Mrs. Recto: "who was that lady you were talking with at the store?"

Everest: "uhm.... Well.... I'm not really sure who she is..."

Mrs. Recto: "so she's a stranger?"

Everest: "well... Not really... She kinda looks like Blizzard's mom"

Mrs. Recto: "who's Blizzard?"

Everest: "oh a friend but we're not close"

Mrs. Recto: *sighs* "OK"

Everest: "..... Mom.... Why was I adopted?"

Mrs. Recto: "adopted!?" "Who told you, you were adopted? I didn't tell you that you were adopted"

Everest: "no one. I just said it myself..."

Mr. Recto: "why would you think you are adopted? You are our biological daughter."

Everest: "If I were, wouldn't I look like you guys!? And I'm better than you guys. Isnt the parents suppose to be better than their child or equal? I'm actually better than both of you"

Mrs. Recto: "look Everest. I don't know where you got this attitude from but we don't?t like it, so behave."

Everest: "I'm not a dog"

Mr. Recto: "dont talk to your mother like that"

Everest: "tell me... Tell me the truth"
