Background: Norman Ryken, son of Jamboree Ryken and Maki Hotaru. He is seen as a very friendly and charming young man, so charming today he was on the cover of multiple Skating magazines. He loves skating. He see skating as a way to escape from reality, and just be free. While he's not skating, he mostly spends time with his family. Especially with his younger sister, Alexia Ryken.

When they were younger, Alexia and Norman were close, and Norman basically became her protector. Whenever there was danger, Norman tried to do everything in his power to make sure it never came to her. Whether it be people picking on her, dogs chasing her, or falling into a puddle, Norman try to be the best big brother he could be. But then as they got older, they starting to grow interested in other things. They started doing their own thing, and became not so close with each other... Norman was seeing this as a problem and decided to try and fix it. Alexia didn't want to see the relationship to fall apart either, and agreed to it. One day when they were at a park, they were practicing their skating skills and before he knew it, Alexia's powers were awakened. Norman was shocked, because he didn't think his family had power like that. And he wanted to try it out too.

So For the past few months, Alexia, their mother and their father worked with him to try to awaken them. But no matter how much they tried it, there hasn't been that much progress made. Norman was just about close to giving up. His father saw that and went to talk with him. He said not to worry so much about it, and that his abilities will come when it comes.

" and besides, you already have powers. It comes from two places in your body. *points to his head* And here. *points to his heart* as long as you keep using those, I say you're pretty powerful already. *ruffled his hair and smiles* You'll understand some day"

Norman took that to heart and made peace with it. Alexia accepted him for who he was, and so did his mother and father. He may not be as strong, or as powerful, but as long as he follows his heart and uses his head, he'll still be able to live a good life.
