Background: In the underwater kingdom, A huge war was cast between Neptune and Poseidon. They both wanted to rule the underwater kingdom and all who inhabit it. One day Neptune's forces got the better of them so they decided to create a weapon that would give them a better advantage. After a few hours in the lab they created... Sean. Sean was mixed with the DNAs of the people from the surface world, mixed with electric eels. The only thoughts he were allowed to have were only war and conquest They used him as a weapon, in the weapon he became.

He became known as the vicious warrior ever to swim the seven seas. Outside of war they treat him like a freak, and put him up for display. That's when he decided that it was the last straw. He wants nothing to do with wore anymore. So after the final battle with Poseidon, he just ran away. As time went on he spent most of his days in an underwater cavern. He survived off of fish, sharks, octopus, every single sea animal in the whole damn continent.

But he got bored of that lifestyle and spent the other half of his life in deep thought wondering what his life would be like if he wasn't a weapon. He decides to come out of hiding and tell the others his discovery. They all thought he was mad and said that it will never happen. But he pushed past that and swim up to the surface. The guards tried to stop him but thanks to his experiences in the underwater war he was too fast and too strong for them to take down. When he was getting close to the light he, for the first time in decades, smiled. Once he was out of the water he had trouble breathing but thanks to his anatomy he can breathe air.

He had no idea what to feel, no idea how to feel. All he knows is his life and his life alone. Whatever it is his to choose, question is how will he do it.

Sean: I want to live a life where it has no negatives, but that will leave much to be desired because sometimes it doesn't have any positives either. I also want to live a life where people can look at me, not as some weapon of terror, or freak show, but as a regular person. This world needs healing, everyone does, but I guess it's up to me to help others. Because they cannot help them selves. What exactly is it that humans do, what type of food do they eat, how do they live their lives. These are questions I have to ask myself when I go in to town. However, one thing is certain for me. I will not be placed in another war.  That is not the life I choose, and on a  relative note... I need some clothes...

Combat Manual/Moveset
Sea Slash: He uses his claws to slash the opponent.

Seaweed Wrap: Seaweed is covered on his arms and he wraps the opponent with it while clawing their face.

Spewing ink: He shoots octopus ink from his fingers as he blinds the opponent.

Electric eel execution: Since his DNA is a mix of both human and eel DNA he's shocks the appointment.

Weapon of the seven seas: This is his awakening mode. This enhances his moves and abilities making him more stronger and faster. But there's a limit to his power but can be used for the remainder of the fight.

Mysterious Move
Seven seas slap: He wraps the opponent in seaweed and slaps him in the face five different times then did a gigantic slash on the opponent's' chest followed by a kick to the head.

Mysterious Finishers
Drowning on Turquoise blue: He blind the appointment with ink from his fingers and wrapped them up in the sea weed. He then opens the opponents mouth and covers it with his hand from the hand came salt water. He forces the opponent to drink it until his whole body started tilting and he becomes dizzy. He starts throwing up until his guts was shown.

Sean: That there is the taste of the seven seas.

Electric eel punches: His arms and fists and start punching the opponent at a rapid place while saying Umi(Sea in Japanese) then and when he punches a hole in the opponents chest, and the whole body explodes.

Sean: Nothing personal. It's just what I do... it's why I can only do. It's in my nature to do... What I do...
