Background: This band was formed in middle school. Shelby Quill was transferred into the most prestigious school in the state and that school had the best of the best. Who is best at robotics, music, technology, basically the geniuses of tomorrow. The reason she got in was because she was so skilled at the violin. The moment she came she feared that she was never going to fit in, but that's when she saw the school's band program. Much like her they were skilled with music. When Shelby was the first to give a demonstration everyone loved it... All but one. His name was Gordon Dubois. He was the original star in the school van where at least he thought he was.

He thought the world revolves around him and turned into a total dick towards Shelby. However, there were times where he got put in his place, and the person who does was none other than Julia Watanabe. She would constantly tell people off on their own mistakes, but always seems to forget that she had flaws too.  Both Julia and Gordon were rivals and would best each other at everything. It's a bad habit really, not to mention she carries a seagull everywhere she goes. Shelby wanted to be her friend and Julia hesitated of course but five minutes later when she showed her what she can do, she gain a bit of respect from Julia.

Then there is the siblings, Percy and Pamela Vermont. They were known as the best saxophone players in the state. Their father was a Jazz musician who is currently on tour with their mother . They were well respected by their peers mostly because it stems from their parents' reputation. The both of them never really quest for fame, they just do the saxophone thing for a hobby. All they really care about is how much fun they can have while playing. Both her in person agree and disagree about a lot of things, but at the end of the day they became more than siblings, they became best friends.

Then here is Kenny Humphrey and Kim Nishimura. They both started playing music since elementary school  Kim had The best vocals while Kenny had the best read them, but there was just one small problem... They had no melody, no one to play the music. They began to lose hope of ever playing but that was until they joined their high school band and met Autumn Campers.

Autumn was basically the "mom" of the group because she would settle any disagreements or disputes that the group had. She played the tuba ever since middle school. Some people found it impossible that a girl her size/height would play an instrument so big back in her middle school days, but she manage to exceed everyone's expectations.

And last but not least, little Francesca Stumps. A very silent girl growing up. And the only words she did say were Hello, goodbye, her name, please, thank you, and would just nod yes and  no. When she was 5 she practiced the And mastered the flute. her most memorable achievement was mastering flight of the bumblebees she spends most of her practicing alone, away from people, but when she met Autumn, she felt a bit more comfortable around her. But she had second thoughts about the other band members.

When they first met, they hated each other right away, but over time they grew to be somewhat attached to each other. Their harmonized instruments every time they were on stage was proof of their friendship with each other, and thanks to this, they won many awards and best the other rivaling schools. They've won battle of the bands more times than even they could count. They argue and fight, but what group doesn't? In the end, they are still a well efficient group.
