"Wake up! Your phone has been ringing for like 5 minuets." I wake up to Elite shaking me. "What?" I whine in a sleepy voice. "I think it is someone called Ash?" She says as she walks to the mirror. I look at her. She's wearing jeans along with a pale pink sweater. She's drying her wet brown hair. I get up and walk into the shower. I walk back fresh, clean and wet. I look at the bed. A pair of clean jeans and a grey sweater along with a black shirt. I start to get dressed. "Is Ruby coming?" She asks all the of the sudden. "Why does it matter?" I ask as tuck the shirt into my jeans. "I just want to know, Tobias." She says as she walks up to me. "I don't care. I am going there with you to attend my friend's wedding, alright?" I say as I kiss her forehead. I know one thing for sure that Elite isn't the same as always.

We walk into the airport. It's not that crowded since the Christmas break hasn't started yet. I pull out my phone. I press Ruby's numbers. Elite is going to hate this. I wait for her to pick up but she doesn't. I sight. My phone starts to ring. I answer. "Gateway number three, Woods." Alberts voice comes through the phone. "Oh okay." I say as I was hoping it might be Ruby calling me. We both walk to gateway three. "Your passports?" A flight attendant asks. We pass her our passports. "Okay, enjoy your trip." She says as she hands us our passports back. We thank her and walk through the gateway and to the jet. It looks so fancy and luxurious. Ash really is that rich. Elite holds my hand as we see the crowd by the jet. It's windy and cold. Albert and his wife standing with a baby in a trolly. Ruby is standing there as well. She's wearing a beige coat on top of black jeans and a white sweater. Her red hair is lose, it looks good on that beige color. She's talking to a guy. He's wearing a black coat on top of a shirt and a pair of jeans.

"Hey, man." Albert shakes hands with me. I shake hands with wife as he shakes hands with Elite. "This is Elite, my girlfriend. Elite this is Albert and his wife." I say introducing them to each other. "Ash isn't picking up." I hear her say. I missed her. I hate that she's ignoring me but, it's her right. I am the one who fucked up long ago. "Hey, Elite. It's so good to see you again, after all this time." She says. Elite looks at her. I know when Elite doesn't like someone. Right now she's hates Ruby. "Yeah. How are you, Ruby?" She asks. "I am okay. I am so happy for you and Tobias by the way." She says. I look at her. Her eyes are full of pain as she says it. "Aren't you gonna introduce me?" That guy beside her says. "Oh right , everyone meet Alexander. My boss and friend." She says as she smiles and looks at him. "Hello." He says with a wave to everyone. "Hey, man. I am Albert. I really wished you would have promoted me." Everybody breaks into a a laugh. I watch as Ruby laughs. She looks some how better. Happier. Is she going out with her boss? Elite's fingers kick through mine, holding my hand. "I am sure you would have did a great job, Albert." Alexander says with a smile. "Please, start boarding the plane." A flight attendant in a beige uniform says with a smile.

Everybody starts to go into the jet. It's quite luxurious from the inside. Leather seats and crystal lights. Where the hell did Ash get all this money? "Get seated and wait for the plane to take off." The same flight attendant says and then turns to go into the captain's cabin. I notice Ruby talking with a smile to Alexander. I don't know why am I being jealous? I mean she can have a boyfriend or whatever. I have a girlfriend and it is only fair. Albert and his wife Penny seat in front of me and Elite. The seats turn. Fancy. Penny is holding a baby boy. "This is your baby?" Elite asks with smile at the baby. She loves kids. "No, we stole him." Albert says with a smirk. Penny hits his arm playfully. "Excuse my husband's manners." Penny says. She has a British accent. "You're english?" I ask with a smile. "No. But, I was born there. My mother is Spanish and my father is an American." She says with a smile. "Your accent is quite strong." Elite says. "I was raised in England." Penny says. "What's his name?" I ask. "Henry Joans." Albert says, touching his kid's nose. The baby laughs. "I see the middle name is your choice, Al?" I ask with a smirk. "Is it that obvious?" Albert says. I laugh along with him. "I am not gonna have it, you guys having fun without me." Ruby says, crossing her arms. "You're having fun with your boss." Albert says. "Please, leave me out of this. She has a bad temper." Alexander says with a smirk. I smile remembering how she slapped me back in the old days. "Yeah, man. I mean, she's evil." Albert says, and they both start laugh. "Assholes." Ruby says, rolling her eyes. "Whoa, we have a baby here." Albert says, pointing at his baby. "Little Henry, loves Ruby more than daddy, right Henry baby?" She says, smiling at the baby. Penny chuckles as Henry smiles back. "I don't like this relationship. It's toxic." Albert crosses his arms and leans back into his seat. "Come here, buddy. Daddy is just jealous." Ruby says stretching her arms out to hold Henry. Penny hands her the baby. Ruby kisses the baby's cheek softly as he laughs. She's smiling so happily. I stare at her for a second and think of how good of a mother she would make one day. How gentle and pretty she is. Elite's hand holds mine, which makes me look away. Guilt pains me as I look back at Elite, that's looking back at me, smiling.
