Himawari flicked the navy blue cat ears that sat on her head and starred at Sarada who was dusting imaginary dust off her black tights.

"Sara? Are you sure about this? Boruto is gonna hate this...he hates cats." Sarada rolled her eyes and turned toward the younger girl.

"We're not real cats and I don't care what he thinks." Sarada replied, her voice hardening as she reached the end of her sentence. Himawari walked over to her best friend and placed an arm around her shoulders.

"Isn't he supposed to be your boyfriend?" Himawari giggled as Sarada's face turned bright red. She shrugged off Himawari's arm and shuffled out of the room.  Boruto walked out of his room at the same time and skidded to a stop. Sarada looked at him in confusion. He was wearing blonde cat ears, a white t-shirt with a yellow jean jacket, yellow shorts and white sneakers. Her face heated up.

"You look... decent." Sarada smirked hoping to distract Boruto from her blush. Boruto glared at her.

"You know I hate cats, yet somehow you convince Himawari to bribe me with her puppy dog eyes." Sarada laughed.

"Well we've got some candy to get." Sarada grabbed the blonde by his arm and rushed down the stairs, Himawari on their heels.

Sarada stared at the Snickers bar in Boruto's hand with hunger. They had just reached the house but before they could open the door Mitsuki ran down the block holding a Snickers bar in his hand, asking for a trade. Sarada didn't like the thought of someone else touching her candy so she declined. However, Boruto gladly traded without a protest. Now Sarada was regretting her desicion considering all the candy in her bucket has been touched by a bunch of other people.

"I know you want it." Boruto stated as he turned to the slightly taller girl. Sarada stared at the boy with a bright red face, completely misinterpreting what he meant and scolding herself for blushing so much.

"What?!" Boruto looked at Sarada not knowing why her response was so frazzled.

"The candy bar." Sarada sighed in relief before nodding. "I'm gonna need something in return." Just then Sarada kissed Boruto and grabbed the candy bar at the same time. She pulled away and ran out the house leaving behind a confused and flustered Boruto.

'Why'd I do that?! What's wrong with me?!'
