Background: Cronus was the primordial God of time in Greek mythology, and time was portrayed as a destructive, all-devouring power. Cronus was able to depose his father Uranus and conquer the heavens with the aid of his Titan brothers during the mythological Golden Age.

Time moves at its own pace, as it should. All happens for a reason in life. The minutes are a record of how we spend our days and the choices we make. However, there are moments when people wish things moved at the same pace as they do now. Where they will simply come to a halt and eventually achieve their goals in life. Tokiko Kagoshima was the person in question.

Tokiko Kagoshima, also known as Touka, was an Afro-Japanese woman who lived in Kanto's slums. Her friends would often steal from her, and her parents would often leave her alone in the house as they went out to parties, leaving her with nothing and no one but herself. She decides to become a delinquent after seeing this discovery. And she'd go on to commit the same crimes that the people had committed against her, and in her own unique way, two wrongs made a right. She has served more time in prison than a typical robbery suspect. But even that wasn't enough to discourage her

When she got back home her parents were mad drunk. They just got back from a party and were pretty pissed off about the way Tokiko acted.

Father: Worthless waste of space? Why couldn't we have a boy instead of a girl, at least the boy would be obedient. She needs to learn her place.

Mother: That bitch never should've been born to begin with. To be honest I should've swallowed her when I had the chance, or you could just jacked off in the toilet and flush her down.

Tokiko:... maybe I act like this because I have shitty parents like you!

Her father grab the beer pile and smashed it at her face.

Father: You shit! I should've expected this from my disrespectful girl like you! I'm going to shut your mouth once and for all! *grabbed his belt and went to swing it*

Mother: Yeah that's right! Beat her up, Beat that piece of shit up! I should've never given birth to you, I should've been free to live my own life with your father. We won't have any regrets, but now we just had to have you. I hope wherever you end up, they'll teach you some respect! And I don't mean in the real world.

Father: Die! *swung it*

Tokiko want to block his stroke but as soon as she moved her hands! He as well as her mother was frozen. And the freaky thing was... only she could move. Tokiko didn't know what was happening. It was like time itself is frozen. She didn't no how to react to such a discovery. She went up to her fathers belts... And she couldn't grasp it. She sought this as a revelation and decide to choke her own father out with the belts. And once that was done, time began to move again.

Mother: J-Jerry! You bitch! You killed him!

Tokiko looked at her mother and grabbed a hammer.

Tokiko: That piece of shit deserve to die so he should be thrilled that he doesn't have to deal with me anymore. I think I'll start splattering your blood all over the walls and pavement while I'm on a roll. *tries snapping her fingers and it worked*

Her mother now frozen in fear looked at her daughter who gained the most criminally insane look on her face. Tokiko grab a tool box filled with hammers and she throws it upwards to the ceiling.

Tokiko: I finally figured it out, this is the power of time! Somehow, I've caused time to stop for you, I'm guessing it means that you probably won't hear, see, or feel any of this. You and dad were a bunch of drunks Who care about nothing but yourself, the rest of the world is trash too. I will cleanse it and it all starts with you and dear old dad. *grabbed the small sledgehammer* Toki toki toki toki toki toki toki-TOKI! *throws it and bashed her head* You don't even realize you're about to die, you shit with breast. In a way, you're Lucky. You won't know a goddamn thing that happened here, only that you're dying. One second left...*had her fingers in a snap position*....Zero.

Hammers started raining down on her mother and she smiled at the satisfaction she felt love seeing her horrible mother die. Ever since then she became dangerous, however she can only use her times stop for 30 seconds, but she made the most of it to do whatever it is that she needed to do, then when does seconds and chaos started to rain. Time is described as a destructive all powerful force.

Tokiko: When I first used this ability, I could only freeze time within the blink of an eye. Though when my dearly departed father tried to hit me that day, I felt like I've stopped time for five seconds even 10! Now I can stop time for 25 to 30 seconds, then again time is stopped, so from my perspective it felt like 25 to 30 seconds! Soon I'll stop time for a minute, then an hour, then later as long as I damn well please. How amusing. Soon I'll be able to stop time to my heart's content. For I am Tokiko Kagoshima, and my destiny is to not use this ability for world domination. That just sounds too cliché. I'm not some anime cartoon super villain, I use time however I want to whenever I want you and no one can stop me. As said in Juice WRLD's lyrics to Lucid dreams, who knew evil girls had the prettiest face.

Combat Manual/Moveset
Time-Stop!: She stops time with the snap of her fingers and vegans attacking the opponent. Once time resumes the opponent will later feel the pain and get knocked back.

Consecutive hammers throw: She throws mini sledge hammers at the opponent causing their bones to shatter from the impact.

Temporal Body Stop: She touches the appointment and causes them to move slower. If the opponent tries to attack she will counteract with a punch to the face.

Chrono Slice: She stops time and slices the opponent with her own energy sword, once time resumes, the opponent will feel the effects of it then got knocked back

Time Theft: She is able to steal time from other beings or objects and gain variety of advantages from the process ergo predicting every single move they make before they do so.

Goddess of Time:This is her awakening mode. This enhances her moves and abilities making her more stronger and faster. But there's a limit to her power but can be used for the remainder of the fight.

Mysterious Move
Time Stops-Toki Toki Toki: She quotes Dio Brando's from JoJo's Bizarre adventure 3. And gave the opponent a barrage of punches instead of saying Muda Muda Muda, she says Toki! After she's done with the punches, she said time will start moving again.

Mysterious Finishers
National Donut Day: She stops time and walk closer to the opponent. Then when she admires how the opponent looks while time is stopped she clenched her fists and punched straight through the opponents chest than crushed his or her heart with her bare hands.

Rail Roader: Once again she quotes Dio Brando and stops time. Once the time is frozen she grabbed a giant train from the tracks and slams it on the opponent! Once it was on the opponent she rushes the train with punches and wants she saw the opponent losing blood, she gave the train one final punch and it explodes.
