Merida POV

After Elsa left me in the broom closet laughing my head off, Jack came in and shut the door.

"What hahaha are you ahaha doing?" I said while laughing.

"Stop laughing poofy hair. I need to talk to you. " I punched him in the arm for calling me poofy hair.

"What do you want? " I snarled.

"Do you think Elsa would go out with me if I asked her?"

"No." I said without thinking.

"Seriously?" He asked.

"Can we please talk about this while we're not in a broom closet. Someone might come in and get the wrong idea." As if on cue a cute brunette boy opened the door.

"Jack...uh what's going on in here?"

"Hey Hiccup it's not what it looks like."

"Whatever man its your buisness. I just thought you were more of a gentleman. I didn't expect you to hook up with a girl in a broom closet."

"WE ARE NOT HOOKING UP!" Jack and I screamed at the same time.

"I would rather die than Hook up with him." I said practically barfing in my mouth.

"Oh shut up Mer you'd be lucky to hook up with me."

"I'm just gonna go." Hiccup started to leave. Jack and I stood up and followed him.

"Seriously dude I have no interest in Merida. " He assured making sure he knew. "I like someone else."

"Me too. Wait I don't have an interest in Jack, I think I'm pretty great. But I like someone else too." The words fell out before I could stop them.

"Oh really." Jack smirked at me. My eyes went wide and I ran off. I had my first class in the art room. Gross.

When I got in her Mr Bunny told me what to do. We were painting easter eggs. I sat beside Elsa and Hiccup, Jack and some blond girl joined us shortly after.

"Guys This is Astrid. Astrid this is Elsa and Merida." Hiccup introduced.

"Hi Astrid." We said in unison.

"She's my girlfriend." Hiccup smiled. My heart sank but I tried not to show it.

"I can't believe he's making us paint the eggs. Lazy but. " Jack snarled messily painting an egg. We all stared at him in awe.

"Dude you can't talk about a teacher especially a Guardian like that." Elsa said the words we were all thinking.

He shrugged like whatever.

Rapunzel skipped over with a basket of perfectly painted eggs. She looked around at all of ours. She stared in horror at Jacks then skipped away leaving our whole table laughing hysterically.

"Shut up." He then looked around at our eggs. He dismissed them like they were nothing. Except for Elsa's. He stared in wonder making her very uncomfortable. Her egg was light blue with perfectly painted white snowflakes dancing around.

"Jack you're staring." Hiccup elbowed him.

"Uh sorry it's just I'm so amazed by snow." Elsa blushed a bit then stood up and walked to Mr Bunny. She handed him her egg. He nodded and she walked out of the room.

"Merida come here please." Mr Bunny said. Jack was teasing me saying 'ooh she's in trouble'. I shot him a look and he shut up.

"Yes Mr Bunny?"

"Please just call me Bunny. Elsa has requested your presence in the office."

"Yes sir. Am I in trouble?" I asked a tinge of worry in my voice.

"I don't think so. She just said it was a private matter."

I walked down to the office where Elsa was sitting across from North.

"Merida sit down please." He said. "Oh and close the door ." I closed the door and sat in the chair beside Elsa.

"Mer your not in trouble. You two are the only people who know my secret." I took a huge sigh of relief

"So what's wrong?" I asked her.

"Well I think I'm losing control. I keep finding frost everywhere. It is sometimes in places before I'm even there and it's starting to worry me. I don't want to hurt anyone." A single tear trailed down her cheek. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it so she knew I was there for her. North tensed a bit.

"Elsa I think you might be having a bit of trouble adjusting to a new environment. Maybe you should tell more people you trust. I know I said that before but since telling Merida you have improved. I think you could maybe tell Rapunzel or Jack." Both of us looked at him in shock and a bit of annoyance.

"Don't tell that idiot! He couldn't keep about secret to save his life!" I complained.

"You'd be surprised." North chuckled.

"Mr North, I still don't want to tell him. He freaks me out. " she admitted. I snickered.

"Ok but I know people. I am Santa Claus. " He reminded us.

"I am don't trust him. He keeps hitting on me and it's not very fitting to act like that around a queen. " North scowled a bit then softened.

"You're right about that. But maybe a secret like this will help you two get closer."

"I don't want to get closer! I want to stay as far away as possible." I laughed so hard at her comment.

"Fine just think about it okay?"

"Yes sir." She sighed. We got up and left the room heading back to class.

"He really wants me to tell Jack." She laughed a wimpy laugh.

"I bet you he ships you guys."

"Ha yeah him and Anna can start a fan club." We laughed. She grabbed my arm and we stood face to face alone in the hall.
"What about you? I know you're crushing hard on Hiccup."

"WHAT? " I said my voice going very high.

"I saw the way your expression fell when he said Astrid was his girlfriend. Don't worry I won't tell."

"Fine it's true. And if you tell anyone I will shoot your head off."

"I got it." Then the two of us walked arms around each other jokishly walk down the hall back to class.
