Background: Police corruption is a form of police misconduct in which law enforcement officers end up breaking their political contract and abuse their power for personal gain. This type of corruption may involve one or a group of officers. This guy, I don't even know where to begin. Former police officer, Randall Blitzkrieg A.k.a., Randy, was the very embodiment of police corruption. However he didn't use it for personal goals, he just liked being a bully. He would wrongfully arrest people of crimes they never even committed, and if they commit something so little, like stealing a candy bar, he would lie and say that they rob a bank. And he was so vile that when he arrested girls, I don't need to explain it... Because I'm pretty sure you all know where this is going.

He kept at it for four years. However he was nice and humble around his fellow peers, but when it came to random civilians. It was a whole different ballpark. And it gets even worse when he is one of the guards in charge of a prison

There are times where he supposed to watch over and "take care" of prisoners especially the ones who committed dangerous crimes. Simple jobs like giving them proper food and treat them with whatever behavior seems necessary to them and on I'll make sure they stay out of trouble. However, he didn't care about the prisoners at all.

Instead, he intentionally fed them dirty food and illegal drugs, and would then whisper into their ears about how no one would visit them or cares about them or how they'll never be key free and other emotionally destructive things. This torment eventually drove the prisoners especially old prisoners and people who did it small crimes to even more despair and would eventually commit suicide. And when they were female prisoners, the same process he did when he arrested them, continued countless times in the prison.

He would even film the expressions of his helpless victims and their deaths. The police station found that he has kept over 25 tapes worth of this material. After psychologically manipulating over 200 prisoners into committing suicide, as well as his past actions catching up to him, he was then fired from the police station, and was sentenced to jail, so that he would get a taste of his own medicine. Unfortunately for all involved, it didn't work well with Randy, since he ran the prison at one time, he found a way to escape.

There were no leads of where he might've gone, but he remains hidden in the city. He is still finding ill-chosen people to bully and mess with to the point of suicide, no matter how dirty or corrupted it may be. But even so, he had a run-in with a strange man. After hearing how he got fired from his old job, he was struck in the back of his neck by a syringe that gave him an unknown source of power. He began research and became aware that The strange ability he obtained was known as a soul. This is what it looked like

Crazy=Genius is the soul made from Randy's ability to emotionally manipulate people. It can manipulate, modify and control the thoughts, mindsets, and upper brain functions, allowing the ability to render others unconscious, suppress their memories, and negate the use of abilities, increase/decrease mental capacity, modify minds to be agreeable, control minds, sway sensations to induce altered perception, bestow/heal mental disorders, create/penetrate mental barriers, etc. Like Matilda's soul Kill Jill, he can use the soul to reduce its victims into nothing but a clear memory. But since we're dealing with the human brain, Crazy=Genius can hurt people from the inside out. If all functions of the brain are damaged, then the rest of the body systems will follow. He became from the world's most corrupt cop to the most fiercest serial killer known in Dynamo city.
