Kendall's Pov:

I shot Louis a worried glance and he did the same to me. I looked down at my three month pregnant belly. I felt a slight smile appear on my face and a tear escape my eye.

I will do whatever it takes to protect you baby girl.

I felt a needle go into my arm before knocking out once again.

Third person Pov: 

Louis let out a terrifying scream.

"What did you do to her?" He said while chocking on a sob.

Kendall's lifeless body laid on the cold floor. Kevin approached her and picked her up bridal style and carried her out of the attic, while Louis was screaming things at him and Cara joined Kevin.

They walked down the long corridor before reaching a room at the end of the hall. They walked in to see two medical beds waiting for them, along with the Doctor that was upstairs before. Kevin laid Kendall's body on the table while the doctor put Kendall under with an anaesthetic. Cara stripped off her clothes and put on a hospital gown before climbing onto the extra bed.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" The doctor asked Cara while holding the anaesthetic in his hands.

"Yes I'm sure." She responded confidently.

"Okay then."

The doctor then placed the mask over her mouth and soon she was asleep.

Kendall's dream

I started to open my eyes slowly, trying to adjust to the bright rays of the sun that came in from outside. I could see Louis sleeping across from me looking at me with his beautiful blue eyes.

"Morning love." Louis said while planting a kiss on my forehead.

"Morning." I replied back to him.

"So before Elena wakes up, you wanna do something fun?" Louis said while placing a rough kiss on to my lips.

I slightly nodded and then Louis started to place kisses all along my jaw and then going lower and lower and..

"Mummy , Daddy !" Elena said cheerfully while walking into our bedroom while Louis quickly got off of me.

"Hey baby!" I said while Elena walked towards me and I pulled her onto the bed and cuddling her.

"Guess what day it is Mummy?" Elena said to Louis and I with an adorable smile on her face.

"I don't know ? What day is it Elena?" Louis said while taking Elena into his lap.

"No you have to guess." Elena said sassily while crossing her arms.

"Is it your birthday?" Louis and I said in unison.

"Yes!" Elena said to us.

"Well what do you want to do on your very special sixth birthday? You know you only turn six once." Louis said to Elena.

"I wanna go see Auntie Cara." Elena said cheerfully while her blue eyes sparkled.

"Of course! Let Mummy and Daddy get dressed and we will go, okay?"  Louis said to Elena

"Okay!" Then Elena got off the bed and walked off into the living room.

Louis and I both got dressed and then we walked into the living room.

"Okay let's go." Louis said while picking up Elena and cradling her in his arms, making Elena look very small.

We arrived at Cara's house, well Cara and Kevin's house. Elena , Louis and I all got out of the car and walked up to the door. Louis knocked once on the door and Cara answered it.

"Oh hello my sweet little Elena!" Cara said while Elena ran into her arms. "Come on in" Cara said to Louis and I.

We all walked in and saw that Cara had a cake sat on the dinning room table with a bunch of cute party hats near by. Kevin came running down the staircase.

"Hey guys." Kevin said while giving Louis a hug and then he gave me a hug as well.

"So , princess , do you want to hang out with Auntie Cara and Uncle Kevin for the day?" Louis said to Elena.

"Yeah!" Elena said happily

"But guys , stay for some cake." Cara said to Louis and I.

We all walked over to the table that the cake sat on. Kevin turned off the lights and Cara light the candles.

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Elena. Happy birthday to you!" We all sang in unison.

Elena blew out the candles and we all cheered.

This is a perfect life.
