Background: Levi Shigeko, better known as Blind Boi, is a psychically gifted esper. He was blinded as a child, but his abilities make him to see the world as if he had a third eye. That's why he wears a headband that not only protects him but also allows him to see his surroundings. Despite the fact that he was born with these skills, he never uses them.

People's emotions come to a halt when they are unable to express themselves. This reminds me of Shigeo Kagayama from Mob Psycho 100. Levi has moments when he doesn't know what to feel. When he receives gifts, he is unsure how to respond; when he wins a video game, he is unsure how to react; and, especially when he rides a roller coaster, everything around him appears dull.

Little by little, the emotions that have been buried deep inside people arise. However, there is a limit to how much his emotions can take before exploding. That feeling is rage.

When he is in that state, he removes his blindfold and light yellow pupils appear in his eyes.

He becomes a totally different person when he's like this. But he can do whatever a regular Esper would do in his normal state. As an expectation, Levi can see the deceased's minds, and can feel every spirit's psychic strength in a radius of twenty km. By touching a spirit Levi can exorcize it immediately and return it to the spiritual plane. To boost its own power, Levi may drain energy from spirits, hope, and the environment. This also absorbs some of the emotions of the goal and allows it to feel what it feels. Levi is also a healer and transfers energy to someone else, enhancing it according to how much energy it brings. He often exercises restraint with his powers in order to avoid killing anyone. His full power takes a long time to unlock, he's physically weak when he doesn't use his abilities, and he's emotionally unstable.

But, despite his psychic powers' drawbacks, he's a pretty quiet and laid-back guy; just don't take off his blindfold or interrupt his music.

Levi: I'm not sure what I want to do with my life right now... How can one tell? Do we all have emotions, hobbies, romantic relationships, or friends? Do we deserve to have everything we want? Should I just sit around and wait for something to happen, or should I take the initiative? There's a lot to consider

Combat Manual/Moveset
Psychic Shield: The ability to erect a psychic shield to protect the minds of oneself and/or others.

Psychokinetic Blast: Levi releases a telekinetic energy over his opponent's area causing great damage, repelling targets and/or delivering great shock waves of pure force.

Levitation: He can levitate when needed too.

Telekinetic Ball: Levi Creates and launched spheres of telekinesis.

Consecutive Normal Telekinetic Throw: He simply lifts the opponent up and down with his telekinesis.

Psychedelics: This is his awakening mode. This enhances his moves and abilities making him more stronger and faster. But there's a limit to his power but can be used for the remainder of the fight.

Mysterious Move 
Psionic Inundation: Levi launches psi-bolts to cause mental damage. Then, shuts down the opponent's higher brain function, then projects telepathic static. While they're losing consciousness of their brains he ends it with a kick to the face leaving the opponent slightly unconscious.

Mysterious Finishers
Psycho Crush: He lives up debris from the ground and matches them on the opponent. Then when he hears them screaming he claps his hands together and says, crush. The impact of the debris crushes the body inside it and Gushes of blood was flowing from it.
' I actually don't know how to feel about this victory. Should I feel guilty because I killed someone, or should I feel happy that I won. Why is this emotion stuff so difficult?'

Unblinded Rage: He takes off his blindfold and reveals his rage state. This causes his psychic abilities to go wild as he uses them to throw the opponent back and forth into a wall then, shoots a psychokinetic blast at a pillar causing it to fall on him.  Once he walks closer to the opponent he lifts his foot up. 
Levi: These are my emotions. I only allow them to come out beyond your request...*pressed his foot on the opponent* Satisfied? *crushed his head*

Exorcism:  By touching a spirit, Levi instantly exorcises it and sent it back to the spiritual plane. However when it's in the human body, he erases the soul from it, causing the body to go gray in wither away into nothing but dust.

Levi: You've been exorcised. Your soul should rest in peace now.
