At close to sunset, Yugi and Heba returned to the hut to tell their friends and the children the news. When they enter, they were tackled by the children. Happy that the twins hav returned.

"Where have you two been? We were worry about you two." A little girl said.

"I'm sorry. We're really REALLY sorry for all of you to be worry about us." Yugi apologized.

"But we have some news for you all." Heba seriously said.

"And what kind of news that you guys are going to tell us?" Mai came up to them, while crossing her arms on her chest. Looking at the twins with narrow eyes. Everyone started crowding around the twins, but not to close to make them uncomfortable. So, the twins began telling them what happen ever since they left to the Nile River. By the time they finish, silence filled the air before Mai started talking.

"So, let me get this straight. You saved a guy, who is actually the Pharaoh's personal guard, bring him back to the palace, bump into the Pharaoh when Yugi has done his sugar-rush thing that made the guard goo (Yugi blushed), the Pharaoh made a deal to you guys to become servants at his palace, you agree, and now you guys need to return back to the palace for the Princes' birthday." Mai sum it all up. Wow.

"Yeah. Yep." Both the twins replied.

"*sigh* But what about us? You realized that you won't be able to live with us anymore. So, who's going to protect us?"

"Yugi, I don't want you to leave. Even you Heba. The serious, scary, bad boy, monster." Said one of the young girl said as she sweetly hold on to Yugi's leg. (Sorry about that. I guess it sounds weird coming from a little girl's mouth.☺️)

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALLED ME!?"

Everyone was laughing at the funny face that Heba was making, as he tried to catch the little girl who is trying to get away from Heba and laughing gleefully.

"Yes, I realized that. But we need to do this. If we serve the Pharaoh then we'll be able to protect our Princes AND get enough money for everyone here."

"..........you're going to send one of your monsters to send us the money aren't you."

"Yes, that way those witches wont find you guys."

"The sight have shown you that?"

"No. Not yet. I bet those witches will be at the princes birthday, so we will have to be cautious."

"*sigh* That plan better work." Yugi and Heba stood up, determined.

"We know it will work." Yugi said.

"For we are..." Heba said, before Yugi join him and said at at the same time, "Their Guardians!"

The children stared at them in awe as the twins smile brightly.

Mai, Kisara, Duke look at them proudly. Understanding that their destiny lies within the palace wall. Just then Kisara seem to remember something as she told the twins to wait for a moment then quickly took off towards another room. When she came back, she holds something behind her. "Okay you two. Close your eyes and hold out your hand." The twins look at her curiously, but did what she has told them to do. Feeling a slight cold touch of something against their skin the two open their eyes, before being widen at the sight that they have within their grasp. Two necklaces. One made out of silver, while the other is pure gold. Each contains the symbols of old legends that ever been told from their life stories since they were born. As it also contains a piece of jewel in the center. Amethyst.

"Where did you get this?"

"She was the one who want us to give it to you when the time is right. I know that it is of now." Kisara whispers.

The twins doesn't have to know who she is as they put it on around their neck. The necklaces fitted perfectly around them. Like it was made just for them and them only. Mai came up and hug the two.

"You better go. For Ra is about to set into his dept sleep."

"*nodded* We promise to send you letters of what will happen."

"*nodding, while smiling at them* You better."

"Good-bye now."

"*sniffing* But *sniffing* I don't want you to go." The little girl cried.

"Yeah!" the other children shouted. Yugi turned to them with a sad smile.

"Don't worry little ones. Me and Heba might be gone, but that doesn't mean we won't miss all of you guys. Beside, we'll try to visit you guys as soon as we can. Right?" The children nodded. "Then promise me this. Will you have the strength to wait for us?" With determination in their eyes they nodded strongly. "That's my children." (Again, sorry~ Sound so weird, right?)

"Yugi, your mother/father-side is starting to rub on you again." (I couldn't help myself! >-< Yugi is so sweet and kind like a mother, but also brave and always devoted to his family like a father. It's hard to choose.)

Yugi blushed. "MAI!"

"HAHAHA!!! You're always so cute when you blush like that."

Yugi, still has a stain blush on his baby cheeks, gave them their last hugs, before running swiftly back to the palace. The children quickly gone outside to see the twins one last time, before they were consume within the night sky.
