I look at his strong figure. He's standing by the open bedroom's door. He's still wearing his yesterday clothes. His tie isn't there anymore. His shirt's first two buttons are open. His sleeves are rolled up, making his forearms visible. "Good morning." He says with a goofy smile. I can't help but smile. I just wonder what the hell happened last night. My head is pounding so hard, due to my hangover. Shit. I shouldn't have drank that much last night. "Mind if I get dressed?" I ask him. "Oh yeah." He says as he nods. He grabs the door on his way out. I sit on the bed. I feel my whole body's heat as it rises. I hold my head due to my bad headache. I pull on a pair of black jeans. I slide into a navy blue sweater. I dry my hair as I apply some makeup to hide how bad my face is handling my hangover. I pull my hair into a ponytail. I put on a pair of black boots. I walk out of the room. He's standing in the kitchen. Blade is purring against his touch. I smile. "Coffee?" He asks. Oh yes, please. I nod as I slide into a chair. "What exactly happened last night?" I find myself saying. He leans against the counter with his arms crossed. "Oh, I got you home. You also said I could stay the night." He says. Well, how come I wasn't in my last night's clothes? "And I also helped you change. It rained last night. You could have caught a cold." He says as he places a mug with hot coffee in front of me. That's sweet. "You have anything today?" He asks as he sits across from me. I take a sip from my mug. "Yeah, I have to get my stuff from my locker back at the hospital." I say. "You got fired?" He asks. I chuckle. "No, no. I got a promotion. Why do you think we were drinking last night?" I say as I take another sip, that helps with healing my pounding head. "Oh! Congrats." He says smiling. He checks his watch. "I have to go." He says as he gets up. I watch him as he ties up his tie. He unrolls his sleeves. He walks to my room. He comes out with his jacket. I get up. "A cute cat you got there." He says as he squats down to pet Blade's head. "Meet Blade." I say. "Cool name." He says as he walks to the door. "You need a ride?" I ask. "It would be great to ride this mustang again." He says with a smile. Why did you give it to me? I nod smiling as I grab my phone from my room. I pull on my coat while following him to my car.

"You want to drive?" I ask him as I remember how he used to let me drive in the first place. "No, you drive." He says with a smile. I start to drive. "She looks good." He says. I smile as I know he means the car. "Yeah." I say. "How are you?" He asks. How am I? I don't really know. Five years are a lot to express. "I am okay." I say. "And you?" I ask as we stop in the red light. "Okay as well." He says. The light turns green. I start to drive again focusing my gaze on the door. "How is your family?" He asks after a minute or two. "They are okay." I say. I haven't seen them in a while now. But, I know my house isn't the same. My parents are not the same. I am not the same. "I am glad." He says as I stop in front of his shop. There is a blonde girl standing by the door. She has a milk chocolate skin color. She is staring at her phone. She looks young. "I will go now." He says as he gets out of the car. "Yeah. See ya." I say as I wave at him. He waves back. I start to drive to the hospital, with nothing but him on my mind.

I arrive to the hospital. I park my car and walk inside as clean fresh hospital air fills up my lungs. I get up into the locker's room. I grab a box and start to empty my stuff into it. I put inside my white coat along with a note and hairbands. "Hey." I hear Albert as he enters. "Hi." I say as I close the locker. "Leaving already?" He asks. "Yeah." I say. "How was last night? Did you get all friendly with Tobias?" He asks with a smirk. I roll my eyes. I can't. He has a girlfriend now. "No." I say as my shoulders give a shrug. "Shame. Penny thinks you guys make a good couple." He says smiling. My heart aches as he finishes his words. "Yeah." I say as I pick up the box. I leave the room to avoid anymore speaking of this topic. I struggle as I carry the box to my car. "Dr Clarks!" I hear my name as I close the car's trunk. I turn to meet with Alexander. His hair is brushed just like last time to the back perfectly. He's wearing a classic grey suit, along with a black tie. "Hello." I say as he breaths heavily. "Hi." He pants. "You okay there?" I ask with a soft smile. "Yeah, I am good." He says as he fixes his suit. "How are you, Mr Titan?" I ask. "I am pretty well, thank you." He says. I smile. "I was wondering if you're free?" He asks as he runs his fingers through his hair, brushing it to the back. "I am free as I can be. But, just today tho." I say smiling. I am actually glad I have the rest of the day free. "Well, would you care to join me for some lunch? Or perhaps some coffee? I would like us to know each other better. After all, you're going to work for me, right?" He says smiling. His teeth show. I smile back. "Why not?" I say still smiling. He nods as he licks his lower lips. It is just wrong to think that my new boss is damn hot.
