MANAMI woke up to her alarm singing 'ode to joy'. she yawned and stretched as she rubbed her eyes. looking around her, she saw that cerberus was in its small puppy form.

picking cerberus up, she also draped shigaraki's cape over herself, as she didn't have clothes to change out of.

"hmm...where's the kitchen??", manami questioned as she walked out of her room and roamed around.

she walked back to where she thought the main room was. she had assumed that shigaraki would be there to greet her and help guide her.

but after taking a few left turns and a right turn, she wasn't so certain where she was anymore.

"who are you? and why are you wearing boss's cape?", a voice asked, making manami quickly turn towards it.

manami saw two men standing before her. one had purple hair and major eye bags, while the other wore a full body suit that was a mix of black and grey.

"u-um I'm manami kore, persephone. and you two are...?" manami held onto cerberus tighter, making the dog open it's eyes. he hopped out of manami's embrace and landed on the ground, growing larger in size.

both men seem unfazed.

"hi!! I'm twice! it's nice to meet you", twice exclaimed, sticking a hand out for manami to shake.

twice: thanatos, the personification of death.

manami smiled, shaking the man's hand. she then looked towards the purple-haired man.

"I'm shinso hitoshi. nice to meet you too...I guess", the male said, scratching the back of his head.

shinso hitoshi: hypnos, god of sleep.

"umm if you two don't mind, could you guys show me where the kitchen is please?", manami sweetly requested.

"we don't have one", shinso answered.

"e-excuse me??"

"we don't have a kitchen in hell. we don't exactly eat, cause as you know, we don't really have to", twice said.

manami pouted. 'but I wanted some lucky charms today...'.

"then can you bring me to shigaraki please?", manami asked.

"boss is working right now. unless you want to see him—"

"yes please!!", manami happily exclaimed. she would feel much better seeing someone that she knows in this new place.

"follow us then!!", twice said, skipping away.

manami followed with cerberus trotting behind. twice and shinso led the girl and the dog into another room.

this room was much darker. in fact, it wasn't even a room. it was more of a basement. there were many cells and people who were trapped in there.

manami cuddled more into the black fur of the cape. her eyes darted around, worried that one would suddenly jump out and grab her.

there were many groans and whining as she passed by. rough hands stuck out from in between the cell bars, trying to reach towards manami, who was like a bright light in this dark hole.

cerberus growled at the griping souls, making them immediately stick their hand back in the cell.

finally, once the three gods got close enough, manami heard noises. she couldn't exactly decided whether it was laughing or crying.

"p-pLEASE S-sToP!!", a voice yelled out, making manami worry.

"would you still like to enter?", shinso asked.

the girl slowly nodded, hesitantly pushing open the doors. she saw many weapons and torture equipments, making her slightly shake in fear.

she then immediately turned her head towards the cries of the man that was being tortured. she walked closer to see shigaraki sitting on a chair drinking red wine, while toga was holding a feather and tickling the bottom of the man's foot.

"this is punishment for abandoning your dog on the street 27 years ago", shigaraki coldly said.

"AHAH..P-PLEASE STOP!! I'M SODNDN—"

"oh! good morning manami!!", toga greeted, getting up to go hug the girl.

shigaraki whipped his head around, almost dropping his wine glass.

"g-good morning", shigaraki softly greeted, adverting his gaze from manami's.

"good morning!!" manami hugged toga back before walking over to shigaraki.

"shiggy, have you had breakfast yet??", manami asked, smiling. the man that was tied up to a wooden board looked confused. that is, until toga resumed to tickling his feet.

"um...no?" shigaraki usually didn't have breakfast. in fact, he never did. food was just a leisure, not a necessity.

"that's not good. why don't we have breakfast together today?? mmm..like lucky charms!!", manami suggested.

she saw shigaraki's gears turning in his head. manami then grabbed shigaraki's gloved hand, sandwiching it between her two hands.

"please", she pleaded, slightly pouting.

without missing another beat, shigaraki agreed. "okay, let's go eat breakfast".

"yay!! thank youuu!!", manami smiled, still holding onto shigaraki's hand.

shinso and twice watched in amusement while toga stopped tickling the already deceased man.

"toga, finish up and shinso, push all the punishments back an hour", shigaraki commanded. "and twice, go tell kurogiri to go get some lucky charms and milk".

"yes sir!", the three said as they quickly left to go prepare everything. manami watched in amazement at how fast they worked.

shigaraki looked down to see manami still holding his hand. he didn't hate it, in fact, he quite liked the feeling.

it was always so cold in hell, that a little human contact made it all a bit better.

"is something wrong??", manami asked.

"nothing", shigaraki said as he held the girl's hand a bit tighter and led her to the main room.

"w-wait!! I'm still chained up...nevermind". the man's head drooped, sighing.

"thanks for getting the cereal and the milk", manami thanked kurogiri.

"of course", kurogiri answered. it wasn't like he had to take a chariot onto earth, go to a nearby store, buy milk and the correct cereal, wait in line for the slow mortal to check him out, and come back.

all. for. cereal.

manami happily dug in, trying to save the rainbow lucky charm for last. she thought it was the prettiest and wanted to save it for last.

shigaraki didn't give a shit. he only ate because manami said that she wanted to have breakfast together.

"shiggy, why're you not eating the lucky charms??", manami asked, peeking into shigaraki's bowl.

"oh I—"

"you have to eat them!! they make your morning more magical!", manami exclaimed, eating her rainbow lucky charm.

"okay then". shigaraki then ate the lucky charms, letting it melt in his mouth. he wasn't sure what it felt like being magical, as he already sort of was magical.

"magical yeah??", manami excitedly asked. her eyes were shining with sparkles.

shigaraki almost choked on his cereal, seeing how happy she was. he nodded.

"y-yeah. magical".
