Background: This character was inspired by Wilson Fisk a.k.a. kingpin from the Spiderman comics. Joseph Yoshino is a powerful businessman with interests in the future of Dynamo by controlling the crime waves which brought him into conflict with some of his partners who betrayed him. He got into the crime business at a young age. His father was a member of another crime business. They were on a roll until they both got busted by the FBI. That's when his father's boss threatened to go after the rest of the Yoshino family as an act of revenge for dragging him down.

One day Joseph and his mother were playing around, just enjoying life, but that's when two men came and killed the mother in
front of the boy, but the boss didn't want the boy to die, however they did this.

They gave him a gigantic cut on his right eye and left him for dead. That was all they ever wanted. Ever since then he trained relentlessly, studying the city slums, knowing how each person in the city thinks feels or acts. He has taken over countless bases that does his supply and shipping of certain items even manage to kill his father's boss as an act of revenge and revenge she did receive. He even took over his business and made it his own. He was the king pin he never knew he really dreamed of. The kingpin his father who wished he was. Now he's just out there watching from a distance as his empire grows and grows until he will eventually get tired of it and move on to more finer things in life. Until that day comes you will forever be the king pin of Dinamo city. The Don Corleone. Head honcho in charge.
