By suggestion of another user, we've created an announcements book. We will update it whenever submissions open, voting begins, etc. Please add it to your library so you are updated on such things and know when to submit and when to vote. Though we could post updates here in the guidebook, we feel that that would make it not much of a guidebook anymore, so instead we have a separate book for announcements. This post is here so you know of it's existence.

And as stated in the announcements book, any submissions put in categories that did not advance will be held until next season. This means that if Eyeless Jack for example only had two submissions, those two books would not need to be re-submitted but instead would be held until the next season.
