"Oi, (Y/N)!"

I looked to see my classmate and surprisingly, one of the closest friends that I ever had: Tobio Kageyama (sometimes I call him Tobio-kun in random occasions).

A month has already passed and I actually got really close with him. Closer than before to be exact.

Not only that, I got used to seeing his expression every single day and I laughed at his silly antics from the past week with the volleyball team. 

"Tobio-kun!", I shouted out and ran towards him.

Kageyama watched me ran as he drank water from his bottle and wiped his mouth coolly. When I finally stood before him, he looked at me and said, "How did I do? Was my toss more accurate than before, (Y/N)?".

I laughed and clasped my hands together saying, "Yeah, it was really cool!! I love how you toss the ball to Hinata for a quick set! You never seize to amaze me, Tobio-kun".

He wasn't expecting that from me then out of nowhere, he gave me a lop-sided smile. No way, he actually smiled at me. I thought this day would never come.

But what came next, was that he placed his hand over my head and said, "Thanks, look forward to our next training. I'll get better before you know it".

I nodded with a bright smile then Kiyoko-san, who seems to be one of the last people left here in this gymnasium, called me from afar for a favor that interrupted our conversation.

"Oh, excuse me for a moment!", I said and ran towards her.

I could've sworn I saw Kageyama's expression shifting when I left him but I shrugged feeling and went to Kiyoko-san.

Afterwards, Kiyoko thanked me with a genuine smile and said, "Thank you so much. I'm really glad you came by, (Y/N)".

I rubbed the back of my neck with a chuckle and replied, "No problem, Kiyoko-senpai! Anytime!".

I ran back where Kageyama is supposed to be waiting for me but when I actually arrived, I stopped from my tracks and my heart began to raise very so slightly.

Kageyama, was on the other side of the gym, drenched and for some reason, he began to undress his volleyball varsity jacket, just to wipe his wet body with a towel that he just brought out from his bag.

He started wiping his neck, body and finally, down to his stomach or should I say, his abs. I gulped at this sight and I could feel my whole face heating up so I decided to turn back.

But when I did so, he already notice my presence when he said, "(Y/N)?".

I jumped and slightly squealed under my breath when I heard his voice. Gosh, gets me every time when he calls me and I think I'm having goosebumps.

My back was turned and for some reason, I don't want him to see me like this. I held my chest and he started to get my attention again for the second time.

"Oi, are you alright-"

"Yes!!!"

I turned around when I said so and finally got the guts to face him with my blushing mess face. 

"Huh? Tch, you sure? And your face is red too", he said and without a warning, he decided to approach me still shirtless.

I almost twitched when he finally stood beside me and seeing him like 'that' is making my heart leap. I took a step back and all of a sudden, he placed a hand over my forehead and our faces were closing the gap.

This only made my whole face turn beet red so I turned around and said, "O-O-Oh, d-don't worry!!! I'm fine!! It's j-just, uh. O-Oh, um, I'll be waiting for you outside, o-okay! Excuse me!".

With that, I gave him a nervous smile and ran outside without even looking back at his, ahem, built body leaving him confused but after a while, he seemed to figure it out and it made him smirk.
