Seth looked over at her with tears in his eyes when he realized this was the moment it all ended. Everything he had done in his past and all the people he had hurt.. This was how he would be punished. This is what he deserved.

"She's better off without you." Anna said as she continued pointing the gun at him.

Seth closed his eyes as he felt his heart sink down into his chest.

"Tell her I love her." Seth said with a crack in his voice.

Anna pulled the trigger and shot him in the stomach. Seth fell to the ground slowly as he kept his eyes on Anna. Seth laid there on his back as blood began rushing from his body. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the engagement ring he had panned to give to Bayley. Anna walked away, feeling accomplished as Seth began to bleed out. His face turned pale as he looked at the ring in his hand with tears in his eyes.

"I'm sorry." Seth said to himself with a crack in his voice.

On the Eastside, Bayley walked out of the dining room in tears after a long discussion with her father.

"Sir, there is something you need to see." Cody said as he turned on the television.

Bayley looked at the television in disbelief as she saw the diner up in flames.

"It's being reported that at least two people are dead and six are in critical condition." A newswoman announced.

"It's her." Damien said as he stared at the television in fear.

Bayley looked over at her father in shock.

"Where's Seth. I need Seth." Bayley said as she looked around.

Suddenly, Dean and Becky barged in the front door. Everyone pointed their guns at them.

"What are you guys doing here?" Bayley asked in confusion.

"Sorry to barge in like this but we need your father's help. Nora has been taken." Dean told her.

Bayley looked at Dean with concern.

"Put the guns down." Bayley said as she looked back at her father.

"Are these friends of yours?" Damien asked her.

"Mother wouldn't take a child would she?" Bayley asked him.

"That depends.. Who is the child?" Damien asked as he walked towards Becky and Dean.

"Nora Fox." Becky told him.

"Fox? As in Alicia Fox's daughter?" Damien asked with concern.

"Yes." Dean told him.

Everyone watched curiously as Damien sat down and buried his face in his hands.

"What's going on, daddy?" Bayley asked him.

"Katherine Jones was Alicia Fox's sister.." Damien told everyone.

"No.. Fuck no!" Dean yelled furiously.

"She must be back in town with your mother.." Damien told Bayley.

"Your mother?" Becky asked.

Bayley opened her mouth with tears in her eyes but before she could say anything, Kota came running into the house, carrying an unconscious Seth.

"Help!" Kota yelled.

Bayley froze as she felt a lump grow in the back of her throat. Becky watched with concern as Joe helped Kota lay Seth down on the couch.

"Is he dead?" Dean asked uncomfortably.

"Not yet." Kota said.

Bayley slowly brought herself to the floor in a state of shock as Kota reached inside Seth's wound and pulled out a bullet. With all the chaos going on in the room, no one except for Becky had noticed a ring fall out of Seth's hand. As tears filled Bayley's eyes, Becky walked over and casually picked up the ring covered in blood. Dean looked over at Bayley with sympathy as her father helped her up.

"Let's get you upstairs." Damien told her.

"No. I'm staying with him." Bayley said as she rushed over to his side.

Becky stood there with an ache in her heart as she watched Kota tend to Seth's wound.

"It's gonna be okay." Dean said as he walked over and grabbed her hand.

"We have to find Nora." Becky said uncomfortably.

Damien looked around the room in a panic.

"Joe and Cody. You go with this young man and I will help with Seth." Damien said.

"Sir, what do we do if we find your wife?" Cody asked him.

"You kill her." Damien said.

Dean looked down and saw the concern on Bayley's face. Becky walked over and hugged Dean goodybye.

"Be careful." Becky warned him.

"Always." Dean said before following Cody and Joe out of the house.

Across town, Carmella woke up in the drivers seat of her crashed car. She slowly opened her eyes and looked over at Sasha, who was unconscious in the passenger seat. Carmella saw the blood running down her face and began to panic.

"Help!" She yelled as she tried to get out of the car.

Carmella kicked her door open and broke out of the car. She ran over to the passenger side of the car and tried to open Sasha's door but it was stuck.

"Please. Come on!" She yelled in frustration.

Carmella finally got the door to budge and it took everything she had inside of her to finally pry open the door.

"Sasha!" Carmella yelled in a panic as she took off her seat belt and picked her up in her arms, pulling her out of the car.

She walked out into the street with Sasha in her arms as an ambulance arrived on the scene.

"Help! She needs help!" Carmella yelled with tears in her eyes.

At the hospital, Adam was pacing the waiting room when the doctors approached him.

"Your girlfriend is going to be just fine." A doctor told him.

"She's not my girlfriend." Adam said.

"Well she must be very special person for you to run into the diner like you did. Not too many people are willing to run into a burning building to save someone." The doctor continued.

Adam looked up at the doctor for a minute and took a deep breathe.

"Can I see her?" Adam asked.

"She is in room 102." The doctor told him.

Adam walked away in a hurry as he made his way into Candice's hospital room.

"Hey, there." Adam said uncomfortably.

Candice looked over at him from her hospital bed and let out a slight smile.

"My hero." She said in a raspy voice.

Adam smiled back as he walked closer to her.

Candice looked up as he approached her bed side. He pulled up a chair and watched Candice for a moment.

"You scared me back there." Adam told her.

"Yeah?" Candice asked him.

"Yeah." Adam said with tears in his eyes.

"So does this count as a third date or?" Candice tried to joke.

Adam looked up at her and laughed.

"This is some date then." Adam continued to laugh.

Suddenly, Tomaso came running into the room.

"Candice!" Tomaso yelled in concern as she ran to her side.

Adam watched Tomaso skeptically as he grabbed Candice's hand.

"I'm okay." Candice told him.

Tomaso looked into her eyes and felt a sharp pain in his chest.

"I saw the news and I thought-." Tomaso began to say.

"I'm fine, Tomaso.. Really." Candice assured him.

Adam reached over and grabbed Candice's other hand, getting Tomaso's attention.

"Who the hell are you?" Tomaso asked him.

"I'm Adam." He introduced himself.

Tomaso and Adam looked at each other for a minute, both unimpressed with the other.

"Where's Johnny?" Candice asked.

"I don't know.. He's not answering his phone." Tomaso told her.

Adam suddenly remembered that he was supposed to be watching Sasha right now.

"Are you going to be okay here for a while? I have something to take care of." Adam asked as he got up and prepared to leave.

"Yeah, I'll be fine here with Tomaso." Candice assured him.

Adam looked down and saw the smirk on Tomaso's face.

"Yeah, she'll be fine here with me.. Aiden." Tomaso said with confidence.

"It's Adam." He corrected him.

"Yeah, whatever." Tomaso said.

Adam rolled his eyes and walked out of the room.

At the entrance, Carmella was following behind the EMT's as they rushed Sasha in on a stretcher. The doctors stopped Carmella as they took Sasha into the operating room. She stood there in the hall with Sasha's blood all over her. Tears filled her eyes as her chest began to tighten.

"Carmella!" Roman yelled as he and Renee ran into the hospital.

She turned around in surprise.

"What are you guys doing here already? How did you know?" Carmella asked in confusion.

"It was on the news." Roman told her.

"Wait. Why are you covered in blood?" Renee asked curiously.

"Sasha-." Carmella tried to say.

Roman and Renee watched with concern as Carmella broke out into tears. They walked forward and comforted her with a hug.

"We were in a car accident." Carmella said over their shoulder.

"Where is she now?" Renee asked.

"They took her into surgery.. The windshield busted and they say a piece went into her abdomen but they don't know how large it was.." Carmella tried to explain.

Suddnely, Naomi and Jimmy walked into the hospital.

"Is he okay?" Naomi asked everyone.

"He?" Carmella asked.

"We haven't seen him yet. Sasha and Carmella were in a car accident." Roman said.

"Shit." Jimmy said.

"What are you guys talking about?" Carmella asked them.

"There was an explosion at the diner. Corey's in critical condition." Roman told her.

"Oh my god." Carmella said with concern.

"Dean and Becky should have been here by now. I'm going to call them." Renee said as she pulled out her phone.

"I guess now is a bad time to tell you guys that we got married?" Naomi asked.

"You what?" Roman asked.

"We got hitched y'all!" Jimmy told them.

"That's great! Congratulations you guys." Roman told them.

Renee walked back over to everyone with a serious look on her face.

"What's wrong?" Carmella asked.

"That was Becky on the phone.. She says someone took Nora.." Renee saidduncomfortably.

"You mean she was kidnapped?" Naomi asked.

Renee nodded her head slowly as she broke out into tears.

"And Seth-." Renee tried to say.

"Seth?" Jimmy asked.

"He was shot.. They don't know if he is going to make it." Renee said with a crack in her voice.

Roman walked toward her and wrapped her in his arms.

"Well goddamn. I need a drink.. again." Jimmy said as Renee cried on Roman's shoulder.

Throughout the night, everyone in Greenville was dealing with the chaos going on in the streets. Very few people new what was actually happening and those who did still didn't understand why.

The next morning, Becky and Bayley were still siting by Seth's side.

"He's different with you." Becky said suddenly.

Bayley looked at her in curiously.

"You're special." Becky told her as she looked back down at Seth.

"I can't lose him." Bayley told her.

Becky leaned over and comforted Bayley with a hug as she broke out into tears.

"He's everything to me." Bayley told her with tears in her eyes.

The doctors had let Carmella into Sasha's room after she woke up.

"Sasha." Carmella said with an ache in her heart.

Sasha could open her eyes but she could barely move.

"I almost lost you, princess." Carmella told her.

Sasha slowly grabbed Carmella hand as a tear fell down her cheek.

"I'm scared." Sasha tried to say.

"You're going to be okay. You're going to be just fine.. I promise." Carmella told her.

Suddenly, Alexa approached the room with tears in her eyes.

"Sasha?" Alexa asked with concern.

Carmella watched as Bobby, Roderick, Kyle, and Johnny stop guard outside the room.

"I think I've got it from here." Alexa told Carmella.

She looked at Sasha apologetically as Alexa basically forced her out of the room. Sasha looked out the doorway at Carmella as she hesitated to leave. As Alexa walked over to Sasha's bedside, Carmella got an unsettling feeling in her stomach.

As Carmella returned to the waiting room she saw a coroner talking to Roman.

"What's going on?" Carmella asked.

"It's Corey.. He didn't make it." Naomi told her.

"Oh my god." Carmella said as tears filled her eyes.

"What the hell is going on?" Renee asked.

"Did everyone else make it out of the diner?" Carmella asked.

"No. Dana Brooke didn't make it either." Naomi told her.

"Shit." Carmella said as she realized this was all more serious than she thought.

Back on the Eastside, Bayley had left Seth's side for the first time in hours so she could get a glass of water. Seth was still unconscious when Becky scooted closer to him.

"Just so you know.. if you die, I'm totally going to kill you." Becky said to Seth.

She grabbed his hand as she watched his motionless body.

"I know I hurt you.. and I know I broke your heart. But I still care about you. Despite everything.. it would destroy me if you were really gone." Becky said with tears in her eyes.

"I know you and I could never really get it right.. but I'm happy now, with Dean. And I want the same for you, Seth. I want you to be happy. Because I know that you are a good man. You are a great man." Becky told him with an ache in her heart.

She pulled the engagement ring out of her pocket and examined it.

"And I'll be honest with you.. when I saw this ring on the floor I got this sharp pain in my chest. It's like I realized that this was really it. Even though I'm married now and having a baby.. I always thought you'd be there. If I changed my mind.. I don't know.. but now, you've fell in love with someone else.." Becky said as a tear fell from her face.

"But that loss I felt when I saw this ring.. it was also kind of bittersweet, you know? It's like as much as I hate to see you move on I know it's what you deserve.." Becky said as she held his hand.

She whipped the tears from her eyes as she slid the ring back into Seth's pocket.

"I hope you give her this ring and make her the luckiest woman in the world. Because she's amazing, Seth. She's everything you ever wanted.. and she's everything I couldn't be." Becky told him.

Becky quickly moved away from Seth as Damien walked downstairs with Kota.

"I'm telling you she's a perfect shot. If she wanted him dead then she would have killed him." Damien said.

"Then why shoot him?" Kota asked.

"Where's Bayley?" Damien asked Becky.

"She went to get a glass of water." Becky told him.

Damien thought to himself for a moment before rushing into the kitchen. He looked down and saw blood on the floor.

"Son of a bitch!" Damien yelled in frustration.

Kota and Becky came in behind him and saw the blood on the floor.

"It was all to distract us from what she really wanted.. Bayley." Damien said with tears in his eyes.

Cody, Joe, and Dean has narrowed their search down to a private plane parked outside of Greenville. A black SUV pulled up. Dean watched as Katherine got out of the car holding Nora.

"Let her go." Dean said as he aimed his gun at her.

Nora looked at Dean helplessly as Katherine laughed.

"Dean Ambrose. Just the man I was looking for." Katherine said.

Dean looked at her in confusion.

"I'll let her go with your friends over there under one condition." Katherine told him.

Cody and Joe had their guns pointed at her from a distance.

"I'll do anything. Just let her go." Dean told her.

"First, I'm going to need you and your friends to put your guns down." Katherine told him.

Dean looked back at them and nodded. Joe and Cody lowered their guns after Dean did.

"Now, my beautiful niece here can leave with your friends if you get on that plane." Katherine told him.

"Why the fuck do you want me to get on a plane?" Dean asked.

"Because.. I have great plans for you, Dean Ambrose." Katherine told him.

Dean looked at Katherine skeptically.

"You'll let her go?" Dean asked.

"Yes." Katherine assured him.

Dean looked back at Cody and Joe again with concern. He walked back slowly as he approached the plane. Katherine walked over and handed Nora to Joe.

"Daddy!" Nora yelled as Katherine pointed her gun at the back of Dean's head.

Katherine forced Dean into the plane as tears filled his eyes. He looked back over and saw Anna was already buckled in her seat. Dean suddenly saw Bayley unconscious in the back. Without thinking, he ran to her. Dean saw the blood on the side of her head and tended to her wound.

"What the hell did you do to her?" Dean asked as Katherine sat down next to Anna.

"Relax. My daughter is going to be just fine." Anna assured him.

Dean looked at her in disbelief.

"Tell me, Dean.. Have you ever been to Italy?"  Katherine asked as the plane began to take off.

He looked out the window as the plane left the ground. Out of no where, Dean saw Greenville hospital go explode into flames.
