Background: Rikishi Koichi is an extremely prideful mob boss, ruthless and brutal in his will to hide his past and maintain his position at the top. He has a sinister and warped personality: He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about evil deeds like killing High School/College students in order to provoke those who stand for justice as well as any other enemies that dare get in his way to the top of the food chain.

He originally started as one of the henchmen to both Joseph Yoshino, and his cooperator who controlled Dynamo city. But after they were slain by the heroes in The First Dynamo City War, he deserted himself from the city and went on to complete what his masters couldn't.

Ever since then, he secretly runs a Yakuza group called Sasori-za. He formed this group to revive a dead empire Joseph and his cooperators had But was then destroyed. But while he's not doing that he goes around causing hell for the citizens around him and basically became the brand new crime boss. He may hold the throne for his fallen comrades, but will do his absolute best to continue their legacy.
