Upon arriving, the guardians jumped into battle, saving the galaxy once again.

While the rest were warding off the sovereign fleet, which is such an annoying pest that never stops coming back.

They needed to stick a bomb using the anulax batteries in Ego's head, but how are their fat butts gonna make it through that?

It was Groot.

So,Rocket got to telling Groot what to do so they all don't go to heck.

Of course, Groot has found a new addiction:the kill button.

Rocket asked Peter Quill to search for duck tape, but after going one full round, no one has duck tape.

Turning around, Groot was gone.

As everyone continue destroying the sovereign fleet, Groot stuck the bomb on Ego's core.

He was given a choice. To press the correct button or the kill button.

They were seconds away from dying........

Groot pressed the correct one.

In the aftermath of Ego finally exploding, most of the guardians made it back on the ship.

Well,everyone except Quill.

Of course, others like Gamora and Ruby tried to go back for Quill, but were tranquilized by Rocket.

Rocket couldn't afford to lose 2 friends today, let alone one of them being the unrequited love of his life, even though he'll never admit it.

Ok, maybe i was lying when i said only Quill was left.

Yondu was also there.

And he had one aero-rig and one spacesuit.
