Police - hum aapse bas itna keh rahe hai ki thora patience rakhe!jitne baar usne attack kiya hai ek saboot nahi mila...aur iss baar to aapki biwi ko yaad tak nahi ki unke saath kuch hua!

Karan - kyuki wo behosh thi!

Police - are to itna to yaad hona chahiye ki ghar me kon kaise ghusa tha!

Karan - dekhiye sir!!wo jo kuch bhi ho..ye aapki zimmedaari hai uss insaan ko pakarna!mai meri biwi ko aur risk me nahi daal skta!

Police - hum puri koshish kar rahe hai!aap bas apni wife ke saath rahiye!

Karan nods sadly and left.

He reached home and was shocked to see the house door open,

Karan(worried) - ye ghar ka darwaaja aisa khula kyu hai!

He ran inside worriedly,

Karan(shouting) - Preeta!!Preeta kaha ho?? Babydoll....(to himself) ye Preeta awaaj kyu nahi de rahi!!

He ran upstairs to their room,he opened the door and was shocked to the see the scenario,

Everything was scattered here and there,glass shattered on the floor,mirror was broken,

Karan(panicking) - ye..ye sab kya...Pree...Preeta...shit..nahi....

He ran down shouting her name finding her in each and every room,but she wasn't anywhere,

Karan - kaha gayi babydoll...har jagah dekh liya...(he ran his hands in his hairs tearfully)

Suddenly he heard Preeta's voice,

"Karan...Karan....koi hai...."

Karan - Preeta...ye to babydoll ki aawaj!

He ran outwards following her voice,he came out of the house and started looking here and there,

Karan(shouting) - Preeta....Preeta kaha hu...mai hu dekho...Babydoll...(cries) kaha ho babydoll please saamne aao na!!

He moved further when he heard a thud from back and stopped in his ways,he slowly turned and was shocked to the core,

There was Preeta laying on the car roof,blood flowing from her head,he was numb, not able to react,

Karan - (whispers) Preeta!

He looked up and then at her,

Karan(shouts tearfully) - Preetaaaaaaa!!!!

He ran towards her and pulled her in his embrace,

Karan(crying) - Preeta...Preeta utho...maine kaha utho Preeta....aankhein kholo na babydoll...please Preeta....

He lifted her up and took her to the car and drove to the hospital,

They reached hospital and he rushed inside taking her,

Karan(shouts) - doctor...doctor....(doctor comes) dekhiye...please isse bacha lijiye...please doctor....

Doctors took Preeta inside the ward,while Karan stood there crying,

Karan(joining his hands) - please...please meri Preeta ko kuch mat hone dena....babydoll please thik hojaao!(cries)

Suddenly his mind striked and he took out his phone,

On call,

Karan - hello...hello Shekhar...mujhe...mujhe ek appeal likhwaani hai!!

Shekhar - kaisi appeal?

Karan - maine bataya tha na Preeta par attacks ho rahe hai...aaj phir kisi ne Preeta ko maarne ki koshish ki hai!!I want that bloody criminal arrested...police kuch nahi kar rahi...mujhe crime branch ki investigation chahiye...at any cost!!

Karan sat on the bench with a thud,

After sometime doctor came out,

Karan ran towards her,

Karan - doctor...Preeta?Preeta thik to haina??is she okay?

Doc - abhi hum kuch keh nahi skte...we have treated her...par hosh nahi aaya...injuries severe hai...lets hope our best!

Karan - par wo thik to hojaayegi na?

Doc - lets wait and see!!

Karan was about to say anything but the doctor left,he looked at her through the glass window,

Karan(tearfully) - come on babydoll...you can't do this to me!!tum jaanti ho mai tumse baat kiye bina nahi reh skta!!!

Karan - maine kuch suffer nahi kiya Inspector...suffer Preeta kar rahi hai...and mai ye nahi dekh skta...isiliye aap kuch bhi kijiye par uss attacker ko pakar lijiye!!

Aarav - don't worry Mr Luthra...hum aur hamari team puri jaan laga denge uss criminal ko pakarne ke liye!!

Vikram - waise aap logo ko jo chits mile the..wo kaha hai?

Karan - police ke pass!

Aarav - aur koi saboot jo aapko ya police ko mila ho!

Vikram(sighed) - waise Mrs Luthra...hume pehle ke attacks ke baare me pata hai...par kal waale attack ke baare me please bataiye...hua kya tha?

Preeta - Karan police station gaya tha...mai ghar par thi....mujhe neeche se kuch aawaj sunai di...tabhi.....

Screen shifts to Karan Vikram and Aarav coming out of Preeta's ward,while she was sleeping inside,

Vikram - ab aap chinta mat kijiye Mr Luthra...hum apni investigation puri jee jaan se karenge...and we will put that criminal behind the bars soon!!

Karan - inspector mai bas chahta hu meri Preeta safe rahe!!bahot pyaar karta hu usse...usse iss haalat me nahi dekh skta!!

Aarav - don't worry...sab thik hojaayega!!

Karan nodded,

Vikram - okay then...aap Mrs Luthra ke saath rahiye...we should leave now!

Karan nodded and left inside shaking hands with them.

Vikram and Aarav were in car going somewhere,

Vikram - kya soch rahe ho Aarav?

Aarav - kitna pyaar krte hai na Mr and Mrs Luthra ek dusre se...I mean Preeta ko takleef me dekhkar Karan ki aankhoin me bhi dard tha!!

Vikram(smiles) - true love isse hi kehte hai shayad!!aur ab inn dono ko safe rakhna hamari zimmedaari hai!!

Aarav - mujhe to smjh nahi aata...ki bina koi saboot chore...kon hoga aisa jo ye sab kar rha hai!!

Vikram - jo bhi hai bahot shaatir hai...khud ko chupaaye rakhna bahot ache se jaanta hai!tabhi to aajtak uski ek jhalak nahi dekhi kisine!!

Vikram - exactly!!Preeta ke alawa kisine ne nahi dekha usse mystry killer ko!!

Aarav - hmm!!par ab hume iske baare me pata lagana hoga!!
