Leo sat on the roof, hugging his knees while looking at the bright silvery moon in the night sky.

He have so many questions running inside his mind. Why? He thought. Why did you bring me back here, when anyone can't even see me?

Leo knows about Manny,-of course. Manny was the one who bring him here, waking him from his eternal slumber, granting him another round for his life. But if that so, why can't they see him? Why would Manny wanted him to come back to life when he can't be part of the world itself?

The moon only shone through the night in silence, leaving Leo groaned in frustation. Of course, Manny didn't always answered, and he never will. The only thing that Leo can do, was to wait whatever Manny planned for him to happen, which going to take a long time.

When the blue clad turtle stood up, a sudden thump, and a wet cold feeling tickled his shell, snapping him from his thoughts. His lips tugged up a little as soon as he turned to his back.

"Alright Jack, i'm so pounding you now."
The guardian of fun only grinned as he nonchalantly freezed the rooftop's floor.

"Oh please don't kill me Mr. Turtle, i was only an innocent child." Jack gasped dramaticcly while his right hand clutching his chest as his left hand dramaticcly,-again, touches his forehead.

Leo couldn't help but rolled his eyes while smiling widely. He decided to play along.
"Unfortunately misstress, i have no choice but to exterminate you for selling drugs to a granny." He said while trying his best Captain Ryan impresssion.. and holding back his laugh.

"But please, it was John! Not me! He forced me to do it! Or else he's going to throw up on my prada bag." Jack said in a 'damsel in distress' tone and pose, as he changed his voice to a low pitched mocking voice as soon he reached the last words.

Both of them cracked up laughing.

"Prada bag? Really?" Leo laughed as he wiped some of his tears.

"I dont know, it just crossed in my mind." Jack clutched his stomach from the pain from laughing.

After 5 minutes of non-stop laughing, they finally stopped. Huge grin plastered on both of their faces as they sat on the rooftop, casually looking at the busy streets of New York below.

"Hey, Leo." Jack started, taking deep breaths while rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Yeah?" The blue clad turtle still looking at the streets below instead looking towards Jack, which Jack noted was the most relieving thing ever.

"So uhh.. i need to.. tell you something really, REALLY important." Leo looked towards the guardian of fun, who's biting his lips and twirling his hooked staff nervously.

"Jaaackk.." The blue clad turtle dragged, shooting Jack a glare that clearly stated 'i-know-something's-up-tell-me-or-i'll-cut-your-head-off-with-my-katana'.

Jack sighed loudly, knowing he could never keep Leo from secrets forver. Leo always finds out, he always does. So he did something he could only think of.
"MannywantsyoutobeaguardiansoNorthsendmetotellyouandgetyou." The guardian of fun mumbled fastly.

Leo blinked at the fast slurring words that his friend just muttered.
"Umm.. what?"

The white haired boy groaned in frustation. He swore North was the most annoying person right now.
"Manny told us yesterday that there's a new guardian, and.." Jack rubbed the white mess on his head unconsciously.

"And..?"

"He.. chooses you to be the new guardian." Jack said the last words pretty fast, but slow enough for Leo to understand.

Silence hung upon them. The blue clad turtle stared at the guardian with disbelief and confusion written all over his face.

"What?" Leo whispered, there's a hint of upset and fear in his voice.

"Uhh.." Jack bit his lips.
This is way complicated than he could imagine.

Just then, his crystal blue eyes caught some movements behind his friend. A familiar black figure with red eyes-

The guardian gasped as he realised who it was and raised his staff, shooting blue ice shards at Leo's back.

Seeing his friend just suddenly shot ice to his back, Leo swiftly turned to his back, wanting to know what's going on. And what he saw was enough for him to think it was a dream.

Right there, standing about few inches from him,-thankfully it was frozen thanks to Jack, was a black mass of what looked like.. sand, with what looked like mouth opened wide, showing off it's sharp teeth.

"Uhh.. Jack..?" He turned around just to saw another same creature with red glowing eyes jumped from the sky, joined by many others, surrounding them in circle, watching them like predators.

"Oh frosbites." Leo heard in friend cursed as he got into stance, his katanas ready infront of him.

"What are they?" He asked just as the creatures around them attacked. Both Leo and Jack lunged toward them, slicing, or freezing as many creatures as they can.

"I'll explain later. Come on!" Leo yelped at Jack's sudden tugged on his hand. He practiccly dragging Leo away from the sand creatures as he freezed some on their way.

"Woah! Wait! Jack where are we going?!" Instead of answering, Jack took out something from his pocket. And that something was.. a snow globe?

"Quick question Lee, can you stand in snow?" Jack question brings another confusion to Leo.

"What?"

"Nevermind." Jack said before whispering something to the snow globe in his hand before throwing it to the ground, revealing a white swirling portal.

As Leo noticed Jack dragged them both to the portal, he looked at Jack questioningly.
"Hang on, where are we going?" He asked.

"North pole. Buckle up." Jack answered shortly. Leo's eyes widened.

"We're going to-what?!" But it's too late, Jack already entered the portal with him in tow. The blue clad turtle could only closed his eyes and hoped for the best. But remembering it was the Jack Frost, Leo wasn't entirely sure he's going to be fine.

And for the first time in forever, he did what Raph would usually do in this kind of situation. He cursed.

"Sewer apples, i'm screwed."

There! Finally! Whoo! Took a very VERY long time until i felt really satisfied with this.
