That had been two days ago and Iwaizumi was not handling it well. He had, somehow, grown attached to the stranger and the time without him felt awful. He missed him so much.

When Hanamakki texted him, asking if everything was okay after Oikawa talked to him, Iwaizumi had just sent a single message in response: 'I fucked up'. He even sent screenshots of the messages, including the ones that didn't go through.

He didn't even know he would miss him so much. Why would he? He was a mild nuisance, constntly pestering him about his grammar and had, allegedly, made Kuroo cry for throwing up on his shoes. Why would he miss someone like that?
