Background: The story of Edalyn Scissorhands is A bit similar to her male counterpart. A scientist tries to create an animated human, but she was unfinished, So she has scissor blades for hands. The scientists treated her like she was her own child, Home schooled in all until The doctor died of a heart attack... and Edalyn was left on her own. Some days when she goes out she's closed from head to toe, so no one could ridicule her for her hands. And she will always wear gloves to hide the scissor blades so she could be normal from other people... However they will always tear apart, and people would Outcast her out of fear. But to some people she could be known as gentle and sweet as can be.

She spends most of her time in her house, making paper dolls, statues/sculptures, topiary, and wood carving. She likes the loneliness because it gives her more free time to make her beautiful creations but, even loneliness starts to have its limits. She yearns to go back to the outside world, but is still afraid of what people would think of her due to her hands. She doesn't know if folks are tolerable to people like her. But it doesn't mean she won't try. And who knows, maybe going out our comfort zone with warm her heart a bit and soon... Find her destined partner.
