Background: The story is set in Japan during the Yakuza era. The Mayuko and Mayura families were at odds with each other in a gang war. Instead of murdering who they wanted, the Mayuko families ran Tokyo's streets by defending it. If the yakuza were good guys, they were essentially heroes. The Mayuko clan wished nothing more than peace, harmony, and unity in the slums of their beloved city. That is why the Mayuras despised it. They weren't looking for peace; they were looking for anarchy! Dictatorship.  They desired total complete control of Tokyo so that everybody would know who they were. The eldest daughter, however, was the one who desired the most. Rika Mayura was her name.

She learned to use the katana on her own at the age of 14 and began progressing with dual blades at the age of 17. Her grandfather gave her the first sword, which she got from her father. The second set of blades she obtained was taken from an ancient Japanese graveyard. When they were burying a member of their rival family, she stole it. She searched the graveyard after the service for a blade that would better serve her needs. And what she discovered was a black katana with a dark aura.

Muchitsujo, which means anarchy in Japanese, was the name of the cursed sword. As she caught it, she felt an incredible wave of power surge through it. When she felt the sword taking hold of her, her eyes glowed a dark yellow haze. This struck her as a revelation, and she resolved to put an end to the long-running rivalry between her and the rival family. By bringing them to death.

As her father from her family was trying to reach an agreement for the leader, she decided to put her idea into motion. The rest of the families. And when a bad deal was made, he was assassinated by her, and she went on to destroy the rest of them except for two young children. They were terrified of each other. The older brother, who was a child, went to fight her, but Rika met him with a terrible fate. She strangled him to death in front of his little sister, robbing both his pride and innocence.

Rika slashed her younger sister's throat as she tried to fight back, and she lost her hearing at the age of five. She tried to call for help but no one could hear her, so she was beaten up and taken to the hospital.

She became a wanted fugitive after that and fled Japan to begin her reign of terror. Keep away if you see a woman wearing an all-black kimono and a straw hat smoking a pipe while wielding samurai swords.

Rika: Love and peace mean nothing! Hate and conquest mean everything! I did what my father couldn't. And it's a chance that little girl is all grown up and is hiding from me. I'll do to her the same way I did her sweet brother. *licks lips* I have gone and done the same to a lot of young and older guys but that one was the one I will hold in my heart forever! As well as anyone else who gets in my way, they will feel the wrath of my dual blades.

Combat Manual/Moveset
Advanced Counter: Before the opponent hits her she counter attacks with her katana. Then does a deep plunge to the opponent's stomach.

Rapid shining slash + Muchitsujo: She gives multiple stabs to the opponent's chest but when she released her other blade she gave a giant slash to the neck.

Anarchy Twirl: She spins around with her sword in her hand then gave a giant slash upwards.

Sensual Sedation: She strips out of her kimono and sensual aura distracts The opponent and puts them in some sort of trance, she then stops him or her with the dagger, then puts her kimono back on.

True Yakuza: This is her awakening mode. This enhances her moves and abilities making her more stronger and faster. But there's a limit to her power but can be used for the remainder of the fight.

Mysterious Move
Anarchic Hurricane: She spins around with her dual katanas in hand, does a double flip with it, followed by a multiple slash to the chest.

Mysterious Finishers
Dark Zantetsuken: She moved faster than light and slashed her opponent, she then puts the blade back inside her case and the opponent's blood spills and both half's of the body fell on the floor. But thanks to her dark blade she shoots a blast from it that vaporizes it completely.

Anarchy and Disorder: She raises her dark sword and forms a storm that sucks up everything in sight, and once the wind is for surround her she was/is the opponent multiple times then when the storm stops. The opponent is cut into pieces.
