Stories that are sent in are separated into categories. There are multiple categories and there is always room for more. The ones we have so far are:

Okay, that's all the categories that we have for now. More can be added though. This is not a set list.

Now, I'll go into a little detail about the categories. Categories are helpful for the awards to stay organized but people manage to be confused by them. 

The stories are usually placed in categories depending on who the main creepypasta is. Stories can also be placed depending on who is the main character's lover. However, there are a few stories who don't want the lover to be revealed yet or even some stories who don't just follow one certain creepypasta, so that story gets put into the CreepyPasta in General category. 

That's basically all there is to know about categories. Remember, more can always be added. If you have a story that you want to enter but you don't see a category for it, go ahead and send it in. Don't fret. We take ALL stories.
