3rd POV

As the arena filled in with people once again, Lucy and Talon watched from the balcony, waiting for the competition to begin.

It has officially been 1 year since (Y/N)'s death from saving the world from a child demon. A few weeks later after the death, Natsu and Happy left without explanation, causing the guild to disband.

Everyone (except for Natsu and Happy) would meet in the battle arena in Fiore once a month to talk about life. (That's a good way to put it, right?). But little did they know, everything was about to change.

A competition to become the strongest in Fiore was about to begin, and 20 wizards were already in the arena. Erza, Gray, Wendy, Carla, and Juvia walked up to the two, and began to watch the games as they commenced.

"Hey, Erza, why aren't you competing?" Lucy asked Erza. Erza looked down.

"I did not want to hurt anyone.." Erza said, but then looked up at Lucy with shimmering eyes. "...Because I already know I am the strongest!" she yelled, while Lucy sweat-dropped.

A little while later, a hooded man walked into the arena. This caught the former-Fairy tail wizards' attention. He began to increase the heat in the arena until the temperatures were scorching.

All of the FFTW (former fairy tail wizards) began to burn off, and a familiar blue cat flew up to them.

"Hey everyone! Miss us?" A familiar voice said.

"Natsu?!" Lucy and Erza yelled.

"Happy?!" Talon and Carla screamed. Everyone ran down to hug them.

'If only (Y/N) were here...'

"A hooded person is in the arena!" A guard yelled into a bar where other guards, and the FFTW were at. The other guards ran to the arena with the FFTW following close behind.

By the time they got there, they saw a hooded figure kneeling on the ground, drawing in the dirt. The guards ran up to it, but a burst of light came and went, and the guards were gone.

Erza equipped (Y/N)'s paintbrush to her side, still not knowing how to get it to work, while everyone else prepared to fight.

The hooded figure moved their head a bit, supposedly looking back at them, and just as Natsu used his first attack, they jumped into the air. As soon as they landed, they began to run like a ninja, and they were barely seen with the human eye.

Erza, Natsu, Lucy, Wendy, Juvia, and Gray were having a very hard time trying to spot the hooded figure, until they saw a spark of lightning on the ground.

It then hit them, but it was to late to jump into the air, as the battle field was covered in electricity, and was shocking the wizards.

Soon, they were able to jump, only to be blasted with a beam of light, the same light that hit the guards.

The wizards tried to stand, but it was no use. With just two moves, they had been defeated. The hooded figure walked up to where Erza was, and picked up the brush that was now on the ground.

"This is what has become of you all? Tch, you should all be ashamed of yourselves. And why would people like you have something as valuable as this? Heh, well, I know one thing. You won't find me, or this brush again. Farewell." And with that, the hooded figure left.

And only one thought came into everyone's mind.

'Who was that?!'
