Ok, For the shells. 260 grams confectioners' sugar, about 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons. I say adding the ingredients carefully.

-150 grams Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour, about 1 ⅔ cups. I say adding the ingredients.

Andd -10 g strawberry powder, about 2 tablespoons rose says cheerfully.

-150 grams egg whites, about 4 large egg whites (at room temperature) rose says.

-¼ teaspoon cream of tartar. I say getting distracted by Gregory a little bit.

-52 grams granulated sugar, about ¼ cup. rose says.

-1-2 drops red gel food coloring, optional. Rose says.

And For the filling 100 g granulated sugar. I say smiling as we are almost done. Rose says

-70 g egg whites, about 2 large egg whites. Rose says.

-⅛ teaspoon salt I say.

-169 g unsalted butter, about ¾ cup (cut into pieces at room temperature) rose says.

-20 g strawberry powder, about ¼ cup and we're almost done. I say.

And let it bake in the oven! I say.

Yup! Bake 1 sheet at a time! Rose says smiling.

I look over to Gregory seeing him struggle a little bit.

I sigh and roll my eyes and grab a pencil and paper out my backpack and wrote down instructions on how to make raspberry macarons because his looks like shit.

I finished and gave it to him secretly and he mouthed a thank with a smile.

The first one is done! Rose tells the teacher.

We let it cool for a while before eating some. I give 4 to Gregory and 4 for me and rose the rest gets 2 but not all of them got some but there's another batch in the oven.

I put 3 in the ziplock bag I brought and ate 1.

Mmmmm~ this tastes so good! I say.

I know right. Rose says.

You need to teach Me how to cook! Gregory says.

Sam apparently didn't get any.

Oh right. Sam is Gregory's partner.
