Steve Harrington had always had a soft spot for Danielle Henderson. If anyone had so much as looked at her the wrong way, their nose would get broken. Most of the boys at Hawkins High School would stay away from her, but a handful of boys didn't believe the rumors of how protective Steve was of Danielle until they were beaten up and shoved into a locker.

Danielle Henderson had been in love with Steve Harrington for as long as she could remember. She watched him steal the hearts of almost every girl at Hawkins High School for three years, but he didn't need to use any of his classic moves on her. Danielle was the only girl that had fallen in love with Steve because she actually knew him.
