Surprise! I've gotten so many comments asking for me to continue this book so I'm gonna try my best to finish it thank you for all your patience! I'm also going to be giving this book a revamp so if anyone notices old chapters getting reposted I'm just fixing it!

Y/N's POV

That night once again as every other guard went to sleep I and a couple of other superiors kept our eyes on the computers to look at sleeping guards and making sure they were all in check.

I kept looking at number 29's room when he would sleep his head would always be under the covers. I couldn't notice anything else but something about him seemed different than usual.

"Number 18" I heard a voice from behind me I looked up to see the front man I stood up "sir" I greeted him "any news on the dead player? And who infiltrated then?" He asked me.

"No sir I haven't been able to find anything it's like they disappeared without a trace" I lied through my teeth. If he found out the person that infiltrated a player was a guard and a superior one at that I would be dead within a second.

"Meet me in my office tomorrow I think I might have a hint" He said in that calm, deep intimidating voice of his.

I sighed I looked up as some guards were looking my way "Keep your eyes on your screen." I said sharply and they all immediately looked back.

The next morning was going to be a new game now that weak players were killed and or already eliminated it was the game tug a war where the losing time that wasn't strong enough would drop from a high panel to the floor.

I just prayed sae-Byeok was smart enough to pick a strong team but I knew I had to giver her a hint not noticeable one where everyone could tell but enough for her to see.

I walked into the player room with my gun in my hand my square mask on and triangle guard walking next to me I stood there as the intercom spoke announcing the third game.

As we rounded all of the remaining players up I stood next to the door letting the players walk down the stairs.

Sae-byeok passed by me and once she did I coughed which made her look at me she was the last person I cautiously stepped beside her as everyone walked she held back for a second.

"Pick a strong team." Was all I whispered once the other guards looked over and I made it look like I was closing the door she looked over before walking back with the other players

Once the process of picking teams started I stood by the door my gun relaxed my head back observing the players I noticed a girl with brown hair and some lighter highlights, player 240, came to sit down on the steps in front of me.

I wanted to say something to tell her to go look but I held my tongue I didn't wanna seem too aggressive at the moment.

I looked around the room to see saebyeok she was standing with that man sangwoo who i couldn't stand his friend 456, 001 my boss but of course no one knew he seemed so fragile with them, and player 199 they only had 5 they would need 5 more.

I saw sangwoo speaking to all of them before they broke apart looking around for people.

Looking over I saw Sae-Byeok walk a couple of the stairs before she glanced up at me her eyes fell on my mask before I saw her eyes trail to the girl I sitting in front of me.

Sae-Byeoks eyes stared at the girl before walking slowly up the stairs she kept glancing at me I looked back at her before I heard a commotion.

I looked to the middle of the room tearing my eyes away from saebyeok to see player 212 and player 101.

Player 212 grabbed a hold of player 101 they were speaking or more like arguing I kept a close eye on them my hand in my gun tightened as he got more aggressive.

Once she reached out to kiss him he slapped her. Hard. That was when I got angry.

I walked down the stairs in a hurry passing saebyeok before I pointed my gun straight to player 101s head "That's Enough." I said to him in a deep voice which caused him to back up I pushed him back with my gun.

"Go back to picking your teams!" I yelled across the room everyone slightly flinched I watched as player 212 stood up glared at player 101 and said under her breath "watch out."

I kept my gun pointed to 101 and his group before the front man spoke into my ear price "back to your post" he said in a calm voice I nodded before I went back to my post up to the door right when Sae-Byeok was talking to player 240.

SAE-BYEOKS POV

"What do you want?" Player 240 asked me as she looked up at me "play with us" I said to her.

I know sangwoo told us to bring back only strong men but I couldn't help but feel a connection to player 240 I didn't want her to be lonely and end up with a horrible group.

Once she agreed I brought her back to my circle we all sit together as gi-hun counted us. "One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine?" He pointed at himself confused.

"Did someone not bring someone?" He asked the group as player 001 Ill-Nam spoke up "it was me I didn't" he said.

Gi-hun sighed before I noticed sangwoo looking at player 240.

"What about you? Who brought you here?" He asked her I couldn't help but roll my eyes at him "her" she said pointing her head at me.

I looked up at Sangwoo as he sighed before looking at me "I told you to bring men here didn't I?" He asked me I wanted to scoff but I held back as I glared at him.

"You want me to go? I'll leave" 240 said starting to get up until gi-hun held her back "we don't know what we're doing and the times almost up we need one more person" He said to Sangwoo.

"No one will want to join our weak team and when the times up we'll end up with anyone who go kicked out" sangwoo said in defeat looking around.

"Well I certainly didn't get kicked out!" Played 212 approached us in that loud Whiney voice of hers which made me internally groan as she sat down.

We were so dead.

Y/Ns POV

"The time for forming teams is over, all players, please line up with your teammates at the entrance to the game Hall" the intercom lady spoke that was when I walked to the front where the doors were I stood in front the door as players lined up behind me.

Once they opened I walked in first one of the triangle guards took my gun from me as I stood in the middle and all the players slowly walked in looking around.

"I would now like to welcome you all to the third game. Todays game is Tug-Of-war" I said immediately I noticed someone peoples face fall including Sangwoo who was the front of the one of the teams in front of me.

"In order to win, you must pull the rope towards your platform in an attempt to drop the opponents down below." I continued before I stepped towards the boxes with the number in them.

"Now, I will draw numbers to decide which two teams will play first. Everyone please sit down." I said in my authortive voice before I looked at the triangle guard next to me and nodded as he grabbed a number "team one will play on the left tower."

I then looked at the triangle guard on the other side of them as he pulled out the tea
number 7 "team seven will play on the right tower."

I watched as both teams stood up team one was filled with men especially the one I disliked the most played 101. Team seven was filled with both men and women they looked at team one terrified.

SAE-BYEOKS POV

I watched the two teams walked up to the platforms with rope I didn't show it but I was scared. Scared if our team wouldn't be strong enough especially with the old man.

I looked at her as she walked up with the team couldn't she do something? I know she was a guard and with whatever horrible games these are but something about her something about the way she saved me from the fight night made me see her in a new light.

I want to know more about her and the only way to even get a chance to talk to her is to make sure my team wins.
