"Then we can invite everyone we know and have a big sleepover-"

He gasp at the noise, noticing that his fathers face was flustered up in anger.

"Ok, listen up you brat! I don't want to do anything with you! The only reason you are born is so you can inherit the family fortune!"

"Don't interrupt me! You are worthless! It's your fault she died! You are nothing to me but a successor! You're a MISTAKE!

"B-but, dad it's m-my birthday." He whispered as he ran out his dad's office.

'It's been a year since that happened and dad changed...'

'And not in a good way. He would get drunk and hit me. Call me hateful names. One time my father shoved my head into bottles of medication. My eyes were both damaged so I had to wear glasses. My dad lied to the doctor  and told him I was rough housing too hard and hurt my self.'
