In 16 years I've learned 16 lessons. Here we go.

1. Life is a series of moments made special by love.

2. If someone says "no", they have reasons.

3. People can be assholes.

4. The internet is here. The internet is great.

5. You can't rush genius, procrastination isn't always bad.

6. Don't procrastinate.

7. Nobody cares if you bring a blanket to school.

8. Anxiety is a shithead. Don't feed it.

9. You're never too old for Disney, Ghibli, or Pixar.

10. Pretty doesn't mean you look good. Pretty means you're an amazingly beautiful person.

11. Homework can be avoided. You'll just fail a class.

12. Cuddles fix everything.

13. Junior high isn't a very nice place. Teachers can be good, but the whole experience is shit.

14. Singing is good for the soul.

15. Take compliments. You deserve them.

16. Friends are family. Treasure them.
