There will be some new rules that will be put into place in the Spring Awards 2016. Before, I would allow people to simply say they're going to submit a story without telling a story name or giving a category. I had also accepted early or late submissions. But that will be no more. I am going to be a bit more strict on the stories I accept, though more specifically, I'm going to be more strict on the format that they submitted in.

To submit a story correctly, you must add the title of the story, the category you would like it to be entered into and, if you plan on adding into the extra awards, what extra awards you would like it to be in. This will also follow for any stories that are sent exclusively into the extra awards.

Example: Title: Dear My Sanity. Category: Jeff the Killer. Extra Awards: Best Written and Favorite Character.

Now, it does not have to look exactly like this. So long as you have all the components listed above, I will happily accept your story. I know many people do already send in their stories in this fashion, but just as many simply put their title and leaving me guessing the category or simply tell me they want to enter their story and make me go to their profile to scroll through their books to try and find the right one. All I'm asking is for you to fill out your submission correctly. If you do not, I will ignore your submission until you go and fix it.

ALSO. I am getting very frustrated about this. I have explained it many, many times over to several different people yet you guys do not seem to understand. We only accept stories during the time when submissions are open. If it says they are closed, we are not accepting stories.  This also means that if it says voting is open, that means we are not accepting stories. Once voting begins, submissions are closed and I will not accept your story. Remember, before asking a question, please read through all the material we've provided you to see if your question hasn't already been answered.
