Once he has a vision of an object, its only a matter of seconds before he figured out exactly how to build it. With only a few tools and supplies, he can assemble anything from small gadgets to total doomsday devices.

Drawbacks: though he can think of exactly how to build a device, that doesn't mean he will have all the tools, and he will occasionally not have everything he needs.

Backstory: a young prodigy, Q grew up often spending countless hours ours as a kid building working inventions out of Legos. Once he was older he moved on to invent gadget after gadget. He soon graduated early at the age of 17 from UA's support department.

After living nine long years in the glory days, designing support items for pro heros, Q moved on to teach at UA at the age of 25. He is now the homeroom teacher for class 1H as well as various first year science courses (biology, physics/physical science, and sometimes chemistry) and support classes like shop and engineering.
