Background: A new Evil is sleeping soundly in the streets of Dynamo east. After the death of Amaya Tsukiko, a new woman enters the stage. And her name is Matilda Shinobu. She is paraphilic serial killer who has been lurking unnoticed in Dynamo for years and has rivaled Carl Braxton's kill count by 105,000. She was born January 30, 1989. Her parents, already old when she was born, died when she was 21; her father from leukemia,  her mother passing away due to natural causes. Though her childhood wasn't perfect did not have her family was very close. She graduated from University in 2010 with a literature degree, then moved to Dynamo city for a job a job in a farmers market. She likes to grow plants sometimes and would sell what she grew into the market. He eventually transferred to the East side of the city in 2013

Starting her spree roughly when he was in high school, She is a serial killer who originally murdered her victims by stabbing them so viciously that they were left with horrific back wounds. For the ladies a gigantic slash to their breasts

However, beneath her façade of a simple, humble saleswoman, Matilda is very abnormal. The most abnormal characteristic of this woman are her frequent and periodic murderous impulses. She targets both men and women, or, more specifically, those with nice looking feet. She's also an egomaniacal and narcissistic woman who claims that if she were ever brought into combat, she would win the battle without question. Though it's true that she puts on a girlfriend act towards her victims, she honestly doesn't really have an interest in finding love. She just wants to live for herself and sees relationships has something to hold her back. With that being said she could be aesexual and uses the lovey-dovey act to draw her victims near then kills them. This was all thanks to her soul, Kill Jill(Murderous Jill)

Her Soul, Kill Jill, is a humanoid demon, short-range Soul, with the unique ability to cleanly and completely obliterate objects with her fingers and arm blades. She can eliminate her enemies with targeted detonators, acid, and her most powerful ability, with one slash of her blades, she can turn anything she touches into dust, causing them to completely decimate from the face of the earth.

This is similar to Yoshikage Kira's stand, Killer Queen.

It came as a result of her mother giving her a Syringe that she received from Blythe and ???. Kill Jill  manifested from hEr desire to leave no evidence from her killings behind, developing an ability to make its victims disintegrate completely. At an unknown point, Matilda dubbed her soul, but wasn't aware of what it was until far into the future. She now lets Kill Jill annihilate her victims (except for his "boyfriend's feet'" hands), letting everyone else think that the victims have simply gone missing. Though the number of missing people would eventually attract attention, no one would have any reason to suspect that Matilda was involved due to her simple demeanor and lifestyle.
