The Little Mermaid Realm

The night was cool and calm. Boss was on the flight deck of the carrier looking up at the Moon and the night sky while sitting in the cockpit of his x-wing. He stretched out his arms and felt his body relax. It's been a while since he was this relaxed. Recently, he's been taking up this little habit of his. Just walking on the flight deck in the middle of the night and relaxing in the cockpit of his x-wing, while looking up at the stars. Sometimes he goes deep into his thoughts. 

Boss: [Sighs as he looks up at the stars] "I can't believe a lot has been going on these last few days... All I want is for this bloody war to end and live a normal life... isn't that too hard to ask... Sometimes I wish wars never existed in the first place...

Just as he was relaxing on his own, he heard someone walking towards him. It was Iahfy. She was wearing the same shoes, the same high-thigh socks, the same high shorts, & the same t-shirt that said 'Brunch So Hard.' She was just humming her favorite song as she sat in front of him, sitting on the edge of the flight deck and she didn't notice that he was there. 

Boss: [Put up an evil smirk] "Oh-ho... I'm gonna scare her good~"

He slowly got out of the cockpit and quietly made his way up toward Iahfy. As Boss was about to scare her, she quickly turned around and put up the scariest face she could ever make.

Boss freaked out and fell backward dripping in sweat. He was terrified out of his mind. 

Iahfy: [Laughing] "Your face, your face is so funny!" [Rolling all over the place] 

Boss: [Groans and rolls his eyes] "Ha. Ha. Laugh it off..."

After a couple minutes of laughing, she extended out her hand and offered to help him up.

Iahfy: [Grins] "Need a hand?"

Boss: [Rolls eyes] "Tsk."

He accepted her offer, and she helped him up. But she wouldn't let go of his hand and made their way toward Boss's x-wing. She noticed the ladder next to the x-wing and came up with an idea. She climbed up the ladder and made her way toward the wing of the fighter. She sat down and looked at Boss with a smirk on her face. 

Iahfy: [Smirks] "Care to join me?~"

Boss nodded his head as he made his way up. He sat next to Iahfy as they looked up into the night sky. The moon was bright, and the stars were glittering away.

They sat in silence for a couple of minutes until Iahfy broke it.

Iahfy: [Smirks] "You know... if you were gonna scare me. You need to be quieter."

Boss: [Sighs and looks at Iahfy] "So you did hear me, huh?"

Iahfy: [Shrugs as she looks at Boss] "Pretty much. You need to try harder."

Boss: [Rolls his eyes] "I'm gonna be honest, you are the only person that scared the hell out of me and heard me coming. No one was able to scare me, nor heard me at the same time. So in short, you're my first."

Iahfy: [Giggles] "Glad I was your first." [Looks up at the night sky] "It's a full moon tonight. It's pretty."

Boss: [Looks up at well] "Yeah, sure is." [Looks at Iahfy] "Can I ask you something?"

Iahfy: [Looks at Boss] "Sure, what's up?"

Boss: [Rubs a hand at the back of his neck] "If you don't mind me asking, where are you actually from? Because out of all the girls that I've met and seen at Disney castle, you're the only one that stands out the most."

Iahfy looked at Boss with no expression. Boss was dripping sweat wondering if he had asked something that offended her. However, Iahfy looked down and decided to tell Boss the truth.

Iahfy: [Sighs] "Remember that day when we met, and I told you that I was from the outer realms."

Boss: [Nods] "Yeah."

Iahfy: [Looks at the moon] "Well, I lied. I didn't want you to know where I'm really from since it might scare you or anyone else. The last time I told someone where I was really from, that person cursed and yelled at me. She was my best friend." [Looks back at Boss] "If I told you where I'm from Boss, would you curse and yell at me?"

Boss looked at Iahfy and felt sorry for her. He looked her directly in the eyes.

Boss: [Shakes head] "I won't. Why would I do that anyway? You're my friend. I'm not like those type of people that would hurt their close ones on purpose."

Iahfy looked at Boss's eyes to see if he was lying. But to her surprise, she saw kindness and honor when she looked into his eyes.

Iahfy: [Feels a bit relaxed] "Okay... Here goes..." [inhales & exhales] "I'm... I'm from Tartarus... And my family is from the Heartless Republic."

Boss was shocked when he heard where she was from. She was from the underworld. Sure he met some demons and monsters from the Monster University Realm, but he never encountered someone from the underworld. He heard that people from the underworld can't be trusted, and they are the most violent of species to exist. Especially if they are from the Heartless Republic. Iahfy looked at Boss and felt sweat dripping from her forehead wondering if she should have told him or not. She got up and was about to leave when Boss grabbed her hand.

Boss: [Worried expression] "Wait."

Iahfy turned around and saw Boss stand up. He was taller than her by 4 inches. She was a little scared by what Boss was gonna do.

Boss: [Worried] "Why are you telling me this?"

Iahfy: [Sad expression] "It may be weird for me to say this. But, I trust you. I don't know why, but I do. Also, you're a nice guy... and kinda cute."

Boss: [Concern] "You sure? Cause something tells me there's more to it. You don't need to hide it."

Iahfy hesitated as she looked into Boss's eyes. There was something about those big blue eyes that got her attention. It made her feel comfortable and warm.

Iahfy: [Sighs and nods] "You're right. There's more to it. If you don't mind, would you listen to what I have to say?"

Boss: [Smiles and nods] "Sure."

Iahfy was telling Boss her story about why she told him she was from Tartarus. As time passed, Boss was mentally preparing himself for the upcoming mission tomorrow morning. Operation Varsity.

- May 12th, 2020 5:20am -

Boss, James, & Blue Squadron were in the briefing room. Everyone was nearly half asleep while Boss was the only one awake. Just then Commander Decker came in. She was a black wolf with red eyes and had a scary look. She is someone you don't want to mess with.

Decker: "Morning Gentleman. I assume that half of you are asleep and nearly awake. But thank you for coming. Now let's get this started." [lights go out and the projector turns on] "Seaside Kingdom is just located on the Coast of Anderson. The Allied Forces will deploy airborne troops, comprised primarily of 101st Airborne Unit, Over Seaside Kingdom, in a surprise air and ground attack on the heartless forces."

Boss: [Smirks while crossing his arms] "Guess like Micheal is gonna be part of this mission."

Decker: "This operation will play a critical role in Seaside's Liberation. While King Triton and his army attack from the coast, Your mission will be to provide support for the airborne troops. Destroy the Heartless's surface-to-air defenses network and intercept any tie fighters, securing a safe drop zone for the airborne troops. Be aware of civilians still inside Seaside Kingdom. Your Actions will determine their fate. Good Luck."

After the briefing was done, Boss and his friends went to get ready for the operation. As he made his way to his X-wing, he noticed that Moka and others were waiting for him.

Boss: [Grins] "You guys are up early."

Moka: [Smiles] "Yeah, We wanted to wish you good luck."

Marco: [Smirks] "Luck? Ha! He doesn't need luck. Come on! He's already one of the best pilots ever! Hell, he'll take on the entire Heartless Airforce."

Boss: [Chuckles as he looks at Marco] "I'm not sure about that, Marco."

Boss noticed that Iahfy was looking at him. She smiled at him, and he smiled back. Moka noticed this and got a little agitated. He hopped into the cockpit of his X-wing and looked at his friends one last time.

Boss: [Smiles] "I'll see you guys there. When I get back, Seaside Kingdom will be liberated and we can go to a bar there."

Moka: [Waves] "See you at Seaside Kingdom."

Iahfy: [Waves her right hand] "Good Luck!"

Boss closed the canopy of his x-wing, and his X-wing roared to life. He took off and met up with James and Blue Squadron as they made their way toward Seaside kingdom.

Seaside Kingdom, Coast of Anderson

The Little Mermaid Realm

May 12th, 2020

6:00 am

As Boss, James, and Blue squadron were approaching Seaside Kingdom. The sun was just starting to crest the horizon. Boss was looking down at the coast and spotted King Triton and his army attacking the coastline. It looked like D-Day from 1945. As they flew over the coast, they spotted Zootopian AC-130s carrying members of the 101st Airborne Division. They were easy prey for the enemy.

Transport: [Through the radio] "Escort Unit, this is the 101st Airborne. We're now entering the designated airspace. We can't return to base until we empty this transport. We're counting you."

Boss: [Spots the transport] "Roger, we'll sweep the area for you guys. They won't stand a chance."

Transport: [Through the radio] "Good. Make it quick."

Boss and his squadron split into three groups. One group, Boss and James, were in charge of cleaning out the first section of the kingdom while Jess and her squadron would take care of the Heartless anti-air units.

AWACS: [Through the radio] "First, attack any anti-air troops positioned at our parachute unit's destination. You can worry about any fighters afterward."

Boss: [Looks at James] "Let's go, James!" [Leads the way] 

James: [Nods] "Right behind ya, Boss!" [Follows Boss]

Meanwhile, on the transport, Michael was mentally preparing himself as he heard the explosions and gunfire from the outside of the plane. The Captain of the 101st was trying to fire up the unit.

Captain: [Looks at his squad] "Get your behinds in gear people! You've gotta jump or you've of no value to this unit! Anyone showing weakness will be left behind!"

Just then, The transports back door began to open and Micheal's blood levels began to increase. He felt the cool wind hitting his fur and things were gonna get real.

Captain: [Growls] "Use that anger to get fired up and take 'em out! Understood? Go get 'em!"

Within seconds, every soldier from the transport was jumping out and Michael was getting ready to jump. He was pumped for this moment.

Micheal: [Hyping himself up] "We're the best! We're the best! We're the best!"

He jumped out of the transport and was howling with excitement. The sense of adrenaline rushed through his veins as he felt the wind his his fur. Just as James destroyed the last set of AA guns on the northern side of the kingdom, The AC-130's carrying the first wave flew over and filled the skies with white parachutes, glistening in the morning sunlight.

James: [Smiles while looking at the troopers] "They are a brave bunch of soldiers, I'll give them that."

Micheal landed on the ground and was welcomed by bullet fire. He immediately took cover and spotted one of the soldiers just standing in the open traumatized.

Micheal: [Picks the solider up] "Move! Move! Move! Don't stop and think! Just keep moving!"

Micheal heard the sound of a Blackhawk helicopter approaching them. The Blackhawk was equipped with a minigun and the gunner was lighting up the Heartless Forces. Ropes were dropped and he instantly knew who it was. It was the Delta Team. Moka was the first one to land and ran toward Micheal's position.

Moka: [Serious Expression] "Sorry for the delay. We're here to help."

Micheal was happy that the delta team arrived. This operation was gonna go a lot easier.

****

While Micheal and the 101st were fighting on the ground, Boss and James were flying over the kingdom looking for any enemy fighters that posed a threat to their Allies.

Boss: [Looks at the Kingdom] "This place is amazing to live in." [Sad expression] "It's kind of sad that they've been dragged into this war."

James: [Sighs] "Tell me about it. I think I was gonna live here when the war is over and open a diner."

Boss: [Chuckles and looks at James] "It ain't gonna happen for a long time buddy."

AWACS: [Through the Radio] "Heartless Fighters confirmed on radar. Galm Team, Blue Squadron, take them out."

Boss: [Nods]"You got in AWACS." [Looks at James] "Come on James, let's show our little friends here how it's done."

Boss and James met up with Jess and Blue squadron to intercept the enemy tie fighters. Thankfully, it was just Tie Fighters and nothing else. Boss was going full speed at them.

Boss: [Grins as he chases down a Tie Fighter] "There are only two masters that can fly the skies, and it's us!"

He instantly shot down the fighters and regrouped with the others who were engaging other tie fighters.

Meanwhile on the ground. Moka, Marco, Catherine, Bruno Fuuno, and Micheal were pinned down along with the 101st. The machine-gun nests along with the tanks are giving them a hard time.

Catherine: [Eyes Widened] "Incoming!"

A tank shell just went over their heads and landed behind them taking out a good portion of the 101st. Things were getting pretty ugly. One of the soldiers tried to shoot at the heartless machine nest, but he got shot in the arm, and Catherine went to attend the wounded soldier.

Marco: [Takes Cover] "Dammit, We're pinned down!"

Moka: [Looks at Marco] "We need to keep going! If we stop, we'll never be able to rescue the royal family!"

Micheal: [Looks at Moka] "But how can we advance?! Those tanks and machine guns are giving us a hard time!" [Bullets start flying in and everyone takes cover] 

Just then, Bruno spotted a giant stock of oil barrels near the enemy. He spotted the rocket unit just ahead of him as he came up with an Idea. It might be risky, but it might give them the advantage.

Bruno: [Looks at Moka] "Hey Moka."

Moka: [Taking Cover] "I'm a little busy, Bruno!" [Grabs an Assault rifle and starts firing at the heartless]

Bruno: [Playing with his fingers] "Oh, I was just wondering where the rocket launchers were at."

Moka: [Takes cover] "They might be with the rocket unit, they're 10 meters ahead of us. Why do you ask?" [Fires the Assault Rifle again]

Bruno: [Smirks] "Cover me."

Just then, Bruno jumped over Moka and ran toward the rocket unit.

Moka: [Shocked] "W-WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING MUTTONHEAD?!"

Bruno was dodging bullets as he was making his way toward the rocket unit. Moka shook her head and went after Bruno, leaving Micheal and the others behind. She covered Bruno as he was advancing. Bombs were exploding and bullets were flying around Bruno. He finally reached the rocket unit and asked them to give him one of their launchers.

Bruno: [Smiles] "Excuse me, sir, can I see that rocket launch for a second?"

Soldier: [Taking cover] "W-What! Why? Can you see we're pinned down here?!"

Bruno: [Rolls eyes] "Yes, I know that. But, give me the launcher."

Soldier: [Shakers] "No can do!"

Bruno: [Rolls eyes while grooaning] "Just give the damm launcher! You've been trying to hit that tank for minutes and you missed every shot! Maybe if you looked long enough, you would have noticed the giant stock of oil barrels near the enemy!"

The soldier took a look and noticed the giant stockpile of oil barrels. He looked back at Bruno. He thought about it for a second until he finally gave in.

Soldier: [Hands the rocket launcher to Bruno] "Okay, look. You only have one shot! Don't mess up!"

Bruno: [Smirks and nods] "Oh, I won't."

Bruno peaked over and tried to spot a good position to fire the launcher. He noticed a spot in front of him that was 2 meters away. It was a road divider. He noticed Moka taking cover next to him.

Bruno: [Looks at Moka] "Moka, I need you to cover me! You see that spot over there?!" [She looks at a road divider 2 meters in front of them] "I need you to cover me while I advance. I only have one shot in the rocket launcher."

Moka: [Looks at enemies then at Bruno][Groans] "Okay. Don't die, Baka! Cause I ain't collecting your body parts if you blow up." [Covers Bruno] 

Bruno rolled his eyes and hopped over the carriage that was providing him with cover. Moka noticed a Heartless soldier ready to take out Bruno, She pointed her gun at the soldier and pulled the trigger, instantly killing him. Bruno reached the spot he wanted and pointed the rocket launcher at the giant stock of oil barrels.

Bruno: [Grins] "Here comes the boom!"

Bruno pulled the trigger, and the rocket flew out the barrel, creating a massive explosion that wiped out both the machine gun nests and the tanks. Anything within the blast radius was instantly vaporized. Moka looked at Bruno with a speechless expression, she couldn't believe that it actually worked.

Bruno: [Glances back with a smirk] "And that is why I love oil."

****

Meanwhile, high above, Boss and the others were finishing up taking down the tie fighters when Boss looked at his radar and spotted 4 enemy tie bombers.

AWACS: [Through the Radio] "Heads up! Enemy Tie bombers are en-route to our allies. Don't let them through."

Boss: [Smirks] "I'll handle them."

Boss turned his X-wing and went to take out the enemy bombers. No one was able to object or engage the bombers. He spotted them from a distance and took two of them out. Before the other two managed to escape, Boss shot both of them as he watched them crash to the ground. The Bombers were toast.

AWACS: [Through the Radio] "The operation is going just as planned, Shoot down any remaining fighters and lets wrap this up."

Boss turned around and went full speed toward James and Jess's position. He wanted to get one final kill of the day, however, his hopes were crushed when Jess shot down the last Tie.

Boss: [Pouts] "Ah! Dammit!"

Jess: [Laughs] "Sorry, Boss. If you snooze, you lose."

James: [Smirks] "Maybe next time buddy."

Everyone chuckled at Boss who was annoyed that he didn't get the final kill.

AWACS: [Through the Radio] "Incoming message from Operations command. 'Airlift operations was a success.' All Heartless forces inside Seaside have either been eliminated or retreated. Seaside kingdom has been liberated. King Triton and his army have captured Ursula. Galm team. Blue Squadron, Mission Complete. Stand by for landing."

****

They circled the kingdom for at least 20 minutes and until the ground forces created an opening for them. They successfully landed and made their way toward the 101st airborne group. Where Boss spotted Moka and the others.

Boss: [Running up to his friends] "Guys!"

Boss ran toward them and was glad that they were okay.

Boss: [Grins] "We did it, gang! Seaside kingdom has been liberated!"

Moka: [Smiles and nods] "Indeed, now that the heartless forces are gone. We can focus on finding the royal family."

Just then Micheal came in.

Micheal: [Bows in Respect] "Sorry to but in, but if you wanted to know where the royal family was. King Triton and his forces have found her. However, Boss's presence has been requested by the royal family. Not sure why though. But you have to come with me."

Everyone looked at Boss and he didn't know what to say at that moment. He fixed himself up and decided to go with Micheal.

Boss: [Smiles] "Well then, I should get going."

Boss followed Micheal. While Moka watched Boss leave with Michael, she wanted to know why the royal family asked for his presence. So she decided to follow them.

After 30 minutes of walking, Boss and Micheal arrived at the palace where the royal family was waiting for them. Boss took a deep breath and opened the gates. Inside was King Eric, Queen Ariel, and their Daughter, Princess melody.

Boss: [Bowed to them for respect] "Eric, Areli, Melody, It's good to see you again."

Ariel: [Smiles] "Boss, thank the gods that you made it! I was beginning to worry."

Boss: [Looks at Ariel] "Seaside Kingdom has been a loyal ally to Disney Castle. Of course, we'll be here. We got your back."

Eric: [Chuckles] "I heard the sound of rolling thunder fly over the palace. I didn't know what it was, but I assumed that it was you guys."

Boss: [Raises an eyebrow] "Rolling thunder? Oh, you mean the sound of x-wings. Yeah, that was us taking down the Heartless and forcing them out."

He noticed Melody looking at him. His chest began to hurt when he saw her.

Boss: [Annyed tone] "Hello Melody, It's been a while."

Melody: [Smirk] "Likewise as well Boss, I'm surprised to see you still kicking. You sure you're not the coward from back then?"

Ariel: [Shocked] "Melody!"

Boss: [Puts a hand up] "No it's alright... let her talk. I'm not afraid of what she has to say anymore."

They stared at each other and Micheal was feeling a lot of tension in the air. His ear drooped down. Something was telling him that they don't like each other.

Micheal: [Whispers in Boss ear] "Hope you don't mind asking, but do you two have a history or something? Cause it looks like you don't like each other."

Boss: [Looks at Micheal] "She and I used to get into multiple fights when we were little. She's an old rival of mine. We went to the same school together and graduated from the same class. Ever since then, we went our own ways. She and I were very popular back then when we were in Disney Academy. However, she wanted attention so badly that she'll do anything for popularity. Also, she's my ex-girlfriend."

Micheal: [Awkward look] "Oh... Damn. Well, that explains a lot..."

Melody: [Noticed Micheal] "I supposed we haven't met before. The name is Melody. Daughter of Eric and Ariel. Princess of Seaside kingdom. At your service. Now if you excuse me, I have something that I need to do."

She stood up and made her way out. Boss noticed that she was wearing the same clothes when they broke up. She stretched out her arms and smirked at Boss.

Boss was looking back at her with daggers in his eyes. Melody giggled and went straight toward her room. Ariel and Eric looked at Boss and noticed that he was a little heartbroken. They still remembered the day that Melody dumped Boss in front of everyone at Disney Academy.

Ariel: [Sad Expression] "I'm sorry about that, Boss. I'll teach her some manners later on today."

Boss: [Shakes head] "Nah, it's good. I kind of deserved it anyway. Especially how I was back then. But, you summoned me here for a reason."

Eric: [Nods] "Yes, we wanted to let you know that Ursula is in our hands and we will give her a trial for the crimes that she committed against Seaside Kingdom and The Kingdom of Atlantica. However, by our law, she has the right to remain silent. She also requested your presence."

Boss: [Cross arms] "Why?"

Ariel: [Serious Expression] "She's been going on and on Something about... I shoot I forget." [Looks at Eric] "What was it again?"

Eric: [Looks at Ariel] "The New Order Dear."

Ariel: "Ah, yes! The New Order."

Boss: [Confused] "The New Order?"

Ariel: [Nods] "Yeah, she's been going on about it ever since we capture her."

Boss: [Concern Expression] "Where is she?"

Eric: "In the dungeon, guarded by my father-in-law. She only wants to speak to you."

Boss: [Concern] "Take me to her..."

****

Eric and Ariel lead Boss to see Ursula. There, King Triton and the other guards were in front of the gate guarding the entrance. Boss noticed the doors were made of steel.

King Triton: [Bows down to Boss] "Your Majesty."

Boss: [Nods his head] "King Triton."

King Triton: "She is beyond those doors, your highness. She's been going on and on about this 'New Order' thing for minutes now."

Boss: "I see... Let me talk to her."

King Triton: [Bows and steps aside] "As you wish, but be careful. She is unpredictable."

As the guards opened the Door for Boss, He spotted Ursula sitting down on a chair muttering and whispering. She was unaware of Boss Presence. He spotted a chair next to him and sat in front of Ursula. He noticed that her tentacles were moving around, Boss was disgusted. Her hands were cuffed while her technicals were wrapped up in seaweed.

Boss: [Serious Expression] "Ursula..."

Ursula: [Looks up] "Ah, if it isn't the young prince himself. I'm honored to finally meet you."

Boss: [Annoyed] "Enough talk Ursula. What is this thing that you've been going on about the New Order?"

Ursula: [Sighs] "So... you heard about it."

Boss: [Stern tone] "Yes. I have. Now talk or I'll let King Triton take you to the bottom of the ocean where he will rip you apart limb by limb and feed you to the sharks."

Ursula: [Impressed] "My, you are a violent one. I like you."

Boss: [Growls] "Talk."

Ursula: [Sighs] "...Very well then." [Clears throat] "I admit I've done many things in the past. Nasty things to be exact. Turned Ariel into a human, tried to kill Eric, trying to take power, and then asked my sister to kill Princess Melody. But the number of times that I tried to win, I failed. But when all seemed lost, Oblivion found me and gave me more power than I could never imagine. He was going on and on about creating something new. One that will destroy Disney itself. I was fanisted by the plan."

Boss: [Puts his arms on the table] "Go on."

Ursula: [Evil Grin] "He's been making contact with outer realms as we speak. He's gaining a following like no other. I've seen it with my own eyes."

Boss: [Serious Expression] "What do you mean?"

Ursula: [Looks at her nails] "I may not know much about it myself, but all I do know is that his following is a mix of heroes and villains. Believe it or not, I think there is one hero that I know that will join his cause."

Boss: [Curious] "Who?"

Ursula: "Isn't obvious?..." [Evil Grin while looking at Boss] "It's Sora."

Boss: [Sighs] "Ursula... If you summoned me here to talk about nonsense, then you're wasting your breath. Sora is the hero of Disney, he'll never join Oblivion's cause."

Ursula: [Chuckles] "Oh, I'm afraid it's not nonsense my sweet child. You see, at some point in the war, the violence will become unbearable to those who are not strong enough. Those who don't have a strong mentality will lose their minds. Causing them to make decisions. Sora's mentality isn't strong like it used to be. It's breaking."

Boss looked at Ursula with anger in his eyes.

Ursula: [Grins] "You may think Sora is a great hero in all, but deep down, his heart is slowly being consumed by darkness. Slowly but surely, he will become a Heartless and betray all of you."

Boss: [Stern look] "That'll never happen. Because this war will be over soon and everything will go back to normal. As for you, you're going to prison for a very, very long time."

Ursula: [Evil chuckle] "Oh My sweet child, you have no idea what's coming do you?"

Boss: [Stern look] "I may not, but I do know this. You'll be locked up for a long time for the crimes that you committed." [Goes up to her face] "You poor unfortunate soul."

Ursula noticed the stern look on his face and grinned. She loved to see the Prince-like this. Boss sat back down on his seat and continued to look at Ursula with his arms crossed. 

Ursula: [Smirks] "Do you really think that this war will be over soon?"

Boss: [Serious Expression] "Without a doubt..."

Ursula: [Grins] "...If you think that this war will be over soon." [Chuckles] "Then you got another-"

Just before Ursula could finish her sentence, her chest exploded as a .50 cal bullet pierced her heart. Boss instantly took cover as he heard the bullets fly past him. A bullet managed to cut him on his left shoulder. Thankfully, the bullet hit the outside of the shoulder. If it moved two inches to the middle, his arm would have gotten blown off. He held his left shoulder and felt the blood dripping down.

Boss: [Grunts in Pain] "GUARDS HELP!"

They busted down the door and noticed Boss was bleeding and Ursula was dead on the floor. Ariel and Eric told the guards to call a medic. Boss stared at Ursula's dead body and was frozen in fear. He couldn't believe that someone shot her and tried to kill him at the same time. Things were getting confusing.

Meanwhile, outside the palace, Moka was waiting and waiting for Boss to come out. She waited for about 30 minutes.

Moka: [Pouts] "What is Boss taking so long?"

Just then, she noticed that one of the guards was running up to a zootopian medic. The medic instantly followed the guard and Moka instantly knew that something bad had happened. She followed them inside the palace and what she saw instantly scared her to death. She spotted Boss with Eric and Ariel holding his left shoulder and Ursula's dead body on the ground. She ran up to Boss, who was being treated by the medic.

Moka: [Shocked] "Boss!"

Boss: [Looks at Moka] "Moka?! What are you doing here? I thought you were with Marco and the others."

Moka: [Concern] "Yeah, but I decided to follow you. But what the hell happened?! Are you okay?"

Boss: [SSighs] "I was interrogating Ursula when a sniper killed her and tried to kill me. I only managed to get scratched. It's not bad."

Moka: [Eye twitching] "Not bad?! You're bleeding like Niagara falls!"

Boss: "I'll be fine." [Eric, Ariel & the medic help Boss stand up] "See? Not that bad. Now come on, let's go find the others."

Moka: [Follows Boss] "How can you be so calm?!"

As they left. Eric, Ariel, & King Triton stayed at the crime scene wondering how to transport Ursula's dead body. Boss was walking with Moka and met up with the others. They were worried about him when they saw him wearing a big bandage on his left shoulder and it was bleeding like crazy. James was the first one to react.

James: [Shocked] "What the hell happened?!"

Boss: [Shrugs] "Eh... Someone tried to kill me."

Marco: [Shocked] "What?! For Real?!"

Boss: [Shrugs while smiling] "Yeah. Not a big deal."

Catherine: [Concern] "Not a big deal? Not a Big deal?! You literally have a giant bullseye on your back!"

Boss: [Shrugs] "Yeah... and?"

Everyone just put a palm in their faces wondering how in god's name can Boss be so calm.

Boss: [Realized something] "Oh shoot. Who is gonna fly back my X-wing? I can't fly because I got shot."

Marco: [Looks at Boss] "We'll find a way. In the meantime, why don't you come back to base with us? Our job is done after all. Bogo wants us to come back."

Boss: [Sighs] "Looks like we won't be able to go to the bar tonight. Oh well, let's go. The ground units can handle the rest."

As Boss was following Marco and the others, Moka was at the rear of the group looking at the palace one last time before they left. She really felt bad for the royal family because their kingdom is nearly destroyed and many of their subjects were either missing or injured. She looked at the palace one last time and followed the others back to the chopper.

Pride Rock Air Force Base

Lion King Realm

May 12th, 2020

8:00pm

When they got back to base, they made their way to the briefing room where Amelia, Aurora, Doppler, Ace, Iahfy, Yazline, and Bogo were waiting for them. As they entered the room, all eyes were on Boss as they noticed the bloody bandage on the left shoulder. Iahfy wanted to say something but kept her mouth shut. Bogo made his way in front of the room and everyone took their seat.

Bogo: "Operation Varsity was a success. Ground forces are now en-route to the Kingdom of Corona. It won't be long now until the upper world is finally liberated from Heartless Control. Go rest up. You guys earned it."

Boss and the others made their way out of the room and went straight to their quarters. They walked side by side in eerie silence. Moka and Catherine went to their room along with the others. Boss, however, sat on the couch which was in the middle of the rest area. Amelia was walking by when she noticed Boss sitting down on the couch, treating his wound with some healing magic that he learned at Disney Castle. She walked up to Boss when he noticed her.

Amelia: "Hey Boss."

Boss: [Looks up] "Hey Admiral."

Amelia: [Looking at Boss] "I heard what happened today when you were interrogating Ursula."

Boss: [Chuckles] "Yeah. Kinda crazy if you asked me."

Amelia: [Sits next to Boss] "Ariel has given the order to hunt down the sniper that tried to kill you. They searched the entire kingdom, but so far. They found no trace."

Boss: "Hm..." [Finished healing himself] 

Amelia: [Worried expression] "Is there something bothering you? You're not like your old self."

Boss: [Concern Expression] "What Ursula said has been bothering me for some time now. She said "Beware of the New Order." She also said that Disney will fall."

Amelia: [Crosses arms] "She must be mentally ill."

Boss: [Looks at Amelia] "That's what I thought as well. But what got my attention was when she said that Sora will betray us and become a Heartless."

Amelia: [Chuckles] "That's nonsense."

Boss: [Grins] "I know right!" [Laughs] "Like that's ever gonna happen. Sora is the greatest hero in Disney. There's no way that'll ever happen. Besides, This war is gonna be over soon and we're all gonna go back to our normal lives."

Amelia: [Smiles and nods] "Indeed it will..." [Stands up]  "Well then. I suggest you go rest up. We're gonna go to the Kingdom of Corona in a couple of weeks."

Boss: [Smirks] "The final mission, huh. Once we liberated that Kingdom. Then the war will be over and I'll return to my normal life. Anyway, I'm off to bed. Night Admiral."

As Boss went back to his Room, Amelia walked out the door and made her way to meet Doppler who was outside looking at the stars. It's been 18 years since they've been married. She spotted him sitting on a bench with his telescope. She may be tough around Doppler, but deep down she is happy to have him in her life.

Doppler: "Ah. Hello Darling."

Amelia: [Sits next to him] "Doctor."

Doppler: "How is the young prince doing?"

Amelia: [Chuckles] "He's... doing alright. He's just resting right now. He had a long day today."

Doppler: [Nods] "I think we all did. Considering the fact that Seaside Kingdom has finally been liberated. The only one left to liberate, besides Arendelle, is the Kingdom of Corona. Rapunzel and Eugene are fighting the Heartless as we speak."

Amelia: "I see... Did you find anything that fascinated you?"

Doppler: "At the moment, no. But, I still have much to learn about this realm. I did some research and I discovered something. Unlike the Etherium, this universe has no oxygen in space. Apparently, You need a suit to go up there. Fascinating."

Amelia: [Chuckles and shakes her head] "You never changed."

Doppler smiled at Amelia and they looked up at the stars in comforting silence. Until Doppler broke the silence.

Doppler: [Smiles] "Beautiful isn't it?"

Amelia: [Nods] "Yes... It really is."

Doppler: [Looks at Amelia] "Captain, no... Amelia. If I may, I just want to say thank you."

Amelia: [Looks at Doppler] "For what?"

Doppler: [Smiling] "For being with me by my side for the last 18 years. Ever since we met on the Legacy, we had many crazy adventures. We escaped Treasure planet, battle space pirates, exploring the Etherium, and many other memorable adventures. But most of all, you being the mother of our 4 beautiful children. Whenever I was in trouble, you were always there. Whenever one of our children cried, you were there to comfort them. Whenever we were in despair, you gave us hope, and whenever we need you, you are always there for us. Thanks to you, our children are living the happiest lives right now."

Amelia looked at Doppler and didn't know what to say.

Doppler: "What I'm trying to say is this. I am the luckiest man in the Disney verse, to marry a woman like you." [Pulls out a Small Box and gives it to Amelia] "Happy 18th anniversary, my love."

Amelia opened the box and inside was a necklace with a golden heart. She picked up the necklace and couldn't believe how beautiful it is.

Amelia: [In Awe] "Oh Doppler... It's beautiful."

Doppler: [Takes the necklace and puts it on her neck] "Not as beautiful as you..."

They looked into each other's eyes for a few seconds and they both shared a soft kiss. She rested her head on his shoulder as they looked up into the night sky, wondering what the future will hold for the both of them.

Anna: "What about me?"

Me: "As I said, this is only the beginning of a long journey. Everyone will get their chance to shine. Also, I have summer classes to do."

Boss: "Don't you have an Essay due next Thursday?"

Me: "...Oh, Jesus." [Gets up and starts running] 

Boss: "Good luck!..."
