved my head in between his neck to hide my blushing cheeks. I felt him shake lightly and I pulled away. He was giggling. "Oh! I'm really glad to hear that!" He said as he looked at me. Even in this darkness, I could make out his big smile.

We stared at each other until we subconsciously felt our faces lean closer. I didn't know I was doing but Hinata seemed to lean so close that I felt his breath on my face.

I brought my hand up and brushed a loose strand from his hair and placed it behind his ear. Then as if in cue, Hinata shoved our lips together, making our teeth touch. I blushed at his sudden boldness and cupped his cheeks with both hands to guide him.

I guess this was his first kiss since he didn't know what he was doing at all. He just left his lips on mine, puckered and then pulled away. "Was this...your first kiss?" I asked as I ran my thumb against his eyes.

"Y-yeah! Did i do good?" He asked cutely as I felt him tilt his head. I blushed and nodded aggressively. "Yes! Of course! But right now, follow my lead okay?" I told him and he nodded eagerly.

I breathed in hard and then exhaled. Then I brought our lips together once again. His lips were so warm against my slightly chapped ones. I tilted my head to the side, making our lips go deeper in the kiss.

I felt his grasp my hands that were alongside his face, he was shaking a lot. I leaned closer as our lips tried to find a rhythm but Hinata was moving his lips too fast making it very sloppy.

I pulled away and smiled softly. "Hinata..are you okay? Your shaking a lot. We can stop-" I suggested but his grip on my wrists got tighter. "N-no, I'm okay! I'm just really excited!" He admitted and I chuckled lowly.

"If you say so, but we can stop anytime, okay?" I said and I felt him nod towards me. I sighed contented as I closed my eyes brought him to me once again. This time, he followed the rhythm and seemed to calm down a little bit.

I then brought one hand from his cheek down his back. I slid one hand under his shirt and touched his very soft flesh. It was extremely warm and felt really nice under my fingertips. I heard him gasp and moan lightly against the kiss and my touch.

I deepened the kiss as I moved his head upward and I slipped my tongue in. He gasped against our lips as our tongues met. He was evidently blushing and trembling against my touch. My hand that was on his back moved towards his soft stomach as I brought it up and down.

"A-Ah!, (y/n)!~" he moaned as I left his lips and went down his neck. I softly kissed behind his neck and he jumped at the sudden contact in a certain spot. "AH!" He moaned right at my ear making another heartbeat other than my heart jump.

"(Y/n)~..it feels good~" he said as he looked down at my eyes as I stopped leaving hickies on his warm neck. I looked up at him and licked my lips. "Does it, hm?~"

Before we could continue, the door suddenly bursted open by sugawara, daichi and the others. "(Y/n)! Hinata! Are you guys okay?" Daichi said as I pulled hinatas shirt very high and dropped my hand quickly from under his shirt. Hinata jumped and covered his face against my chest in embarrassment.

"Y-yeah, we are" I said as I patted his back and stood up. I held my hand out for him and he took it with a smile.

"So, how was he?" Sugawara whispered loudly at Hinata as he held an arm around his shoulder. Hinata blushed and played with his fingers.

"He's...really good at kissing!" He said smiling up at sugawara. Sugawara was taken back by the boldness and held a hand over his heart. "Oh, thank the heavens y'all only kissed!" He said as he wiped his fake tears.
