The next thing you knew, Peter was held up against the wall by a few of Yondu's men while you and Gamora were held back by his other crew members. Yondu began to punch Peter multiple times and he already warned you that you were next. 

"You two betrayed me! Steal my money!" Yondu shouts as he punches Peter.

"Stop it!" Gamora shouted.

"Leave him alone!" You screamed.

"When I picked you and the girl up as kids, these boys wanted to eat you two. They ain't never tasted Terran before. I saved both you and the girl's life!" Yondu shouted at him.

"Oh, will you shut up about that? God! Twenty years, you've been throwing that in our face, like it's some great thing, not eating us!" Peter shouted back.

"Normal people don't even think about eating someone else! Much less that person having to be grateful for it! You abducted us. You stole us from our home and from our family." You said and Yondu turns to you and slaps you across the face.

"Hey!" Peter shouted, angrily, as he struggled in the crews grip.

"You and Quill don't give a damn about your Terra! You two are scared because you're soft, in here." Yondu said and he punches your chest and you begin to choke and cough as Yondu goes over to Peter and said, while punching him. "Here! Right here!"

"Yondu! Listen to me! Ronan has something called an Infinity Stone." Gamora shouted.

"I know what he's got, girl." Yondu said as he turns to face her. You take a few deep breathes and said. "Then you know we must get it back! He's gonna use it to wipe out Xandar. We have to warn them. Billions of people will perish." 

Yondu looks between you and Gamora then turns to Peter. "Is that what she's been filling your head with, boy? Sentiment?" He asked pointing at Gamora but Peter just glares at him. "Or is it her?" Yondu asked as He points at you. You look over at Peter and noticed that he looked alittle worried and scared.

"I knew it! It's her, isn't! Eating away your brain like maggots! That's it!" Yondu said and he whistles commanding his weapon fly over to point at Peter's throat. "No!" You shouted, fearfully.

"Sorry, boy. But a captain's gotta teach his men what happens to those who cross him." Yondu said then he turns to you and said. "Don't worry, girlie. You'll be next." Then he turns to face Peter as one of his men said. "Captain's gotta teach stuff!"

"If you kill us now, you are saying goodbye to the biggest score you have ever seen." Peter said to Yondu.

"The Stone? I hope you got something better than that. Because ain't nobody stealing from Ronan." Yondu said.

"We got a ringer." You said and Yondu turns to you and said. "Is that right?"

"She knows everything there is to know about Ronan. His ships, his army." You said as you nod towards Gamora, who nods. "He's vulnerable." She replied.

"Hey, what do you say, Yondu, huh? Me, you and (y/n), taking down a mark side-by-side, like the old days." Peter said as Yondu turns to him. He hesitates as he thinks for a moment, then he whistles and his weapon moves from Peter's throat.

Yondu and his men start to laugh and Peter joins in. "Let him go!" Yondu said, smiling, then he turns to the men holding you and said. "Let her go!" And the men let you and Peter go as Yondu place an arm around you and Peter. "Oh! You two always did have a scrote! That's why I kept you two on as a young'un." Yondu said when suddenly the ship shakes as it gets hit by something. "Captain, the shot was non-damaging." One member said as all of you run to the bridge of his ship.

Out on the window, you guys see the Milano approaching Yondu's ship. "Attention, idiots. The lunatic on top of this craft is holding a Hadron Enforcer." You hear Rocket shout over the speaker as you see Drax in a space suit standing on top of the Milano holding a weapon. "It's a weapon of my own design." Rocket said.

"What the hell?" Yondu said, confused.

"If you don't hand over our companions now, he's gonna tear your ship a new one. A very big new one!" Rocket continued. 

"I ain't buyin' it." Yondu said.

"I'm giving you to the count of five. Five, four, three..." Rocket started to count down, making you, Peter and Gamora panic.

"No!" Gamora shouted.

"No, no! Don't!" You said as well.

"No! Wait, hold on!" Peter said as he quickly turns on the radio comm. "Rocket, it's me, for God sakes! We figured it out! We're fine!" He shouts, quickly. "Oh, hey, Quill. What's going on?" Rocket asked.

"You call that figured it out? We're gonna rob the guys who just beat us senseless." Rocket asked Peter as the six of you sit in a circular room in Yondu's ship. "Oh, you want to talk about senseless? How about trying to save us by blowing us up?" You shouted at the raccoon.

"We were only gonna blow you up if they didn't turn you over!" Rocket said, defensively.

"And how on earth were they gonna turn us over when you only gave them a count of five?" Peter asked him.

"Well we didn't have time to work out the minutiae of the plan. This is what we get for acting altruistically!" Rocket shouted at him. "I am Groot." Groot said. "They are ungrateful." Rocket mutters.

"What's important now is we get the Ravagers' army to help us save Xandar." Gamora said. 

"So we can give the Stone to Yondu who's just gonna sell to somebody even worse?" Rocket asked.

"We'll figure that part out later." Peter informed.

"We have to stop Ronan." Gamora said.

"How?" Rocket asked.

"I have a plan." Peter said.

"You've got a plan?" Rocket asked him.

"Yes." Peter replied.

"First of all, you're copying me from when I said I had a plan." Rocket said.

"No, he's not. People say that all the time, it's not that unique of a thing to say." You said.

"Secondly, I don't even believe you have a plan." Rocket said to Peter, ignoring you.

"I have part of a plan!" Peter said.

"What percentage of a plan do you have?" Drax asked him. 

"You don't get to ask questions after the nonsense you pulled on Knowhere." Gamora growled at him.

"I just saved Quill and (y/n)." Drax said.

"We've already established that you destroying the ship that we were on is not saving us." Peter said.

"When did we establish it?" Drax asked him.

"Like three seconds ago!" You and Peter shouted at him.

"I wasn't listening, I was thinking of something else." Drax said, truthfully, as you and Peter sigh in frustration.

"She's right, you don't get an opinion." Rocket said then he turns to Peter and asked. "What percentage?"

"I don't know, twelve percent." Peter said, shrugging.

"Twelve percent?" Rocket asked and he starts to laugh, loudly.

"That's a fake laugh." Peter pointed out.

"It's real!" Rocket snarled.

"Totally fake." said Peter 

"That is the most real, authentic, hysterical laugh of my entire life because that is not a plan." Rocket said. 

"It's barely a concept." Gamora said to Peter.

"You're taking their side?" Peter asked her.

"I am Groot." Groot said.

"So what, it's better than eleven percent? What the hell does that have to do with anything?" Rocket asked.

"Thank you, Groot. Thank you. See? Groot's the only one of you who has a clue." Peter said then turns to see Groot starting to chew on a leaf protruding from his shoulder, Peter shakes his head and Rocket chuckles. "Ok, Guys. Come on. Yondu is gonna be here in two seconds. He expects to hear this big plan of ours. We need your help." You said. Everyone looks around at each other until Peter speaks up.

"I look around at us, you know what I see? Losers. I mean, like, folks who have lost stuff. And we have. Man, we have. All of us. Our homes, our families, normal lives. And, usually, life takes more than it gives, but not today. Today, it's given us something. It has given us a chance." He said as everyone looks up at him.

"To do what?" Drax asked.

"To give a shit. For once, not run away. I, for one, am not gonna stand by and watch as Ronan wipes out billions of innocent lives." Peter said. 

"But, Quill, stopping Ronan, it's impossible. You're asking us to die." Rocket said, uncertainty in his voice.

"Yeah, I guess I am. I..." Peter started to say until you stood up. "I'm in." You said. Peter looks over at you and smiles. 

"Quill. I have lived most my life surrounded by my enemies. I will be grateful to die among my friends." Gamora said as she stands up. 

"You two are honorable people, Quill and (y/n). I will fight beside you two. And in the end, see my wife and daughter again." Drax said as he stands up as well.

"I am Groot." Groot said as he stands up. You and Peter smiled as you look over at Rocket, still sitting on a box. Rocket looked around the five of you then said. "Oh, what the hell. I don't got that long a lifespan, anyway." Rocket also rises and stands on his seat. "Now I'm standing. You all happy? We're all standing up now. Bunch of jackasses, standing in a circle." He said as you shake your head.

"The stone reacts to anything organic. The bigger the target, the bigger the power surge." Gamora said to the group of Ravengers. "All Ronan's gotta do is touch the stone to the planet's surface and zap. All plants, animals, Nova Corps." You informed.

"Everything will die." Gamora said.

"So Ronan does not make the surface. Rocket will lead a team to blow a hole in the Dark Aster's starboard hull. Then, our craft and Yondu's will enter." Peter said.

"Won't there be hundreds of Sakaaran soldiers inside?" Kraglin asked.

"I think of Sakaaran as paper people." Drax replied. Kraglin smiles and gives Drax a friendly punch on the shoulder, but Drax, not understanding the playful jester, gives Kraglin a look like he's going to hit him.

"Once they know we're on board, Ronan will isolate himself behind impenetrable security doors on deck. Which I can disable by dismantling the power source." Gamora said.

"We'll make it to the flight deck, and I'll use the Hadron Enforcer to kill Ronan." Peter said to the group.

"Once Ronan is dead, we will retrieve the stone. Use these devices to contain it." Gamora said as the devices were passed out. "If you touch it, it will kill you." 

"I'll contact one of the Nova officers who arrested us. Hopefully, they'll believe we're there to help." said Peter.

"There's one more thing we need to complete the plan." Rocket said and he points to one of Yondu's men who has one robotic eye. "That guy's eye..."

"No! No, we don't. No, we don't need that guy's eye." You said, quickly, as the guys looks around you guys in shock and fear.

"No, seriously, I need it! It's important to me." Rocket said as he tries to contain his laughter but was failing.

"Ronan's fleet has been spotted, and will arrive in t-minus fifteen minutes." One of Yondu's men called out, sometime later. Yondu turns to you and Peter and said. "Remember, kids. At the end of all this, I get the stone. You cross me, we kill you all."

Alittle bit later, you were in a room, just finished changing clothes, when you picked up your locket. You opened it and saw the picture of you and Peter and you couldn't help but smile. How am I going to tell him? There's a chance we will die, so how do I tell him that.....I love him. You thought as you look at the picture. You closed the locket and start to put it on when you heard a knock. "Come in." You said. 

The door opened to reveal Peter standing there. "Hey, you ready?" He asked. "As I'll ever be." You replied.

The two of you walk out the room and start walking down the hall, heading to the Milano. As the two of you walked down the hall, Gamora, Drax, Rocket and Groot start walking out of different rooms and walked with you and Peter and head into battle.
